Good discussions with them about their car for sale. I feel it is overpriced, however and will not be
moving forward with a purchase at this time. Perhaps the price will fall in the future. This dealer has
quality cars and is recommended in the Portland area.

When I asked for photos of drivers seat and what appeared to be
a blemish on the hood, I was met with silence. No further replies. I
live in southwestern Utah and the dealership is in Portland, OR so
I’m not able to stop by and view the vehicle. I would not engage in
business with this dealership as trust and communication are the
most important qualities required for a successful transaction.

The Dealer responded by text within a couple minutes of my email. The car was cleaner than the pictures. Immaculate condition as was every vehicle for sale at that location. Had a basic deal over the phone with a
trade in and when I showed up it went basically
according to plan. It was good experience.

Freeman - wonderful experience, zero pressure, no pushy sales vibes anywhere. We worked with Jackson and he was exceptional during the entire process as we really took our time to buy a car. They are good people in there!
Poor communication. I had an agreement on the vehicle signed the paperwork didn't hear back from them until they told me the car was sold Imagine if I had wired the funds. Ask and requested to speak with the manager for my comfort, to no avail. I requested this after I was told initially that they don't do wires, that I should send down payment via zelle or cashapp. Keep in mind my down payment was/is 20k.

I think I lucked out and got the best salesman on the planet when I bought my car! In the past I’ve felt like I was being attacked by sharks on the sales lot. Not at Freeman motors! I was guided through the car buying process by a very nice young man named Jackson. He is very knowledgeable in all things cars, but not annoying about it, simply helpful. I am very happy with my experience at this location and with the help provided. Highly recommend!

Jackson and the team at Freeman Motor Company made the buying experience
very easy. Iâm an out of state buyer so I couldnât physically go to the dealership. In
addition to the photos on their website Jackson sent me additional videos he took
and walked me through the car in real time. When I flew in to test drive the vehicle
they had the car ready. I completed the paperwork online before arriving at the
dealership which helped to expedite the process at the dealership.
Their dealership is gorgeous! The cars are in great shape and they put a lot of love
into the cars there. We will definitely consider them for our next luxury used car
purchase.

Exhalent I bought the car
Awesome and seamless process. Since we were purchasing from out of state, Zack offered a virtual test drive and worked with us on the price, trade in and paperwork over the phone. We are actually picking up newer model of this car there and driving from Colorado to Portland now to complete the transaction!

She wasn't the person who responded to the original email but she was the person who took my call and was with me through the whole experience. I purchased the car and would love to go back! Jeff was one of their finance people and he was also incredible! Can't wait to do business with them again!

Should not even get one star. Confirmed appt fat before, the next day I show up and they had sold the car. I had driven over hour one way. No one even called or texted me telling. When I showed up they did not even have any other cars ready for me to see or drive.. horrible service. Will not spend my $30k with them
Just a poor automated set of emails that want you to call. I've yet to hear from these
charlatans. I can say that based on years of experience with car dealers I would be
very hesitant to transact with them. They provide no useful information on their site
and there is no background one the mechanics. Inspections in the past
were outsourced and some have stopped working with them which suggests
ethical issues. CARFAX is unreliable and overrated.
Ran our credit and told us we can pick up the car until I got a phone call saying they gave the car back and don’t have it in their hands anymore. Took time off work and planned a flight to pick up the car, too. they found out about some aftermarket parts but how did they tell us we can pick up the car and that it was getting detailed and then 2 days later then they find these things? And the post went back up which leads me to believe they aren’t truthful

I purchased a 2017 Porsche Macan GTS from Freeman. After speaking with their
service department about oil and coolant leak repairs done when the car was
brought in, along with comments from the salesperson about Freemans reputation I
decided to purchase the vehicle thinking any known big ticket issues would be
identified and resolved. It turns out the vehicle had a very costly engine out type of
oil leak on the timing cover that is hard to believe they did not know about. I live
250 miles away in Washington so it was not conducive to have them fix the leak
and I wanted them to take the car back given they either made a mistake or tried to
hide the problem. They would not let me return the car but required I sell it back to
them at the trade in value, which I ended up doing as it was about the same as the
sales taxes I would have to pay if the deal was completed. So, for around $3500, I
was rid of the $50K oil leak.

