We set an appointment for me to see the car during a live video chat. They blew me off for three hours just to send me 4 videos just a few seconds long. I was already at another dealership. Few things to note: I was quickly sent a bill of sale filled with fees that bumped the price up a few thousand. The car wasn't even on the lot when they tried to bill me for it. They were nice but didn't want to answer anything about the car. It kinda sucked because I had my heart set on it.

After receiving an initial response to tell me to that the vehicle was still available, I subsequently put in an offer, via the cargurus message system, and via text to the sales agent. But never received any feedback/reply. So I purchased another car, the same model and the same year, the following week, that I found on my own.

FC Auto is a great place to purchase a car. They contacted us right away. We had to travel an hour to get there, so we made an appointment. The staff was waiting and ready when we arrived. Very, very friendly. Freddy our salesman was very helpful. We did end up purchasing the car. Will definitely do business with FC Auto again.

I asked about the car on Christmas Day and they contacted me the next morning. I did a quick credit app and I picked up the car. My salesman hamlet was very knowledgeable about Audi’s. He showed me every bell and whistle and all the safety features. I left very satisfied with my purchase.

Dealer responded quickly. The salesman said there was a no haggle price and then 2 weeks later they dropped the price?!? Who does that? The lost a sale that day , if they decide they want to sell more cars they should work deals .

So, given the times, first and last time I will buy a car totally online. "Walter" was nice enough, but never answered a question directly. But, he did negotiate price a bit. I came to realize why. When the vehicle arrived, the driver dashed off as quickly as he could in Uber. No one to ask questions to. So, I began a complete inspection of the car. I found a hole in the convertible roof, and also determined the automatic retraction of the convertible would not recede into its compartment. It would get "stuck" on the rear truck wall. The 12v AC adaptor in the console was dead. A low tire pressure indicator light was on, even after I filled all tires to 35psi; it would not go off. It came with temporary tags, of which I do not know if they will be permanent, as I don't know if I will need an VA Emissions test, despite asking and getting no answer. I can hear a lose lifter in the engine at idle. And now that they have my money, they will not answer any inquiry. Don't buy online.

I would not recommend this dealership. I spoke with one the sales person and he seem to me as a big time con-man. When I brought to light that I was not going to be one of his victim he got upset and advised he was going to negotiate with me. I think he was unprofessional and tries to take advantage of people that are less informed about vehicles. Thumbs down for this location.

As far as communication hey we’re great in reaching out. They reached out to me via text which made communication easy. I did not purchase however there was conflicting stories between who I originally spoke with and the manager. It all comes down to running your credit which I wasn’t gonna do until I saw the vehicle but also because i’m looking for certain vendors that will be willing to work with a lender I was approved for. I’m still looking but appreciate their service and candidness with options.

Detestable experience.....visited the dealership in person after checking the car online, and was first pleasantly surprised that the car seemed to meet all the criteria listed on the site, it was a fairly accurate description to what the car really was, and vice versa. After checking the car, I realized that it was not going to meet exactly my need, as I was looking for something a little better maintained. I thanked the guy for his time and told him exactly that.....to which he rudely responded something like "don't waste my time next time"....we left. Poor client skills, and poor brain, he could have tried to hook us up with another car, or maintain the relationship for a future deal.....Highly not recommended!

The dealer drove a hard bargain, and I can appreciate that, but they failed to follow through with promises made to support repairs that were required the day after I purchased the car. My biggest complaint is the fact that I was charged for a one year registration in Virginia and had to pay again (for the same year) when I went to the DMV. I will never do business with FC Auto again and HIGHLY recommend looking at another dealership for a car.

Outstanding service, immediate response, beautiful cars, one heck of an experience. I came in to look at a mercedes convertible, they had another one that wasn't listed yet one year newer same miles it had the AMG package that I really wanted. Dealt with Walter and Nigel, great guys and very informative. They didn't hesistate to show me the vehicle even though it wasn't listed online. I also had the pleasure of getting to meet their boss Kian who personally dealt with me after I decided which car I wanted. He informed me that they purchase all of their vehicles from private parties through a program on USAA. No pressure tactics, no rediculous upsells, I do like the way they do the warranties. Definitely a dealer I recommend to anyone looking for a solid used car. I will be back in 2 years for a real AMG! Keep up the great work guys!

I came from a hour and a half away and the truck I look at was the biggest piece of crap didn't have a muffler paint was bad and smelled like some one just got done smoking a cigarette inside of it will never trust there sales men at all

Started the search looking for a Cadillac DTS with LoOow miles and found exactly what I was looking for. I read the earlier review about not having the right trim and options but working as a software data harvester for a real estate company, I know information feeds can get mixed up. I called up first though to confirm everything as I was traveling from quite a distance away just to make sure and they were more than accommodating and were even willing to go and double check some of the things I was looking for. Arrived, car looked great, drove great, did paperwork and left as proud new owner of my new Caddy!

contacted me shortly after I sent e-mail inquiring about a Ford Excursion. I had two or three questions specific to thie car I was interested in. As ususal these were not answered in their replies. Instead I got much of their sales pitch which didn't fulfill my questions. But then again NONE og the dealers I contacted answered my questions, which were "is the car still available?" and "is the price negotiable?". Not difficult questions to be answered. FC Auto did however contact me when the car was sold. That was a nice closure to their efforts.
