Very responsive, supportive in assisting with test driving and maintenance records review.
Very positive experience start to finish.
I am rating this dealer one star because of what happened after the sale. I want to warn others so you don’t make the same mistake. This should be a 5 star review. Once contacted this dealership did everything right up to the point of sale. Four days after buying the car I noticed a tear in the passengers leather seat. I contacted the dealer honestly believing they would offer to repair. Was I ever wrong. I was told once you drive it off the lot it is not our problem. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told they said the same thing. Sorry the 30 day bumper to bumper satisfaction is only for mechanics. So how can you sale cars online and not back up the vehicles for people to check out the car? It was just four days and I was told we are sorry but sorry. Do not but a used vehicle from this dealership.

I am not sure you have the correct dealership. I do not remember this encounter but I do know that we would not have said those words to you. Even if we felt like it wasn't our responsibility, we would have offered to fix at cost if needed. A small tear in the seat is usually less than $150 repair, not worth the bad press. I had my eyes on a BMW X3 and got very close to pulling the trigger before my plans changed. Ryan provided high resolution videos of the
vehicle showing all the minor imperfections. I appreciated their no-hassle approach, not your typical nosy dealership. Overall very
accommodating.
Car was at the detailer, told salesperson to call as soon as it return. Old him I was serious and needed to buy something that day. Neverheard from him. Finally went down there, truck was in the driveway with someone else looking at it. Salesperson said truck just got back. They bought the truck and i was SOL. Poor communication. Salesperson with detail shop, salesperson with me.

Kevin and Bradley were exceptional compared to other dealers I have met. Bradley knew intricacies of the car ....Both men were professional and respectful. Their inventory was also top of the line which spoke volumes about their selectivity.
I would highly recommend this dealership over any other that I have either contacted or visited
The salesman that contacted me was top notch. He went over the pluses and minuses of the car with enthusiasm. Unfortunately, the car sold before I had a chance to visit the dealership. The salesman informed me of this sale, so I did not travel to Raleigh to see the car. At this time, the salesman is looking for a similar car(s) for me to consider.

The salesman was always courteous and prompt in getting back with
me. While I ended up buying the car from out of state, I was put off
upon arrival for an hour, so that was disappointing. I already had a
trailer, so I took the Porsche home. No mention in the description of
the car having had a total respray, and not a good one at that. It also
had the seats recovered in vinyl, not leather as indicated.
Disappointing, but I should have caught these. I was pressed for
time and trying to get out before rush hour traffic.

I thought I did my best to answer all the questions you asked so that you would not be surprised in a bad way. Also, if you recall, it was by far the best-priced 1990 Porsche 944 of it's kind in the country. My apologies for not answering more thoroughly but I honestly do not recall you asking about the paint when we spoke. I will use this constructively and I hope that if I can help in the future you will give me a try!

I can only comment on the communication, and attention to detail at this
time as I have not finalized the purchase as of now. I usually despise the
entire process of purchasing another car, used or new. This has been the
easiest process a dealership could offer. Although my bank already pre-
approved the financing, Ryan still had his hands full answering any question.
I have asked anything from finalizing the purchase, how much will be tacked
on for tax and dealership fess to information regarding potential recalls the
car I am looking at may have. He even offered to reach out to the
manufactorer dealership on my behalf to start the process of fixing the recall.
I am beyond happy with my service so far and would recommend them!
