dealer did contact me, price on CarGurus wasn't the price they would sell the truck for, more fees brought the truck price just shy of $24,000.00.

Follow was prompt, however I was dismayed when I was advised they don't work intermediaries to transfer funds. I find this suspect, especially considering that I live out of state and have no prior dealings with the organization. I work sales and do everything possible to set clients at ease and work in concert with processes to make deals happen. Perhaps they will have a paradigm shift, considering I'm a serious buyer.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I started a vehicle I was interested in and the instrument panel had multiple warning lights. I questioned the lights, and they said its cause they put a new battery? I popped the hood and the battery was not new, it looked as if they swapped it from another vehicle from the lot. They said if want the lights to go away you have to drive it? I asked to test drive the vehicle and since they had move other vehicles to do so, their attitude immediately changed becoming aggressive and angry. They slammed car doors and answered questions rudely. I test drove the car and more lights displayed. Furthermore, I simply questioned some items on the carfax and the salesman started jabbing the carfax with his finger and raised his voice at me to explain. When I decided not to purchase the vehicle he sarcastically said with a firm voice, "good luck finding your car."
