Ah, WOW! I was pretty happy with the initial response to my inquiry. I was contacted back immediately ( No problem here ) However, the following day I was supposed to speak to a manager about shipping fees, when I got no call later that morning; I contacted the main sales person! His response was sorry that vehicle has been sold!! A vehicle I was already approved for and I was going to definitely purchase, got sold in the middle of our transaction!! Will never contact these places again!

Couldn’t have had a worse experience!!! As a current Fletcher Mercedes customer out of Fremont I’m disgusted with how they treated me. After submitting application and driving 4 hours I was told they sold car to someone else because someone showed up to the lot even though I submitted application and began purchase proceedings. Then tried to sell me another model..which I was open to, until their saleman yelled; called me a liar and then hung up on me after I expressed my concerns on driving 2 hours back to their dealership and running into the ex act same problem again.

Had a terrible time trying to get ahold of Ricardo after multiple texts, calls and voicemails over the span of 4 work days, so I called the dealership a 4th time to ask for a new salesman - I was told scott was going to be taking care of me and we finally made a deal. This entire time I’ve been very explicit that I will be taking a loan on it financing with them so they make the money, and it is getting shipped to And registered in Kansas. Then Scott calls back after I fill out forms, and he informs me that not only will they not sell me the car and finance through them unless I pay cash but he also would not accept any outside financing. So after a week of wasting my time, they are not even willing to help me in the slightest. Scott Half-hearted apologized and joked about it, “not being in the stars”. I have never had such a bad experience buying or trying to buy a car and seen a dealership so reluctant to do their job. I never heard from any manager, never received any real apology.

I had a bad experience with this dealership. Drove over 4 hours to purchase a car from this place and the sales department basically did not want to make a deal unless I went with their financing. I have never been treated so poorly, especially for a customer willing to pay full price for one of their used vehicles. I reached out once again for the same vehicle about two weeks later to see if they would be more accommodating since they hadn’t sold the vehicle and to my surprise they tell me the car is available and the sales person I spoke to assured me that they had the vehicle in their a lot and it was available to be purchased. Told them I was on my way once more and that I would be willing to buy it no matter what, on my drive down there about halfway (2 hours) I received a call back from that sales person that the car was sold and that it was no longer available. Unreal. At this point I’m happy to give some place else my business.

Our management team was disappointed to read your review.  I looked into the notes made in our system and apparently you were asking to use your Credit Union check and wanted us to refund you $800-9000 in cash/check for your trade, which we were not able to do.  You then decided a few days later to not include the trade in the deal and were still interested in the car.  Unfortunately, during your trip back, that car sold to another guest and we let you know as soon as it did.. The timing is unfortunate but we can't hold a car and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

I was contacted by one sales person, but another one took over and told me the car was available. I was told if I made an offer that day, the car would be off the market. I waited one day because after I questioned about previous price reductions, the cars are reduced each week it does not sell. I called back the next day and was then told there were 3 other deals working and that their sales manager wanted to give the locals the first opportunity. If 40% of their business is online, how don’t know how that practice would hold up. I was then told the 3 other people were coming in over the next day, have submitted their credit apps, waiting approval but have yet to negotiate their deal. I was told they don’t negotiate the price of their vehicles but yet was told the other people have not yet negotiated their deal. A lot of inconsistencies in the information received and no confidence a submitted offer will get the car.

Unfortunately, we don't discount our pre-owned cars.  Yes, prices can drop if the car doesn't sell but there is no guaranty of that.  And if there are multiple guests interested in the same vehicle before the price drops, it is usually sold based on first-come first-served, once the credit application has been approved.  The term negotiating might've implied it was possible to get a discount.  This is not the case. Even though I contacted them via internet & on the 30th of December (extremely busy day for car dealers) the manager assigned me Charles which made me feel welcomed and assured me he would answer all my questions which he did late at night. He went beyond the call of duty. Haven’t had a dealership do this before. Bravo!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Bill and Charles who facilitated the sale were rockstars! They went above and beyond to get me in and out in about an hour with no hassle! Bradley in the Finance department was thorough and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary things which I greatly appreciated! If you’re in the market for a car please consider this dealership- the service is second to no one.

Excellent communication! I was looking to travel 500 miles to look at the car one weekend. Prior to the trip they called and told me the car was sold just before I was getting ready to head down south. Very professional and extremely courteous. Thank you!

I called them and asked if i can get some discount on vehicle and also my co signer cant be there with me And they were saying that they can help me to get some discount on vehicle now it is end of the year so they might give you best price and the co signer doesnt needs to be here we can work with my co signer by email or over the phone i believed what they were saying so i went to there and all the information that they provided me on phone were wrong They said they cant discount car and co signer needs to be at dealer They will keep telling you to come Don't waste your time!!!

