After making initial contact with the dealership, we agreed on the price and terms for a vehicle. I believed the deal was settled. However, the following day I was informed that the vehicle had been sold to another customer by a different salesperson. I was then offered a different vehicle at a much higher price. Unfortunately, this experience felt unprofessional and inconsistent with fair business practices.
Salesperson couldn’t show me the car without sales manager putting excessive pressure on me to purchase car. Just walked away.

As many others have documented, this dealer refused to sell the car at the price listed on both CarGurus and their
own dealership site. I agreed to buy the car at full listed price on their website. The paperwork I was provided had
over $1000 added to the vehicle price. When I called them on it I was told "thats the price". I spoke to the sales
manager who told me the car was sold. I asked why I had been presented a contract if the car was sold. His lies
continued for the next 10 minutes until he finally said "I can choose not to sell a car to anyone for any reason".
The car is still listed for sale on the dealer's website and on CarGurus. I doubt I was told one singe truthful thing
the entire time I was engaged with this dealership.
This is a classic bait-and-switch operation.
I emailed the manager who responds to all the critical reviews here twice and never received a reply. He responds
to give the appearance that their dishonest behavior is atypical. It is not. AVOID

AVOID AT ALL COST
Be aware that this “dealership” does not respect their online pricing adds. I called to schedule a test drive and, they did confirm that the vehicle was available. I got there a few hours afters and, the car was in for service therefore, no test drive. Then, the unprofessional sales person and manager told me that the price of the vehicle was $2,500 more than what it was listed for on line and, an additional $3,000 for what they claim to be a “Needed warranty coverage” that I was not needed as the vehicle has manufacturer’s warranty. I questioned them about the online listed price and they both told me that they were not aware of the on line adds. I just walked out.

They added $4,900.00 to the Price in random warranry items. When asked why there was a discrepancy between the CarGurus price and their online website price they states that CarGurus adjust the price to make with the current market, or something along those lines. In the end they offered to sell me the car at $26k and change (forgot the exact amount) plus ttl.
We had a very bad experience at this dealership. A manager named Joe told us that the vehicle we were looking at came with a 7yr/100,000 mile certified warranty from the date of purchase.
So we decided to purchase the vehicle.
When we sat in the room with the finance person we were told the vehicle only came with a 2yr. Warranty. We felt deceived by being told something else. Because of that we walked out and will not be giving this dealership our business in the future. We will also be letting everyone we know NOT to do business with this dealership.
Was promised pricing, never heard back after multiple attempts. Turns out they sold the
truck but did not want to tell me that.

Beware, went in looking for a Sentra, the salesman told me the price is only contingent if I purchase there av gap. I explained to the dealer I don’t need to purchase anything extra I just want the vehicle. I’ve purchased many new vehicles and never have I ever been told I have to pay extra coverage for a vehicle

Informed salesman I would be there at or about 4 PM. Showed up on the lot but no salesman. Called his cell
phone but No answer. Drove thed lot looking for the vehicle but could not locate it. Left dealership lot. Was a
waste of my time.

Not a great one. I was told that in order to purchase the vehicle that I needed to pay for some “millennium package”. I asked for them to send me all the paperwork there was for this package so I could review it but nothing was ever sent to me.
