Fast response!!!!
Good communication, and gave me many details about the car. The prices though are very unfair and way too high. Dealerships are now taking advantage of the current inflation and asking ridiculous prices for used cars and stand by their ridiculous prices as if they were selling Michael Jordan's car or something.

The car was listed as in “good condition”. We did not even test drive
the car! It had been keyed on the passenger side from the hood
across both doors and into the back quarter panel. It would required
a paint job! I feel the salesman misrepresented the car. The
salesman did greet us and offer a test drive. He did respond quickly
to my email and telephone inquiry.

Contacted Frederick auto house about a Toyota camry, Matt contacted me almost immediately and we setup an appointment to drive the car. Matt was great I didn't feel like I was in a high pressure sales environment. Other dealerships could learn from this one.

Went to see the car. More cons then pros. Lied to us about the sunroof. Sunroof wouldn’t open properly, would only vent. Said it was programmed to do only that

Very professional, options for the customer, good customer service
Car was in no shape to be listed for sale much
less taken out for a test drive. You put your
customers lives in danger knowing it had
issues with the steering wheel. I get down the
street and could barely turn the corner. Wasted
time and gas. Frustrated!

I can say Matt, Vito and I highly care about our customers. Unfortunately , we cannot give you the time back that you feel like you wasted. We had power steering issue with this vehicle when we received it and then we replaced the power steering pump along with the rack and pinion with brand new parts which we have receipts to prove and it was done before you came in for a test drive .Then we test drove the vehicle had no issue

Dealer responded by email and we went to look at the Honda, but chose a 2007 Pontiac Gran Prix from their inventory. Vito and Matt were very helpful and fair on the price. My daughter is very happy with her car so far.

I purchased this vehice 2 weeks ago. I had a
problem with the vehicle starting last week, and I
called Frederick Auto to tell them the problem.
They told me to bring the vehicle back and they
would take a look at it. So, I did just that last
Thursday and thank God it was just the battery.
They gave me a new battery at no charge and
besides I have a warranty on it anyhow..I love my
new vehicle and even though I had this vehicle
for only 2 weeks, so far so good...Thanks

This is a no-frills dealership that keeps prices low by eliminating overhead
costs such as financing, garage service bays, etc. We lived too far to
make use of any service bay, and was attracted instead by a free three
(3) month power train warranty contract for service by any certified
mechanic. Other dealers only offer one (1) month.We also appreciated
the fact that the car was driven a significant distance by company
personnel prior to being sold, thereby assuring there were no obvious
defects. Finally, I was not shown BRANDS or MODEL Year of cars with
bad reputations on the internet. Other full service dealers pushed cars
that were a glut on their lot. These were trade-ins that complaints on the
internet cited the brands as having unresolved steering and total engine
failure histories and our buying a warranty would cost more that a failure
repair. So Vito, who needs no waste basket, and "the man" Kobe were
appreciated because they try to make sales that are only in the best
interest of a customer.
