So that civic i was looking at sold and I found another one that I really wanted. I put some, not all, of the deposit down and they are holding it for me. They are super nice and friendly. I found a Trax on Cargurus, call and spoke with
JW (salesman) and he said he was going to get
me in that car. Put 500 down on the vehicle. Then
they tell me, â sorry itâs been sold, but we have
something better , 2 other vehicles Iâm going to
love. I said okay and make a 50 minute drive to
dealership to not be pleased with their first
option. Then they tell me they canât get me in the
other they had to show me. (Which was another
Trax) Then come to find out that they never sold
the original Trax I was looking at. I was furious
with the fact that they were playing games. The
other gentleman I spoke with Jon, had the nerve
to act like I was being unreasonable and tried to
justify their actions. Iâm just trying to get a vehicle
for my daughter and they made the whole
process stressful. If youâre not buying a new car
or have great credit, itâs about manipulation on
their part! Very sad!!

I love Frank Leta! They are great.
The dealership was responsive but I didn't like the fact that they advertised the price of the car at one price but when I went in to discuss the and informed them I had my own financing with Navy Federal Credit Union, they said the car was $500 more than advertised. The advertised price was if you were financing with that dealership. They could have at least posted that information in the ad. Also the car didn't drive well and the salesman was agreeable to have the car inspected and fix. He was to contact me back on last Friday so I could go back in to test drive. I haven't heard from the salesman. I ended up buying a car from a different dealership.

I want to start by thanking the sales team at Frank Leta Honda consisting of Cody Zane, Dustin Hoene, & Britty "Tito" Hodgson! My journey
stretches' a ways back but picked up more in the last 3 yrs dealing with one after the other of status quo car salesmen & the harsh realities
of life in between that I'd almost given up hope trying to cut through the b.s. & just took whatever unassuming deal & car I could find
especially with todays high prices! With my spirit crushed & my hope for humanity at an all time low these 3 guys did something quite rare
nowadays! What's that you ask? They were genuinely personable, gave outstanding service & IMO went above & beyond! It was an overall
fun experience I'll certainly never forget & it all started with Cody! Listen to sum this up I've had many different cars in my time but never a

My experience was awesome. Spent alot of time at the dealership because I'm personally very stubborn and like the back and forth. But at the end of it all I'm very happy with my 2015 camaro. And I was also very happy with the customer service the dealership provided. Ryan was my salesman and he is very knowledgable about the product he was selling and very polite and patient. Would highly recomend.

This vehicle was gone the night before but they had another one in my price range. I was just going to test drive a Ford Explorer to see that is what I would be interested in. Jessie was my salesperson. She was wonderful to work with. She listened to my needs and price range. She didn't try to pressure me into something I didn't want but still have me options to drive a couple different vehicles to see if I would be interested. It was such a wonderful experience with no high pressure. I ended up buying a vehicle and am honored to be part of the Frank Leta Honda Family even though I bought a pre-owned Ford. Totally recommend Frank Leta. When I came to close Jessie couldn't be there but called me every step of the way. Steve helped me that day and was also wonderful as well as Fred in finance. I usually hate looking for a car but they made the car buying experience so much easier.

I called asking for one car when I was one hour
drive. They told me the car was available but after
10 mins they called me back to tell me that car
was already reverved in order to save my trip.
They also said that they had similar cars, but was
honest to call me in order to save my trip.
Hopefully all dealers work like this. I hate dealers
that make you to set an appointment and when
you arrive the car is gone.

The financing department is shady. I talked to the
salesman on saturday, and he told me my exact payment
before I talked to the financing dept. The finance dept.
Told me my payment and my credit score, then I had to
ask what rate the loan was at I was told the best rate I
could get was 4.99%. I told them the deal was off my
bank was offering 2.99% , the finance dept said that was
fine I could finance through my bank but the price of the
car would go up 500 dollars because I would lose the
coupon from financing through frank leta. When I called
back to cancel the deal they ( sales person and financing
guy) they asked if I went through my bank I said no, their
solution was to purchase the car and then refinance with
my bank at a later date. I said no just refund my deposit
on the car, then I got a call from finance guy saying he
called wells fargo and negotiated 2.99. That's just not a
good way to treat customers

We had to follow up several times before we managed to secure an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Shortly after scheduling our appointment we were alerted by CarGurus that the vehicle was sold. While we completely understand cars are sold first come/first serve there was simply no way in the brief time between us getting the test drive scheduled and being notified of the sale that they buyers weren't already in the process of purchasing. This dealership was willing to waste my husband taking a half day off of work to go see a vehicle they knew wasn't available any longer.

We were shopping for a used CRV for my 16 year old daughter and Will was extremely helpful and understanding of our needs. He was able to work with us for the perfect CRV for her and took his time to make sure everything was perfect. Michael in finance did a great job with our financing and was extremely knowledgeable on the entire paperwork process. Management checked on us and was extremely kind and understanding as well. Would definitely recommend this dealership for new or used purchase!

Not good. 2 sales people (Mark) calling all the time. Finally made appointment and went to dealer on 4/2 and the 2010 accord was sold. I was not happy because the should have called and let me know. I believe they were trying to do a bait and switch game. I will not recommend this dealer.

