the sales person spoke spanish and was very attentive with us. however, he was clueless about the
feature of the jeep and simply treated us like we didn't know. for example, the all weather speaker at
the back, he said it was a water drain. All the frame flex during acceleration and braking, he said it
was normal. This was probably our 10th jeep that we drove in two days, and none of the others had
this issue. I may not go back.

Kisan is the worse sales person i ever met! He told me he is waiting for me to purchased the car so i went there directly to buy the car since i already test drove it a day before when they were closing in 30 mins and when i confirmed i was on my way next day he called another customer to show up before i did and told him the car still available and to show up before me and sold the car and i was there first! The manager didn’t care or anyone working there They have the worst customer service i ever experienced!

I am sorry for you feeling upset by that, but as we discussed in person, you had an opportunity to purchase it the night before it got sold and you intended to negotiate further. The vehicle you were interested in was well priced and a desirable unit, and another customer came in the next day and purchased the car. Very friendly and organized sales team, who are able to help get you what you are looking for. Steve Julius is very dependable and was able to find me a car loan, despite my credit flaws. The dealership was incredibly responsive to my inquiry. While I am still shopping

accepted the offer as-is but they increased the price overnight saying it was a third-party mistake to put the
wrong price online. they should have honored the price we agreed. very unprofessional.

Poor experience. While the dealership was quick to respond and booked my test drive same day they failed to notify me that the vehicle had been sold before I arrived. I drove 1 hour and 20 minutes to look at this specific car only to find that I could have been saved the trip if they had had the
courtesy to notify me. Instead the sales agent asked me if I wanted to look at other vehicles and pushing on whether or not I really wanted the features I was looking for when I booked the test drive. Likely will not consider them for future vehicle purchases.

The seller was very rude over the phone , I make my application only and was approved thru different credit unions, but dealership tried to put me on the moss higher interest, even if I was approved for better rate. NOT RECOMMENDED ARE ALL THIS DEALER !

This car dealership is a complete joke. I spoke with Megan and scheduled a appointment to look at a truck. she said she would be there but never showed and the truck I wanted had sold. no one notified me not did she make any notes of what I wanted. I drove from Lakewood to Seattle just to find out the truck was sold. then they tried to do the we have other trucks conversation. The only reason they didn't notify me was so they could get me in the door.

Scam artists. Called and asked to see the "great deal" 2016 Ford Fusion, listed for many months now. Person on the phone said it's available and I drove almost an hour to see it, just to be told "the engine is missing and the listing should have been taken down." Beware of this shady business.

Worst experience. They agreed to give a price match if there was one and there was one of $29,500 and the following day as I’m getting ready to go in to purchase the vehicle they call and tell me they can’t go along with the deal because it was too low. On top of that vehicle had oil stains on the rear seats and the tints were all faded and ripped. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Your better off taking your money else where. If I could leave a half star I would.

They contacted us right away after trying to contact them through the website. They were friendly and prompt. I scheduled an appt and then
pulled the VIN history. Based on the history we decided to cancel the appt and notified them of an issue on the car (very large issue, of legal
consequence). They never updated their listing and the car sold. Of course I'll never know if they disclosed the issue to the buyer.

Went to test drive this truck it smelled like dog so we didn’t have a chance to drive it very much . The salesman that was there had an oh well attitude. The next day the salesman I first talked to messaged me and said we can get he smell out but wouldn’t unless I told him how much I would pay for the truck. Terrible customer service !

Jason, Our vehicles are typically treated for smells during the time of reconditioning. Once in a while they may need an ozone machine type treatment and it works very well. This treatment can take hours or sometimes days to complete. Perhaps the salesperson didn't explain in detail what is involved. Had you chose to purchase we would have honored our word and fixed the smell. Thank you for your feedback.
Overall it was a good experience. I wish the salesman was more on our side rather than just trying to make a sale and I wish we didn’t have to wait over two hours to sign paperwork.

When I emailed them they said they had the car their and it was in great shape I said ok I will be their the next day at 4 to test drive it. I showed up the next day and they said the car had been gone for over 3 days they gave it back to the auction house/bank because they could not get the title. They then tried to sell me other cars on their lot above the price I was looking at. This place is a joke I would not recommend.

Very shady experience. First car I purchased had
no safety inspection and amost killed me on the
way home. Front control arm bolt almost fell off
and one the turn signals didnt even work. Finally
got the car I wanted after two weeks of hassles,
but now they are telling me I only gave them
2000 cash when I gave them 4000 in cash for my
down payment. Staff was rude, impatient and
not very professional or understanding. I would
avoid this place at all cost.
One of the loaners they gave me they wanted
immediately back because they said they
shouldn't have given it to me because it needed
to go in maintenance and would break down if I
kept driving it. They were trying to give me an old
gas guzzling clunker instead and I said I didn't
want it. They suggested I still drop it off and Uber
home. One of the salesmen Gokul even used the
f word when I was talking to him. Now I cuss but
I don't think it was very professional at all. He for
some reason told me that he didn't even have a
licence.