Terrible dealership! Missed out on the car I wanted. Got another one and it took forever to get it financed. After that it took forever to get it shipped to me. Then they forgot to submit my registration and temporary plates so my new car sat in my for driveway for over a week and I couldn’t legally drive it. The GM wouldn’t speak with me and their registration department was very rude. Run!!

We were disappointed to read your review.  I have done research into what happened in your situation and there were many factors that caused the delay in shipping and as explained before the transaction began, an out of state sale can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks before you are able to drive the car, depending on which state you are in and the DMV requirements for that state,.  Thankfully, you were you able to drive yours in 3 weeks which was one of the quickest out of state deals we've seen in a long time.  I don't recall you requesting to speak to the GM but he would've explai

This dealership and I have a rocky start, they are not they are not as most dealerships that will call you back immediately, however however, they do contact you when it's necessary and for no other reason. Something that I'm not really quite used to. At the end of the day though, they got things taken care of period I picked the car I wanted, and will be getting it delivered immediately. Thank you to all that were involved in this sale.

Got my CPO from Fletcher Jones of Newport Beach. Jin Choi promptly contacted me over phone and connected me to sales serviced by Blake Malgren. I had a superb professional service by Brandon from the moment I got there until I walked out two hours later with all paperwork done. I went back next day with my wife to take the car home. Brandon again prep the car even with a surprise ribbon for my wife!

This was a GREAT experience. I ended up purchasing from here. Ashely was a dream to work with. I was an out of state purchase and hadn't done anything like that before. She went over and above constantly during the purchase. Keeping communication with me the whole time and walked me through every step. We are looking to get another family car next year and I will absolutely be going back to Ashley at Fletcher Jones. After so many bad past experiences at other dealerships, it was nice to have a solid great experience.

Excellent service. When I arrived for my appointment the car was ready for a quick review. I only had 30 minutes. The sales rep was great. I was approved for the purchase and provided a downpayment for them to prepare the paperwork. Picked up the car next day. Best experience ever buying a car.

I contacted Jayda (sales rep) on June 17th to inquire on a 2021 G550. I let her know I was about to purchase a used G550 until I seen theres pop up on Cargurus. She stated a customer had backed out of a deal and they had just listed the G550. I submitted my credit application w/ Jayda. She contacted me later that day and stated she could not get me approved. Which was weird because I was already approved at another dealership for the same amount. So I then went secured my own financing. I called back June 19th and told Jayda I would like to put a deposit on the G550 and would be wiring the funds in two business days. She stated they will not sale the G550 cash??? So I then spoke w/ Greg the GSM he stated they would not sale the G550 cash because they wanted to make their money on the interest but if I was willing to pay $20k over asking price he would ask the GM if he could sale it. Greg called me back and stated his GM refused to sale me the G550 cash. I will not only be contacting M

I spoke with a sales associate named Bill who indicated that since I was out of state, he could not help me. I asked him why then did he call me and he proceeded to be condescending and rude. I honestly have never been treated so poorly by a sales associate. Stay away from this guy if you love a car, he'll make you not want to buy it.

I was told to come in because they had more flexibility on price in person. Once I arrived there was no price flexibility and the trade in value and financing rates were not competitive. I think they only want to sell Mercedes, so if you're going there for anything else be prepared to be underwhelmed.

I was contacted by at least 3 people from Fletcher Jones. Of the three Raj Modha was the most helpful. He went out and physically took pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. But being as efficient as possible the vehicle I was interested in sold within three days. Raj committed to work with me and keep an eye out for the type of vehicle I am looking for. The main problem iOS that I live in Nevada and Fletcher Jones is in California, about a 3/4 hour drive from here. It's a work in progress.

After inviting me in for a “demo” which i didn’t even get to drive the car. We have talked about pricing I said I was comfortable at 850 for a C63 sedan but I had to confirm with my spouse if she would be ok with that too. After that I said please give us some time to think about it. With in the week they changed the lease payment of that car 4 times from 850, 914.71,974, and back down to 914. In addition when I said I was ready to pick up the car on but I was on vacation and I would like to put a security deposit on it so when I could get back it would be a done deal but I could not even do that. The next thing I know I get an email saying that car might not even be there when I get back from my vacation. Over all very disorganized and not very transparent.

Charles McCarthy got me the car I wanted For an excellent price 5k cheaper then the other dealerships. We did the deal over the phone within 2-3 hours before other customers with appointments to check the car out. When the deal was done I flew out to SNA, Charles picked me with VIP treatment, took me for a tour and wow I was amaze with the dealership. This dealership is beyond Nordstrom. But enough said, picked up my car with an excellent gorgeous detail and a full tank of gas and drove my beauty back to Northern California.

