Very easier.
The sales representative was exceptional, demonstrating remarkable candor and professionalism. In contrast, the sales manager employed haggling tactics, attempting to inflate the vehicle’s price by as much as $10,000 above the listed value. When I expressed my disinterest, the manager reacted with petulance, adopting a condescending demeanor and then refusing a handshake.

Looking for a car can extremely stressful. Being a single mother probably even more, since I was a bit afraid to get a LEMON.
I was ready to give up. But then I found them, Ethan made it so easy and relaxing, positive, honest. I found what I was looking for.
Definitely made the wait so quick, less than 3 hours since I got there to complete the process and the purchase was done!
As of right now, I must say I’m grateful and happy!
They follow up with me after (which I was expecting)

I was prepared to make a deal on this Outback if they removed the $700 Permatek that I didn’t want. They refused, I walked, and a week later they lowered the price by $800. Too bad for them, I bought another one elsewhere.

All contact was via email. I let them know that I was highly interested in the vehicle; had my own financing/or cash, however, was not interested in an appearance protection plan, nor was I interested in inflated document fees. The salesperson came off as pompous and dismissive. The next day the vehicle was reduced in price. I have not received any contact since. This substantiate previous claims of inflated additional fees and poor customer service.
EchoPark was a pleasure to work with!
I definitely felt like I was the one in control and didn’t feel pressured by any sales person.
Michael julian was my experience guide and made everything smooth and convenient.
My test drive with the Alfa Romeo was pleasant and exhilarating..
I also had a chance to work with my sister and also got her into a 2016 Toyota RAV4 and she absolutely loves it.
I highly recommend this dealership. The whole staff and team are great people.
I don’t know if this dealership is new, but it was clean .! Almost look brand new..
if you were looking for a great used car they have awesome prices. Every car on the lot looks really good and nice.

I loved my experience here! Jose was amazing and got me into my dream car! I went to look at a Nissan Versa that they had in stock, but upon searching their database, I found another vehicle I was even more interested in. They allowed my son and I so test drive 3 vehicles and I chose a Kia Forte GT-Line with the exact specs I wanted and in the color I wanted. They were a dream to work with, and so fast! Their prices are no-haggle, and that's OK with me. I knew I was getting a good deal by checking to see what the car was worth in my area. I was so pleased with my experience! If you need to get a new-to-you car, go here. Hands down easiest and best experience I've had buying a vehicle, and I've owned over 15 different cars in my lifetime. My only issue is that they offered me WAY too low of a price for my trade in. My trade was worth at least $3000 for trade at another dealership, and I could have sold it for 6k at home. They offered me only $1000. I kept my trade for my daughter.

Echopark was the first time Iâve ever bought a car without feeling taken advantage of. No pressure, no misleading tacticsâjust a straightforward

Every other car-buying experience left me drained and dreading the process, but this was completely different. I honestly donât know how Echopark
makes moneyâI got my car below dealer auction price, and they gave me what I expected for my trade-in, factoring in tax savings. Maybe itâs all
about volume, like Amazon.

Dealers “one price” is not one price. The quote they gave me then added a $699 perms plate. I was then lowballed on my trade in. $1600-$1700 less than 2 other dealers. Had it truest been one price and a fair trade in offer, I would have bought the truck. Know what your trade in is worth before going.

Dealer responded quickly and courteously. I ended up buying the vehicle. I would recommend them . Had a good experience with the entire staff. Only complaint was that the paperwork took long, but that is expected.

ExhoPark has been a great company to do business with so far. After showing interest in the vehicle, they contacted me and we scheduled an
appointment for me to see the vehicle. After that I test drove the car on the same day. About 5 days later I bought the vehicle and took
delivery. Its only been a week but I have not had any issues with the vehicle so far. So overall, a pretty good experience so far. But time will if
they sold me a quality product.

Yes, though it was a little slow at the beginning with mostly generic responses via email-though I think I
neglected to provide my phone number. After I filled out a credit app, I got very quick attention and phone
call within minutes. Their vehicles are priced better than anyone with no stupid passed thru fees from the
manufactures. Any suggested add-ons can be taken off the purchase except for a service that protects the
paint over a 5 year period for $600. They don't work off commission so there's no pressure and they work
as a team. They do everything they can to help you reduce your interest rate and make you feel
comfortable about shopping and the purchase process. Rafael, Austin, and Riki were awesome!

