Overall a great dealership to work with. Highly recommended
Salesman Jabari was a nice guy but when it came down to buying and dealing with the finance he was rude didn’t introduce hisself sat a paper on the table and said that what will do. Did not acknowledge my wife who was the one wanting to buy the 4 Runner at that point we decided dealing with this dealer ship was not worth it. Being rude does not help sale cars. As we had cash to buy it outright

They keep bugging me by phone and NEVER did respond via email as I requested regarding the 2009 Lexus LX 570 4WD.
Now that it has been sold, they keep calling. Geez, if you no longer have the stated vehicle STOP TRYING TO CONTACT

We called couple of time made an appointment at 2pm we got there at 2.03pm when we arrived the seller said we sold the car at 1pm, we asked to speak with the manager and the manager said we sold it at 10am their stories did not add up because we called around 10.15am and they said the was available. And of course they tried to sell us another car
OVERALL THIS PLACE IS DESPICABLE
Wasn’t a good experience. I made an appointment to test drive the car. Traveled over an hour and the car wasn’t charged enough for a test drive.

Dealer not very helpful. I know it’s a difficult time in the car business with chip shortages etc. but this dealer made the process even more challenging, e.g. not even wanting to discuss anything until I completed a loan application.

Inaccurate inventory. No 2022 Toyota Prius Prime. I have been checking and looking since February with them. When I go there I am told none available. The website is wrong on inventory, I am told. I was told they would have some coming in, but they were reserved. I asked to reserve one, I was told I could not. Very frustrated and confused. Waste of time and energy. I even checked for 2022 Prius and the same.
Very poor experience. After a great initial conversation on the phone, I drove there to check out a
Prius Prime and was ready to make a deal. Unfortunately, they offered a ridiculously low trade-in
value for my 2018 Camry, much below the trade-in estimate from their own website. I
immediately asked for my keys back and will never patronize this dealership again. So beware
when you go there - they seem to have a used-care dealership mentality and seem to think
customers are too stupid to figure out the value of their trade-ins.

This is a horrible dealer. I emailed to confirm if the car is there, called an hour before I drove an hour to their
dealership to find out when i arrived that the car was sold. They knew the car was sold but they wanted me to
be at their dealer to sell me something else. I wasted two hours driving through traffic (heavy commute hours).
Don't do business with this dealership, very shady if you ask me.

The worst. I arrived on time for the established appt. Fleet manager came out said the person I had been dealing with was on a test drive with his customer and he would send another person. I wanted to meet the person I had the appt with but No. Gave me the keys to the car. I waited in the car for 15 min. No one came. I left. The worst!!!

I replied to a vehicle on the site and submitted my credit app
for that vehicle. I received an email stating that the dealer no
longer had that vehicle. Then I received notification from the
credit bureaus stating that my credit had been ran. This
didn't make any sense to me at the time because i
specifically requested for that particular vehicle. I've emailed
the General Manager twice now and have yet to receive a
response.