Bought the truck, had them take to dealer for a check up. Almost 4 weeks later truck had multiple issues and they kept beating around the bush. Very upset I really wanted the truck. They did reverse the loan so I give them at but the games wasn’t cool and to sell a truck that had so many issues and were selling like that isn’t cool.

Quick response to my initial contact. But when the item I was interested in
didn't turn out exactly what I was looking for, and would not be coming in
to test drive that particular one, I started to describe what I would like that
he may know of, or that he might check for. He quickly cut me off and told
me that another person could help me and cut the conversation short. He
texted her info, for me to contact. I chose not to, as it was off-putting that
he really wasn't interested in helping me, or using some customer service
skills to communicate with a potential customer. I won't be contacting
them again and will find a car elsewhere.

Paul was very helpful from beginning to end. Dealership building was dirty and in disrepair, not appealing at all. When we picked up car it had an additional 4000 miles on it than ad said. We are very happy with the car. I can’t say I would recommend the dealership to anyone because of the unprofessional appearance of the place.

Went in to see a 2013 ford escape. It was dirty inside and out. Old McDonald's bag in the rear floor compartment. Waded up tissues and garbage in the center console. Sticky tape residue across the entire front bumper (something was taped to the car long enough to leave the stickiness) . Bits of tree branches underneath the hood where it meets the windshield( was parked outside, under a tree for who knows how long). It wad just not clean inside and out. When we brought up our concerns the sales man when full used car salesman on us. Dismissing every concern. He even said, "i don't want to defend the car.... but...." he said "if i wanted to put $300.00 down, he would have it detailed." He told me it doesn't make scene to have it cleaned if I'm not gonna buy it..... I'd assume you'd want the car not you habe trash in it.... but that's just me. We didn't buy there.... salesmans name was Paul.

Received a quick, personalized reply from Thomas with the information I'd
requested. Came in to test-drive three vehicles. One had been transferred
to another lot overnight, a second was being test-driven by another family
(and subsequently purchased by them), but the third was available. We
went out with Paul. I appreciated his friendly but not intrusive demeanor.
He respectfully listened to what I said and didn't try to make me feel
stupid (unlike some other salespeople I've worked with). He also didn't try
to "sell" me anything -- a good car ought to sell itself.
No condescension, no rushing, no pressure: I'd definitely return to this
dealer and be glad to work with Thomas or Paul on a future car purchase.

It was the worst experience of my life. They lied to me and told me the car was there so I drove over an hour to see the car that I wanted to purchase. When I got there they said that it was not there and that they had loaned it out. They also let me know that it had a salvage title which was not on the ad. They were very unprofessional and I would never go back

But the salse person told me that the car has not been there yet and it takes 45 minute to get the car from other site. And he asked me to process paper work to get loan approval before test driving the car i was looking for. This is how they treat the custemr who drive 102 to make a business with them which is insulting and disrespecting their custumer. I feel like i was stupid, ...... I dont recomend this dealer at all.
I had absolutely the best salesman named James. He listened to me and my wants for a car. He really worked hard to get me a fantastic deal on an amazing car. He was so nice, patient, warm hearted and a pleasure to to meet and do business with. My experience with James defines what a car buying experience ought to be. A+ & %100 straight across the board.

We drove over 350 miles to test drive this car. It was decent car but had issues. First the test drive we didn't go far because the gas tank was almost empty. Immediately the engine light came on. The salesperson had the service department look at it. The service department knew about it, said is needed a oxygen sensor and it would not be fixed for 2 weeks. According to Gar Guru site is has been listed for 254 days. They have had plenty of time to fix it. They should advised a car and allow us to test drive it if they knew it had issues! Never will do business with them and will not recommend them to anyone.

This dealership is sketchy. The price they have listed is 16k . Go to the dealership, test drive the vehicle (the sales person was a joke), go in to talk to finance about pricing and they insist that they can't give you a price without a credit check. So you go through that monkey motion, just for them to tell you that the sale price listed on their website is for people who walk in with cash or check in hand and not for people who they provide financing to. 1) I brought my own financing. All they had to do was print me out a purchase order to take to my bank so the bank could write a check to the dealership (check in hand!). 2) I didn't want them to finance. I simply wanted to talk price before making my final decision in this vehicle. 3) After hearing this, and my explaining all of these things, the finance person tries to guilt trip me into purchasing this vehicle. At this point, your sketchy dealership has turned me off to not only the truck, but the people who work there. If they hadn't tried to screw me over, by changing the list price; if they hadn't forced me into trying to finance; and if they hadn't tried to manipulate and guilt trip me into buying a vehicle that I wasn't sure was for me, I might have been a happy customer. As far as I'm concerned, I will never go here and I will tell my friends and family to avoid them.

