If I could give them zero stars, I would. Worst customer service I've ever received. I would have immediately driven the 2 hours to the
dealership had someone actually followed up to my one single question. Since they didn't care enough, the car sold and no one bothered to
tell me. Thankfully I didn't take the chance and drive there myself.

Poor communication. Did not check inventory to ensure the vehicle was even available. Jerry the salesman did not even speak with me about the issue they sent someone for internet sales dept to speak to me. Wasted 1 hour 20 minute trip

I’m not a fan of the car buying experience, but I gotta say, Giovanni and the finance guy (sorry I forgot your name, begins with an “A”) made the experience simple and easy. There was no haggling, no question of the price of the vehicle, no holding us hostage while he “checked with his manager” several times. Really good experience. Thanks, I would return to buy another vehicle from these guys at Elite Acura.

These guys are the deal. I worked with EDDIE. nice sincere gentleman. Their acura dealership is official and organize and clean and professional! Glad to have bought my Audi from no other low used car dealership. They were polite, friendly, offered drinks, popcorn and chips for free!
My audi q5 was used but at THEIR dealership, they did multi point inspection, oil change service, fix 2 issues on the car, and offered free 1 month / 1K mile warranty as soon as they got the car!!!
My only star missing is that, they could lower price a little that it was missing a key fob with 1 owner and missing trunk cover and had minor structure damage that wasn't in the online listing.

When we got there 2 different people assured me it was there and just in the service Bay or something cause they couldn't find it.... The car wasn't there and they did not seem to care how much time we wasted getting there... Then instead of calling me to tell me when the car did show up they told me to call them in a few days....

This dealer is very irresponsible! I had an appointment scheduled with them to buy the car and I drove 8 hours to do so! We had made a deal and when I arrived they told me the car has been sold the night before and no one bothered to give me a call and let me know.

One of the best dealership I ever had to deal with!!! Excellent staff from
sales, finance, management to service. There were some curve balls with
financing but they got the deal done. They truly do fight for you when it
comes to dealing with banks. Extremely happy with my purchase of my

This dealership is A+. Very enjoyable to do business with. Vehicle was priced to sell so no negotiation was necessary. Salesperson was knowledgeable and not to pushy. If you're serious about buying, this is the place to go. Both Saturdays I was there they had sold close to 15 vehicles so they must be doing something right.

I made an appt. to see the car.
Dealership said it would be ready to test
drive. When I arrived they said that they
did not have any RDXs to show because
they were recalled for defective air bags.
They tried to show me other models.
This was a bait and switch. They are still
advertising on carguru for RDXs. What a
scam. Will never go there again. They
wasted my time and lied to me. This is
what gives some dealerships a bad
name.

I was buying a used car. I felt like I was bothering the sales person.
Dealership seemed to be ran very unorganized. I bought the used
Murano there because it was what I was looking for. I would not
recommend Elite Acura!

Though I didn't get to see these folks in person, my email and phone
contact with them was just lovely.
I did not buy - but I must say that I wish I did. Of all my car hunting, the Acura
staff tried the hardest, and offered the most flexibility in test drive options. I
decided against the TL for now (AMAZING CAR - but I was looking for
something that drives like a smaller sports sedan). I highly recommend them.

They treated me as though I was buying a new vehicle, the experience was definitely worth the effort and time I put into researching for what I wanted. They where accommodating and pleasant in every facet of the process, NO pushing or leveraging at any time...great Sales and Management staff.

Finance department was very rude and I was given a sly remark as I left. Was told I would here from them the next day and did not. As I emailed the following week I was told the same thing and still have not heard from them.
