Drove 120 miles to check this car out only to find that it was sold. Sucked as salesman I spoke with the night prior told me to come check it out as it was still available.

3 or 4 days later they did Get back with me after the first inquire. They are very slow and seem they are not willing to sell or Motivated in trying to sell anything to me. So aim in the dark in knowing if it will work for me.

Quick response time
They replied by email and asked me what I needed. When I asked what their bottom line cash price was ( I have around 37k but never pay retail) they never answered.

(I highly recommend not making offers never having seen the vehicle your interested in person, better for both parties involved.)

Dealer responded to my questions quickly even though I was out of state and gave me all the info I needed.
I ended up phoning the dealer before they responded to me.
We ended up buying the vehicle we inquired about. It was everything they advertised it to be at a great price, and we were satisfied with what they offered us for a trade in. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would buy here again, or recommend to others.

This dealership uses a horrible financing company. Customer service person was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

We were coming from out of town but we did not have time to go to the dealership. The woman on staff who called us was very attentive and checked back to make sure we had found what we were looking for.
