Piss poor communication. They drop the ball on a cash deal was back & fourth told two different things by owner & employee. The owner wanted to do business after I took my business elsewhere where. Not a good place to do business smh

It was a good contact, but my so n was looking for something different. It was similar to what he
wanted, but not exact. The dealer did a good job and was very friendly an courteous to me. UI
would consider this company if something came in the future.

Thanks for the quick reply very helpful made me realize I better fix my credit before buying a car to get better interest im definitely coming back for a car
I flew in and was not looking at the vehicle described to me by ( David
salesman) Some is my fault and not all his, because the photos looked great
from afar, but up close the cosmetics of vehicle didn't match what I had asked (
not even close) I declined vehicle but it cost me all in about $500.00 to fly there
and get one way rental and hotel and gas.I knew I was in trouble once at
dealership when they spoke in their native tongue so I couldn't understand
them. Michael ( owner/manager?) made a bad situation better by being a
gentleman. I locally recommend this dealership but from afar not so much.Good
luck to them and I wish them well

Good information for what I was looking for and very understanding.
Was not helpful at all I constantly had to call no one would return calls they didn’t show interest in wanting to sell the car I was interested in. They are in need of more people skills and having to want to help customers that are trying to purchase from their company. Terrible experience ever.

Good customer service
Follow was prompt, however I was dismayed when I was advised they
don't work intermediaries to transfer funds.
I find this suspect, especially considering that I live out of state and
have no prior dealings with the organization. I work sales and do
everything possible to set clients at ease and work in concert with
processes to make deals happen.
Perhaps they will have a paradigm shift, considering I'm a serious
buyer.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I started a vehicle I was interested in and the instrument panel had multiple warning lights. I questioned the lights, and they said its cause they put a new battery? I popped the hood and the battery was not new, it looked as if they swapped it from another vehicle from the lot. They said if want the lights to go away you have to drive it? I asked to test drive the vehicle and since they had move other vehicles to do so, their attitude immediately changed becoming aggressive and angry. They slammed car doors and answered questions rudely. I test drove the car and more lights displayed. Furthermore, I simply questioned some items on the carfax and the salesman started jabbing the carfax with his finger and raised his voice at me to explain. When I decided not to purchase the vehicle he sarcastically said with a firm voice, "good luck finding your car."