We made an appt to see this vehicle, drove there with checkbook in hand and never even
got a chance to see it. The salesman kept leaving us in the waiting room and after 25
minutes we just left.
The experience was not pleasant or professional.

I am NOT PLEASED with the way they treated me. At first they were great. At
some point they stopped communicating with me and would not return my calls.
They raise the price of the car while I was trying to make a deal. I would have
purchased the corvette from them. I was very dissapointed and found them to be
unprofessional. Not sure if they treat all their potential customers this way or if it
was just me as I was calling from another state. Instead, I bought one from another
dealer that is over 500 miles from where I live.

They were very nice and customer service I will say those whom all I spoke with we're extremely nice. The only thing I didn't feel was a positive was making sure customer satisfaction was at least attempted to be fulfilled. We did leave disappointed unfortunately but I will say if the opportunity comes to purchase the vehicle or another I would most definitely give them another chance.

Preapproved through my credit union.....Well received when I arrived.
Salesman great on the "intake". I chose to drive another vehicle. The
vehicle I went to drive was damaged. Process to buy was laborious.
Haggled over the vehicle I chose too long. Without knowing, the price that I
initially offered for the vehicle was only $50 less than what they listed
online. I found this out when I went home...I got curious...strange that it
did not come to my mind to check while I was at the dealership. I ended up
paying $50 more than the online price. (after about 4 back and forths)
While at the place and seemingly having a deal, they asked for a deposit.
For What? Told them I was coming back the following morning with a
check and to sign the paperwork. They said they couldnt guarantee vehicle
would be there. I told them if the vehicle wasnt there in the morning, to call
me and that I would not buy any other vehicle. The games aggravated me.
Even more happened the following morning.

I hate car shopping but they made it a very easy experience. There was no pressure to buy now. It took a while to decide but I came back and bought the vehicle and have been very pleased. They made it as easy as it can be.

Made an appointment to test drive the Subaru. Drove 45 mins. Someone else was test driving. Told them a courtesy call would have been nice. I will be leaving Leta alone! Had a coupon for a $25 gift card for testing. Mentioned that in my feedback to their survey.

Great price quoted over the internet but the salesman worked way tirelessly
to pad on all the extras that I did not want. Also, pushed expensive service
plans and tried to steer me away from the cheap honda financing that the
factory was offering.

I went here to test drive a 2014 honda CR-V. The salesman whom I went with for the test drive was nice but young. When we returned we talked to the sales manager as I was told we would and he was also young, I did not like him. The sales manager kept repeating their company modo to me "we treat our customers like family". That's a great modo but I didn't feel like family I felt like they were trying to screw me over and we hadn't even talked about the price. The sales manager had me talk to the financial officer and he took me to an empty office apart from a computer, it felt cold and unprofessional. That young guy, just showed me what info I had already seen online about the vehicle I was interested in. The price was $150 more than what they had advertised online. That annoyed me further because I knew it was a scheme to make it seem like I was getting a better deal when they said they would honor the online price. Then when we got down to the price of the vehicle and what I could get for my trade, they came in with an amount and they would not budge from that number, they were completely unwilling to work with me on it, and then they repeated the modo about treating me like family, they said I was like their sister but in reality they treated me like a stupid customer. In the finance "office" I asked if I could call my boyfriend about the financial situation they agreed then sat there several minutes before finally stepping out to give me privacy. Finally when I said if they couldnt give me more for my trade then $200 then I couldn't buy the vehicle. Then they tried selling me on leasing a new car, this I did not want to do, and the sales manager didn't listen to me when i told him that i didn't want a 2016 model because it had features I didn't like and was missing features I really wanted that were in the older model. The sales manager finally let me leave but he directed me to the leading officer first, who again was young and kept repeating the company modo. I decided that even if Frank Leta Honda did meet my car needs and price I wouldn't but from them just because they were so pushy, stubborn and annoying. I went to a different Honda dealer a couple days later and purchased a great CR-V almost the same sticker price but that dealer worked with me on the price and my trade and got the total price down to where I needed it.

The car was parked in front when we arrived, which facilitated immediate
review and test drive, and then the car was detailed and polished while we
closed the deal, which required 45 minutes or less. Great experience.

I sent a message about the car and received an email from a sales agent promptly. I did get answers about the car and was never pressured. I have to wait to buy for a couple months but he was understanding. I will definitely contact him for a car soon! I'm very impressed! The used cars do have a warranty to back up their product as well.

Very nice guys, I dealt with Chris Lyons,
super good guy, I know most of us hate
the constant emailing from auto dealers
but Chris onlyemailed me once every 2
days to make sure I was still interested.
And when I got there to test drive quick
and easy. They love feedback. I didnt
purchase a vehicle but they catered to
all my needs and WANTS.

I liked one dealer who was not as pushy. The office manager was
nice. One dealer was a bit pushy and added stress to the deal. I
never finalized the deal and went to a Hyundai dealership instead
to look into Hyundai and price match Leta.

Friendly and nice but misleading. During my recent negotiation every other dealer in St. Louis area were very clear on how far they were willing to negotiate but Frank Leta suggested a price they were unwilling ti deliver. Leaves a bad taste when you driver 15 miles twice.
