Jeff was great. He emailed me in a timely manner and when I sent him a follow-up email to let him know I was coming to look at the car and that I would be driving about 45 minutes to get there, he had the car ready and waiting for me. He was very helpful and easy to work with. Walked out of the dealership within a couple hours with a new car! We will definitely be recommending Crowe Auto Group to our friends and family AND we will definitely go to them for our next car search!

Although I didn't buy the car in the end--for some reason my daughter nixed the idea--Scott, the salesman I emailed with, was very helpful and patient. They were willing to work with me on the price and, in general, tried to be accommodating.

Contacted the on friday too let them know id have the loan done on tuesday for the jeep i was looking at and got a text the next day that they just sold the jeep ! I was very upset !
