The staff was friendly but I have no trust for them. They didn't listen to me and made me wait for a long time
because of that. They play games with the pricing of the car, which they move up and down randomly from
$29.9K to $25.5K, while at the same time they promised me the price was fixed and fair and I was getting the
best deal. Like most dealers today, they claim they do not negotiate, but they are clearly not offering a fixed
best price. I pass on Fazza.

We didn’t have a good experience with this dealer. They asked us to come in on a Sunday afternoon, and after we got there, they told us they had already sold the car the day before. When we asked if they had similar models available for a test drive, they said the only one was at another location, 20 minutes further away. We had already driven 45 minutes from Boston to get there. The other vehicle also had 85,000 miles on it, so we ended up leaving without being able to check out the Model Y. We were not informed beforehand that the car we were asked to come see and potentially purchase had already been sold and couldn’t test drive a Model Y. The person I spoke to was nice but the shady dealer practice isn’t cool. Everyone’s time is valuable.
I had a great buying experience with Fazza Motors at their Marlborough location. The sales rep João was very friendly and responsive. They did a great job detailing the vehicle and were easy to work with for the purchase. They also did the title and registration so that it was a faster turn around process. I had the truck within 4 days of signing. Would highly recommend Fazza Motors.
Outstanding customer service and follow up. Dealership is attractive, variety of vehicles impressive. Prices very competitive. Our salesman Joao went over and above. I highly recommend Fazza, very friendly group from start to finish.

Purchased a 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu salesman Gabriel was very helpful throughout the whole process making for a smooth transaction couldn't ask for a better salesman

Communication with this dealership was very poor. They use appointment setters, and well, that didn't go so well. After multiple confirmations, email, text and a
phone conversation prior to driving over an hour to view a vehicle. I was told that he (the appointment setter) would be waiting for me and the car would be ready
for me to view. I arrived, I was told that "Bruno" was just an appointment setter, and someone would be right with me. 25 minutes later, I'm told that the car had
been sold "days ago". This is just so unacceptable!!! Be very cautious with this "used car dealer" because that is all they are, and unfortunately, I found out the
hard way.