It started well with a sales rep named Josh, but did not continue as we proceeded. I purchased the car on a Saturday with the promise of additional work being performed by Fletcher Jones as part of the purchase agreement and a deal that was made with Josh. Josh agreed to put this in writing BUT apparently "forgot" & went on vacation. I called the service dept. & made all the necessary arrangements only to be told by the service dept. that they refuse to do the work unless i agree to pay. I explained that I was a new client whom just purchased a car and that I had the agreement in writing and gave him the deal number on the agreement to verify. I was told that unless the sales department agrees to pay the bill that the service department will not perform the work - deal number or not! Well after many frustrating discussions with many people, I was finally assisted by Alicia and Kristine who verified the accuracy of my paperwork, apologized and fulfilled the obligations. 3 stars 4 them

First sounded like a great deal over phone with credit applications. Then told me come in and sign for car. Went in and story changed I needed more down from 5k to 10k. Once i said 8k down was the most they said okay come sign and take the car. After i get there then story changed that i now needed better credit. Once I found a co signer with excellent credit then they said no deal with any banks and started avoiding phone calls.

Seems like Sales Dept worked In teams which made it difficult to get much done. I felt like I was constantly being handed off. I had to do most of the follow up. The Finance Dept discussed several financing options to utilize but at the end only one was offered.

I call this dealer on Friday. I got the appointment for this range on Monday at 10:45am . So on Monday morning I start driving to LA from Bay area after 6 hours driving i got call from the dealer to confirm my appointment i said I'm on my way ill be there before 10am Later on after 1 hours the dealer call back and telling me that we sold the car you are coming to see . I was shocked why i said I just drive for that range 6 hours . And now it sold why . The dealer said we got Another customer from Washington he bought it online and said that i can send 100$ gifts card . I don't believe this dealer did this to me it was the worst experience.

I completed an online application, was approved, drove two hours to get the car only to find out the the car was sold before I got there. What a waste of my time and energy. These people don't seem to care about anything but MONEY. People are just a means to reach their quotas.

Fletcher Jones was on the ball. I inquired about a vehicle and within a short time I was contacted by email (my preferred contact method) by Jodie. She was able to answer my questions and had another associate Otar reach out to me with additional pictures of the car. They worked as a team communicating back and forth with me following up in a professional non pushy way. A manager followed up as well to make sure I was receiving all the information I needed. In my opinion Fletcher Jones really cares about their potential customers and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to make a sound decision. Truly refreshing dealing with a car dealership that knows how to treat a potential customer. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again in the future.

Less than impressed. Made an appointment to see a specific car. They called to confirm on the day of appointment. At the dealership the car and salesman were not there for the appointment. Other sales people could not locate the car. We left and bought elsewhere.

Salesman asked me to come and just see the car. When I arrived they set me up with a different salesman. He was nice at first, but as the time went by he was more and more pushy. It went from "come see the car" to snake oil salesman really fast. I felt like a gazelle amongst lions. I could even hear them talking about me through the walls. I was lucky to make it out without making a mistake and buying there. And as I was leaving the salesman was following me and trying to lower the price even more.

Oh yes Fletcher Jones. I gave them all my information including they ran my credit only to come back and say sorry but we sold the car. We have one for $5000 more. The old bait and switch. I will never ever use Fletcher Jones. Thanks for jacking up my credit a tiny bit so you can make more money

Best experience ever at a dealership. Literally, only took about 10 minutes to get approved after I filled out application and not hours like I seen other dealerships do to people trying to wear them down to make them desperate to take any deal just to get out of there.

Very nice .. have 85% if car I want.. just priced way too high ( for my interest) as these cars are plummeting down as the GLC is being highly promoted over the GLA as bigger and more comfort and there is a glut of off lease GLAs coming off lease.. which is what I want. As I like small and gas mileage of the GLA

