Responsive and accommodating. Customer service was top tier Renee, was great to work with. They clearly have experience doing out of state deals because the entire process was smooth and easy. Within an hour of making contact they set up a FaceTime for a virtual tour, the vehicle was as advertised they took a deposit and we starting closing the deal. My only issue I had has nothing to do with the dealership but due to inclement weather and buying over a holiday weekend. UPS is crazy delayed and the documents I need to sign that were overnighted a week later still haven’t shown up. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to someone wanting to shop nationwide for the best deals.

Renee Figueroa at Freeman Motors Co, was so good to me, quickly responding to any questions or requests, via text or phone, always going out of her way to get back to me with a smile on, that I could hear in her voice. This was a long distance, halfway across the country, internet inquiry. She made me feel like a best friend, always putting my interests first, assuring me that my questions were relevant and made me feel cared about. The car I ended up purchasing had just came in and hadn't many pictures. She went out and sent me both pics & videos, before it was detailed, so I could see the options I sought were there. Then after the detail she sent pics of my beautiful shiney "new to me" car! I highly recommend Renee, for the best car buying "EXPERIENCE," even though I never actually drove the car. The vehicle had more damage then was reported somebody didn’t repot the accident correct the damage I did see or the damage they were willing to repair was the front bumper and rear wiper blade. Let you how it comes out when they are done

Terrible service. Avoid this place. Crooked swindlers. Made an appointment to drive 2.5 hours to see this vehicle a week in advance. Was emailing back and forth with Renee multiple times. She emailed me the night before and said the car sold, but they had others similar. I responded ok I will be there. On my drive down I got an email from Renee that said she wasn’t going to meet me, she made other plans, but I should stop by some other day. The lack of respect from this person is astonishing.

Excellent experience in every way. Freeman Motor is a highly professional company that was recommended by a friend as a trustworthy place to buy a used car. My purchase and trade-in was done remotely (I live over 200 miles away) in under 12 hours. They delivered the car, picked up my trade-in, which they valued sight unseen and agreed to my minimum price. The car was exactly as advertised and price was fair. They responded promptly and effectively to 2 small problems I noticed the next day.

Fantastic! Marcus called me immediately and we scheduled an appointment for a test drive. I received a follow-up email about our appointment, and the day before I received a confirmation call from Marcus. Got to the dealership and noticed they are operating within the social distancing requirements. Marcus met us out front, he was friendly and helpful. The car was washed, cleaned and ready. I ended up test driving 3 cars and found my dream car! It wasn't the car I initially went to drive. I would say we were in and out in about 2.5 hrs give or take a few minutes. We had the whole day to drive around and enjoy my new-to-me dream car. The next day we noticed the clip on the pull cover for the back of the SUV was broken. I took the car in and Jason replaced it immediately. These folks are friendly, helpful, and absolutely no pressure! I think they appreciated that I researched and knew my options; I came in ready. I drove 4 hours to look at this car, they did everything very nice and easy! I’m happy with my purchase.

Watch out if you buying from out of state. These guys will send you a video to CYA themselves but not tell you honestly what imperfections there are in the car. I bought a slightly used 2017 vehicle from them a week ago, the salesman was very nice, but unfortunately was laid off because of the Covid 19. I was then passed one to another salesman, they had videos sent showcasing the vehicle. Looked nice, they fixed the scratch on the bumper as requested. Got the car delivered, the first thing I noticed when receiving the car 3 of the 4 rims where different colors (meaning someone used wrong cleaning material and permanently damaged them). Called the dealer on this and they said, "we sent you all the video and pics we could to detail the car but it is pre-owned sorry". Again CYA themselves did they fix anything NO. Next, I take the car into the dealer here where I live to get some work done on it (new floormates, another key fob, updated wireless charger, etc) and they said your car has

Good customer service. Just the truck was not what I expected and it had pet hair which my father and sister are allergic too so it was a no go. But the service it self was easy very painless in the future if I see another vehicle I will for sure contact them to go see it.

The car (Audi Q5) I was interested in had already been sold, but the dealer was patient and helpful in trying to find another one. I ultimately found what I wanted somewhere else, but would go back to Freeman when in the market again.

I made the trip from Seattle to Salem with the serious intent to purchase the vehicle. Sales person (Kent) was aware of the trip I was making. I told him my intent was to test drive the vehicle and if it worked out, I wanted to be in and out of the dealership in the least amount of time as this trip was part of my vacation. When I arrived at Freeman, he was not readily available. Strike #1. When I looked at the vehicle, it was dirty. There were scratches all over the vehicle, seats had stains and the carpet has not been cleaned. In addition, there were paint peeling off by the roof rack. I am absolutely disappointed on how ill prepared he was. He practically wasted my time and effort driving to Salem to see the vehicle. As soon as I told him I was not going to purchase the vehicle, he completely lost interest and asked someone else to "handle" us. I absolutely do NOT recommend Kent, and I definitely will NOT be doing business with Freeman Motor in the future.

There was no pressure. The people were all very friendly, pleasant, and professional. The facilities were comfortable for us and our children. It was the best car-buying experience we’ve had.

They had pictures posted for a 2014 tundra TRD vehicle, but when I called they only had one that was not a TRD description. When asked for further info and if they recently sold the TRD it appeared that they simply had the wrong description for the vehicle that they were selling.

We wrote them to come view a vehicle and they said they’d lost the only key for it. Something about that seems off. How does a dealer lose the only key to the vehicle? Maybe something was wrong with the car? I don’t know. Either way, they definitely missed out on a sale to us. At least they were responsive...
