Maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Felt like a bit of an intruder rather than a welcome customer. I told the proprietor, at least I assumed it was the proprietor the car that I was there to see. He came out and while it was drizzling, he told me that I would not be able to lift the top down for that reason. I understand that. He then went inside and left me on my own to look at the car.I poked around for a little bit and then went back inside to thank him and let him know the key was in the car.

Euro-Asian Cars In Knoxville, TN. I live 2 hours away had a list of items regarding the vehicle I wanted to be checked before I drove to see it. The list contained items like: did the vehicle have any oil leaks; were the tires in good shape; did the transmission need work, and was there any rust on the vehicle. Once the dealer saw my list, he was very gracious and responded back to me that vehicle was probably not for me. I was shocked he would give me that kind of report, since that meant he would be losing a sale. I was very impressed. If I am in the market for another vehicle, I would definitely contact him again.

I bought the 2008 Solstice that Euro Asian had for sale. They were very good at keeping in touch with ne and assisting me in obtaining financing. Working with them was a great experience. I highly recommend them.

I bought the Titan. It is in very good condition for its age. Reza and Harris were friendly and knew what they had. Would buy from them again.

Only experience with this dealer was an inquiry from their CarGurus ad. They were very prompt and courteous in their response. I have not pursued further as of this review, but may do so. Simply looking at different vehicles available.

It was a good experience. Mr. Reza was helping me a lot. He might seem rough the first time but he has a big heart. I bought a car from him very smoothly deal no push or anything. I recommend him if you want to buy a good car with reasonable price. I will be back to buy another car in the next few years.

I was scrolling through the Car Gurus website and noticed a 2002 Audi TT roadster. I responded to the ad through Car Gurus and was promptly sent an email by Reza Dabestani of Euro Asian Cars. Mr Dabestani was very pleasant and we agreed on a purchace price very quickly. I arranged financing through USAA and everything fell into place that afternoon. Mr. Dabestani contacted me this morning (23 Apr. 2019) and said the car was ready for me to pick up. I will be driving up from Montgomery, AL to Knoxville this coming Friday to pick up the car. I have to rate this as the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had. Even though I live almost 300 miles away I will seriously consider using Mr. Dabestani and Euro Asian Cars for my next purchase. Thank you Mr. Dabestani.

Honest business & quality vehicles!!! I bought a very nice 2005 Volvo XC90 at a very good price. There was zero sales pressure, everyone was very nice and helpful. I am so happy with my experience and my vehicle! I realized the battery was no good about an hour after I bought the car. This is a very easy thing to miss especially during cold weather! Called and explained what happened. I was able to get the car back to their lot and they picked up a new battery and replaced it like 30 minutes before close on a Saturday afternoon! That's what I call quality service and I will always recommend this place in the future! Thanks for the great car and great service!

Reza responded to my email inquiry on the same day. I found a car that met my criteria and price range. After a test drive, the mechanic on the lot promptly fixed a minor non-mechanical problem at my request. I am happy with my purchase! Euro-Asian is where I will go the next time I am in the market for an automobile.

The VW had an issue with the convertible top when lowered. It was blatantly obvious but the contact said there was nothing wrong with it, that it was just the way the photo was taken. But assured me that any problem would be repaired. That sent up red flags about the car and the representative. I gave one star just because I was at least contacted.

Excellent buying experience! Great communication via email throughout the process so that everything was in writing. Reza and Harris were very helpful in answering any questions and quickly resolving any issues. They were always pleasant to talk to. I feel like we got a good vehicle for a good price. I have always purchased vehicles from dealerships in the past, so I was a bit hesitant at first to purchase from an independent lot. But after this experience, I would not hesitate to buy from Euro Asian Cars again. We actually saw several other vehicles on the lot we liked as well. The fact that they work in connection with ORNL (a well established financial institute) for financing gave me peace of mind as well. Would definitely recommend giving them a look.

No pressure sale. Had vehichle inspected by outside mechanic. Difficult to find Hummers in good shape. This vehichle had a great service record. Very satisfied with overall shopping experience. Would shop with this dealer again!

Euro-Asian Cars is one of the best used car dealers in East Tn. I have already purchased 3 vehicles from them and looking to purchase a 4th one. In 2010 I purchased a Camry and a Nissan 350Z. Both cars were in immaculate condition and the transaction and customer service was by far the best I have experienced compared to other cars lots. in 2013 I purchased a Infiniti G35 after selling my 350Z and again the process was smooth all thanks to the Owner operator Reza and his sales staff Chris and Paul. Looking to doing business with you in the near future. Keep up the great customer service and thank you for responding so quickly to my inquiry.

We had a great experience buying a 2008 Yaris from Euro-Asian Cars. Reza was a kind, low pressure salesman. The whole process was easy, and he lowered the price and called over to a local tire shop to get us a deal on new front tires. He fixed a bad back-up light on the spot and dealt with all of the temporary registration paperwork. It was a simple and easy transaction. I would definitely buy from them again. These guys are buying cars at auction and re-selling them. Judging by the cars they have on the lot, they have a good eye for quality, long lasting cars. Thanks!

Dealer only responed with e mail not a call. And they used words in e mail that were no open and friendly toward the buyer dont think I could work with this dealer because they did not make me feel like they wanted my business or wanted me to take up there time with my offer on the car. Sorry work harder to. Earn your buyers business. There are many dealers to buy elsewhere You only get one first impression from a customer. Your. Loss on this one. Not. Mine. You lost a customer and a sale with your poor choice of ways to not make a deal and your poor choice of words you emailed me. Roy.