Fletcher Jones Mercedes' sales tactics are deceitful, as I experienced in November 2017. I found a used 2015 E400 Mercedes on CarGurus.com and requested information from the dealership. Almost immediately I was contacted by the sales person. There was no price on the CarGurus listing, so I asked about the price. He said he would research it and get back with me. Then, about 15 minutes later I called him back, asking other questions – which included “Is this car a Certified Pre-Owned?” He responded “Yes, it is.” Later that day, we exchanged multiple text messages, where instead of quoting me a price he asked “make an offer.” So I responded with screen shots from CarGurus, with their recommended market price and the sales person responded, “I think thats [sic] a fair price point.” And then I asked more detail about the Certified Pre- Owned warranty, and he responded that it’s good for 5 years, unlimited miles. We arranged to meet at the dealership the next day. Surprise; when we arrived, the sales person I communicated with was not there so we were handed off to someone else. After we took the test drive, the new sales person apologized and said that he was mistaken, that the car is not Certified Pre-Owned because it is subject to the Takata air bag recall. Then we headed up to his office to discuss, and he quoted me a base price on the car that was $5,000 more than the price the original sales person had agreed to! I immediately interrupted him and explained that the original sales person had accepted a much lower price, and that he must be mistaken. I showed him the text messages as proof and he then left to consult with sales management. About 5 minutes later, he returned to the room with a manager who said that only he (the manager) was authorized to make a deal on pricing, and that they could only sell the car at the higher price. This whole experience feels like sales tactics from the 80s! The dealership lured me to Newport Beach. They confirmed (via phone and text) that the car was Certified Pre-Owned. They agreed (in writing via text) to a price that they did not honor when I came to the dealership. I wasted a lot of time because the dealership is an hour and a half drive from my home. These deceptive practices are not acceptable, I recommend that you take your business somewhere else!!!

Typical car salesmen. They totally undervalue the trade in vehicle and overpriced their vehicles. Then, after a fey weeks, the start lowering the price of their vehicles -since np one in the right mind would pay that- and try to tell the customer that it has been discounted by X among of dollars. IT IS SO INSULTING. One would expect that from a used car lot but not a "prestige" dealer as they claim they are.

I was very impressed with the speed in with Fletcher Jones Motorcars contacted us and their willingness to work with us to put us in the car of our choice. I worked with Joey Gulo and he was fantastic...very customer oriented and helpful in every way. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. That's saying a lot! My wife and I fly into John Wayne airport this Thursday to pick-up our car and Joey has offered to pick us up which is beyond helpful. So far this is the best car buying experience we've had and we are grateful for the help we have received so far. I cannot recommend this dealership any higher.

The vehicle was sold but they still email, text and call me to visit. The sales guy could't find the car in the lot and said probably it was sold yesterday, and the system was not updated yet. I drove 50 miles back and forth, and they still owe me an apology. Very disappointed at this so called the largest MB dealer.

Was told the car was available and when I went in for my scheduled appointment the car was not there. The car supposedly had sold 3 days prior to my visit but I was not contacted at all in regard to its status. It was emphasized to them that the interest was only in that car and to advise me if it had been sold before I was able to make my appointment, after all it was a two hour drive. The people who I were talking to did not even speak with me in regard to the car and I was pushed off on someone whom I had not previously arranged communication with. The whole experience was very Shady and it leads me to believe the car was a lost lead.

I contacted Fletcher as I was in the market for a MB CLS550 and they advertised a vehicle without pricing (which is frustrating) so I emailed. Fast response; both emailed and phoned but the problem is they priced the car at the highest end of the range. Having searched for the past 4 months, I was aware of fair pricing for this condition vehicle. 5 stars for response, 1 star for pricing ...3 star score. Use your judgement here

I submitted an application and was told that I would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours once my credit application was reviewed...well needless to say a few days went by and I called to check the status only to find out that the car had been sold and all I had was an inquiry to show for it. I think that the situation should have been handled differently.

TERRIBLE, I went and talked to one of the sales managers and was interested in trading in my 07 S550 in for 2013 S63, they asked me to make and offer so I did the guy laughed in my face as if I was a joke, now the same car weeks later is being offered at a lower price then my offer... I heard great reviews from them but will never go there again...

The worst experience ever... Rude and actually lied to me. They refused to help me find a car at another dealership unless I gave them a deposit first. The saleswoman actually yelled at my 10 year old kid! Would never go back and would never send anyone I care about to this dealership!

Quick initial response by sales person. When car inquired about (2014?) didn't have specific add-on installed that was advertised said it could be "added" (Nav system). Not best answer. I also gave him other options for used (colors, etc.) that would be suitable choices. He never responded (maybe he didn't have or was busy that day). Again, not best response. He could have asked about or mentioned new, but did not. I did make an appt. to see cars following Thanksgiving. When I ultimately chose a different car mfrg., I emailed him to cancel the appt. ahead of time and thanked him for his time. He never responded and I never heard back. I was courteous and did not waste his time (i.e. missed appt.), he should have sent me an email thanking me for my interest and for contacting his firm. I realize the car business is a tough business, many inquiries, a lot of shopping around by prospective clients and uncommitted customers. Plus low margins. It can be exhausting. But basic sales etiquette and follow through would have yielded a better overall experience.

very professional. These people know how to treat customers......why ever go back to the rink-dinky little FORD dealer to sit in a smelly sales execs office with faded photos and cheap chairs.....The dealers are a representative of the cars they sell. That's why I unfortunately stick to European cars.