Very nice people. Allowed me to test drive without anyone else in the car. Cars were very dirty though. I would've considered buying if they has taken the time to get them cleaned and attempted to get the smoke smell out of the interior. Price was too high for the quality and mileage of the car I was looking at.

Made an appointment to look at a vehicle, made the 2 hour drive to look at it and it wasn't ready until 45 min after appointment time. The vehicle was in terrible condition and obviously involved in a wreck and and was not running right. Check engine light came on as soon as we got on the interstate and started shaking under throttle. Didn't think we would make it back. Salesmen were friendly but in a sketchy way. The whole dealership was very sketchy and they had a parking lot full of wrecked cars behind it. Would not recommend wasting your time with them.

While I was wait for a call back I was reading other people's experience, all negative. So, I decided not to pursue dealing with them.

Bait and switch. Went to dealership to

mos. It was a nice van that was way
below blue book. When we went to do
the paperwork he said they couldn't
finance it because of our bankruptcy but
we had to have a car that had less than
100k in order for the lenders to limit
their liability/risk for loss and that thus
other van (over double the price would
work because it had under 100k
(98,xxx). I will never go there again.

Destination Motors--easy to work with. No pushy sales bit at all. Only drawback is we had to pester them for a Lexus manual...and no spare keys given...so cost us a few extra hundred to get some made at the dealership. Other than that, I'd recommend them.

Overall, I had a great experience with First National Fleet and Lease (Tacoma location). They were accessible, friendly, patient, and very willing to work with me through the whole process, from sorting through vehicles until I got the one I fell in love with, to arranging its delivery. I already had financing through my credit union but they still worked with the numbers said credit union have to give me concrete, workable numbers. Fabian Reyes was my salesman and he was both informative, helpful, and entertaining, to boot. Heather and Shawn (unsure of which spelling) in finance were nothing but professional and courteous. I didn't give them a five as my initial interaction wasn't very professional and they need a lot more office space for the staff they have, but those are very small quibbles in the overall scheme of things.

Got a great price for an awesome car. Had it checked out after purchase and it was everything they said it was, an excellent deal in prime condition. Just wish they would've given me more of a walk-through of the car and features, still figuring out how to use all the features months later.

I asked about the vehicle I purchased and was told that it had a clean title and no accidents. On the way home I noticed that there were a few messages coming on the panel. I should have checked the vehicle better before signing the paperwork; however, when I got home and we looked under the vehicle, it was clear the vehicle had the bumper changed because of an accident. That was the reason of all of those messages on the panel. The bumper didn't have sensors and it was generating the messages, along with few other problems that I have asked about and was ridiculed. When we only got there and I asked for the Kelly Blue Book Pricing of this car they brought me a spreadsheet with a logo of a Kelly Blue Book on top, on the sheet it had all the features that were not even close describing my vehicle, like a sunroof (there is none in my car) and some other staff. I felt something was wrong I asked them for an updated copy (the one handed to me initially was dated 12/29/14, I was buying it on 1/3/15). They changed the date and handed back to me, the same spreadsheet. For some reason I overlooked and bought that vehicle. I know I overpaid due to that trick. The Service department however was OK (I had to return for a missing seat and they replaced the part of the back seat that was there initially with a new along with adding the missing one). I got my registration 2 days after the temporary tabs expired. The documents had misspelling on them. Before I got my registration and the plates I was asked to pay extra because I underpaid. Later they waved that after I explained them how unhappy I am about this purchase. To tell you the truth, if I could I would have returned the vehicle for a full refund. Tell me if I can, and I will. If after reading this you still want to shop for the vehicle at this place watch out for the real copy of Kelly Blue Book Price for the vehicle of interest from online, not a spread sheet, and check the features listed if they are related to your vehicle before giving an offer on the vehicle of interest. Make sure you ask for the CarFax, they will not provide you with one if they have something to hide. Check to insure that it was not in the accident, if it was, there should be a price change. Watch out for the messages on the panel, if it say something make them check and fix all of the issues before taking it home and insure that when you sign the documents the work needed is included on the list of what needs to get done. Make sure you are aware of all problems before coming up with a price you want to pay for the vehicle. I had the worst experience in my life here. I wish you all the best. Good luck.

I got a response from them very quickly. It was not an automated message like
some of the other dealers just trying to get you to come in. Ahmed reached out
to me and was very patient an understanding. Really helpful. He even kept in
touch with me over the months as I continued my search. No pressure. Some of

Dealership is in a dirty area of the city. The lot is cram-packed, cars are
not detailed, salesmen are fast talking braggarts and it feels a little like
you might be buying from the mob. But in the end the car was a great
deal and after all the fast talking was done the guys relaxed and were
pleasant to work with.

Very polite, but did not listen to me when I explained what I wanted to spend. Pushed financing on me. Did not seem to know what they had and what had been sold. Showed me the same car twice. I waited for them to figure out what they had for about 45 min. Frustrating.