Ross is the man! I didn’t end up buying even though I still need to had some health issues come up but my salesman Ross, was probably the absolute best on connecting me to results as well as the probability of owning this vehicle. He is probably the star of the dealership but I would buy from this location solely to do business with Ross

Kept me informed, but car sold to another party
Ross was terrific. I reached out to many dealers on CarGurus and
was amazed how non responsive and unhelpful many were. Ross
was great. He responded to emails quickly. He arranged phone
calls and answered questions enthusiastically. He even took calls
at home and then arranged FaceTime tour of the car. He helped
me get the deal done and then handed me off to Michele who
coordinated all the paperwork with great ease. They even let me
keep the car in the showroom for a month until I could arrange to
pick it up. This dealership really earns their accolades and I was
very impressed.

I received an initial follow up to my inquiry;
I did not receive any answers to my questions about past service history or whether this was a lease car. Easy questions that result in easy answers . No more follow up. Will contact a different dealer .

Besides having beautiful cars. They have one of the most relaxed non pressure approach to helping you. We bought the car and will start there first the next time we are car shopping
Worked with Maegan who was professional and very knowledgeable about
all the cars I looked at. She was quick to respond to my online inquiry. She
made the experience pleasant with no pressure. This was during the Covid
19 crisis and Freeman sterilized all cars before I drove them. She was friendly
and accommodating. I would go to Freeman again.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing a car from Freeman. The car was in great condition at a very reasonable price. The sales associate, Maegan, was super low key and knowledgeable, and the showroom was super-cool and comfortable. I could have spent hours there just kicking tires. I ended up purchasing the car I was interested in less than two hours. I have ZERO complaints! Props to Maegan for making it so easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase more cars from them.

Absolutely, positively a class establishment. Never felt like a car deal,
comfortable, conversational and respectful of time and desires. Had to fly
in to make the purchase on a Saturday. I was met at the airport, transaction
was handled quickly and professionally. The best part, this place has such
a wide selection of perfect exotics, it was like tour Jay Leno's (late model)
garage while things were being handled. Would have like a tank of gas
(had to go fill up right after driving away) but a small oversight in the
scheme of everything that went right. Five stars to Brandon and team.

We had a great shopping experience with Freeman Motors. We made an
appointment and everything was ready to go when we got there. Brendan's
earlier appointment showed up late, so he had Teresa took us for a test
drive. It was refreshing to see teamwork in car sales, not the old
competitive high pressure car sales person. I will definitely buy another car
from them.

Car was sold, but he contacted me about possible other options... We had
already purchased a car.
Very helpful. The salesperson I was to meet was tied up with a delivery, but
someone else stepped in. The selection of cars was amazing and the
showroom was spectacular. Service was first rate, I could see that from the
time the salesperson I was to meet with was spending with delivery with
another couple.
I made “2” separate deals with the salesperson and thought they both were final and was sent to a lady that said they couldn’t honor that agreement! I’ve never had this happen to me. I run a company in NC and if my salesman or my engineers set a deal it has to be honored by my company. MY PEOPLE ARE MY COMPANY!

liked the car but asked to get an alert while testing the Lexus GX . Jason and
Ashlee rest assured we would . But car was gone without a phone call as
promised . We're not sure to do business with them in the future .

Very responsive, just not the right car for me. Also mispriced--started out at
$26,900.
Vlad helped us. Initially we wanted to see
an inexpensive Porsche as a side car. We
got distracted by the expensive
porsches then finally settled on a luxury
SUV/crossover.
We had such good service coupled with
the best prices that we didn't need to go
anywhere else.
I love my car. Thank you Vlad for helping
us when your store was about to close
and sticking with us through the process.

Did not buy a car from them as it was sold before I could get there. Plus we were not quite ready to make the 200 mile drive down to Portland. Had I put a deposit down on the car, it would have been ours. Very nice dealer to talk with on the phone. Always responded quickly to my numerous questions.