STAY AWAY from this dealership.
They Never followed through with their word. I asked for them to give me out the door numbers on a vehicle and they ran my credit multiple times WITHOUT my permission. This place will destroy your credit, if you’re looking for a car look somewhere else! You’ll be happy it did. There was no desire to get a deal done with any of these people they just want to run your credit and kick you to the curb. I will never go back.

These people are dishonest scammers. I went to look at an SUV I called prior to going and they said they would hold it for up to 3 days. Told them I was transferring money from my brokerage and might take 3 days and they were fine with it when I got there. I also said I had my own financing and his response was “no problem we work with over 60 banks but we’ll check the others anyway”
When I told them I wanted it, they ran my credit and came back and said my bank actually didn’t have the best rate and that capital one had the best rate at 8.9 percent. I have an 814 credit score and rates for that day were in the low 6’s.. I told them no. I called my my bank to get the approval at 6.3 percent. This place will add 2-3 percentage points and lie that those are the current best rates and show you some BS printout that makes no sense. The minute I said I was using my bank they told me they can’t hold for more than 24 hours. I left, bought a car elsewhere and they are still calling me

Good and bad. I just had my son test drive the car for me and someone bought it online right after he left. I found out as I was in the process of buying it thru the EchoPark website. I had just got offers from banks when I got a call from the dealership that my paperwork came thru 5 minutes after purchase was complete. I didn’t really like that my credit was dinged for that. Otherwise good experience I guess. I found a different one at another EchoPark location.

Best experience working with a dealership. I was
shopping around different dealerships for this
specific color Tacoma. Echo Park made the
whole process extremely easy. I showed up. Test
drove the truck. Got my car appraised within a very
reasonable time. The amount I got for
trade in for my car was $3000 more than what the
dealership would later offer me. After checking in
with a typicall dealership and getting
the "run around" back and forth with the sales rep
and the manager for 2 hours, I decided to take my
business with Echo Park. When I
showed up, we were able to submit the credit app,
sign paper work, and have the car detailed within an
hour!
Hand down best experience with any car dealer and
the pricing is UNBEATABLE.
Shout out to Rufus the sales rep and Dave the
general manager for making this the best car buying
experience I have ever had.

Drove 10 hours to check out a vehicle that was still available, and when I got there I was told to wait a few minutes while they updated the navigation on the vehicle. Then the sales man came back to us in the lobby 8 minutes later to tell us it was “sold”.
Yet I received a call a day later saying it was still available, and it was still showing up online as available. I wasted my time, and didn’t receive at least an apology from the salesman. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, I really hope my experience helps someone out there considering of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

I had an appointment and showed up on time. The car was not ready for a test drive. It was dirty and the battery was dead. The check engine light was on. It made me wonder why they were the lowest price in town.

Very fast response. Went the next day and I did not purchase this car, but actually a Toyota Corolla at Echo Park. The dealership had recently opened up and it was packed on a Saturday. For how busy it was, I felt my sales person was attentive but felt zero pressure. Very laid back car buying experience with great prices too.

Super easy and fast experience through out the process. Loved every second of it and would suggest EchoPark to all my friends. Their
inventory is spotless and they were extremely professional, not to mention the deal I got on the car with the warranty! I have 0 complaints and
would 100% recommend. When I got there I was assisted to a wait list as the store was super busy! Never seen any dealership so packed yet
they were attentive to me even for my short wait. If you want to save your self a bunch of money without traditional car salesman hassle and
headaches...go to EchoPark.

Great Prices and the car is just as clean as it looks online! Super Straight forward. They have
an amazing array of vehicle options but when I said I was just there for the Camry, they had
no problem helping me with solely that. Answered every question I had. No pressure
experience, I can't wait to bring my wife in to look at the car with me too!

If integrity matters, go elsewhere.. I was one of the first to visit on opening day, knew what vehicle I wanted, test drove, agreed on price etc.. *First red flag was the manager insinuating that I didn’t know what “cash” is when I chose not to finance.. And sure they push the warranty but that’s not unusual... To keep it brief, I left to drop off the car I had driven & get the cashiers check (from my bank), in constant contact w/sales guy.
Salesman texts with me for an eta, says car was accidentally sold to someone else...
