I was looking to acquire a late-model used vehicle before year end. Looked at a lot of
vehicles before spot as a bit skeptical at first as the dealership was not local, but the
combination of the vehicle, pricing and salesperson Yesenia Soto's follow up convinced
me. The vehicle presented exactly as described in the listing - no surprises. Yesenia
followed up on my inquiry right away and made herself available to secure the vehicle even
though she was supposed to be off. I had not intended on trading in my vehicle but the
used car manager was able to make a few calls and got me close to the number I would
likely have sold it for myself. Finance Manager Alex explained various service options to
enhance the remaining warranty in a low pressure way and also went above and beyond to
get a very competitive financing rate. I'm very happy with the transaction, and can highly
recommend Yesenia and Fox Valley Buick/GMC with no reservations.
Inquired on a 2019 pickup they had for sale, the truck had 3 owners in a short period of time, so I asked if an OEM GMC warranty could be
placed on the truck and the answer was no, what were they hiding? Why would a 2019 pickup
thats a GMC at a GMC dealer not be able to get an OEM warranty. Be very careful here !

Very professional and polite salesman
Dealership quickly responded. I went for a test drive put down a sm deposit to “hold” the car while I organized financing. I did research on the car & found out car was in need of $14,000 of repair which dealer denied. I did not purchase the car & I have been waiting for my deposit for almost 2 months which I still do not have despite numerous calls, texts, emails to the owners, managers, finance manager, & salesperson. As I hear all the time…”the check is in the mail.” I would give them a negative star if I could. Stay away from this place…not a reputable dealership! Danger! Danger!

Excellent service with a smile.
They contacted me after I looked at a car, and after I
went back to look and drive the car. They had sold
the car that morning. A day or two later they
contacted me to tell me that the car was sold. It
would have been nice if theyâd have contacted
before I drove 20 miles to the dealership and found it
wasnât there.

Beautiful truck but I was really looking for a black one, salesman was very helpful left a down payment so he can bring one in from another dealer but he had no luck and i understand those truck don’t sit it dealer for too long! I’m just waiting for my reimbursement of my deposit. But I had to go to Indiana today get my truck so excited.

Nice comfortable car
I contacted them and had a quick response. I was able to test drive the car that night. Everyone there was extremely courteous and able to answer any questions. I ended up buying the car that night. No pressure, no gimmicks, just honest and pleasant. I highly recommend working with these folks, they put the customer first!

Quick response. Car was sold.
I don't feel the sales staff was forth coming with all the problems on this vehicle. I drove two and a half hours one way to purchase a truck after being told how wonderful it was only to find out that they never did a multi-point inspection on the vehicle and upon immediate visual inspection there were many problems and defects that were left out. I had to walk away from the deal as I felt we're not up front about the product they were selling.

nice gent on the phone... no deal since I wanted less than their asking price was firm in their mind and not mind....
Had money to buy car was drivin 11 hrs there n back n wouldnt take a deposit n hold it for more then 2 days i asked for 5days since it was a good distsnce n would have to drive all night to get there... said they would call if there was another hit on car n never called m sold it on me ... very upset n dosapppited they would close the deal.
