My dealer was knowledgeable, patient and friendly.
She explained everything thoroughly, she was timely, and she was helpful in maintaining the service to others. She greeted us as soon as we stepped into the building.
They prioritize customer service but have many rules that most dealerships don't. Despite having excellent credit and offering a large down
payment, they didnât seem interested in working with me. Since I live out of town, their strict policies prevented me from purchasing the car
before it sold to someone else. I suspect they make a significant profit from financing, so my offer may not have been as appealing to them.
My salesman was Cody. He was great. What we asked of him was new to the both of us we purchased the 2023
Kia Sportage and immediately after signing saw a better car for our money a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. It took a
few days for the dealership to contact us about a possible return. I finally followed up with my bank and found out
that the check I was issued had not been returned to the bank. I finally was able to get in contact with the
dealership, and Mary Cole called me back and that's when I was informed of EchoPark 7-day 250-mile return
policy. I talked with Cody, and I told him I would let him know the mileage on the vehicle when I got home
because we were still within the 7-day return policy the mileage of was 304 which put us over the 250-mile limit
and we are 86 miles from the dealership . My salesman was great he just was not aware of the policy at the time
If we had known we would have not taken possession of the vehicle due to the miles we had to travel just to get
there.
Honestly, it was a wasted trip. And the cars I wanted, they sold them out from under me. My mother and brother were trying to trade in their car which was another joke. While they were offered a good decent amount for their trade, they wouldn’t take their trade because of the negative equity they had. However, they say they work with all types of negative equity. But they did not help us.

I bought this car at echo park.. beautiful car, Emilio was my salesman, he promised to order a part that was missing on the car and also promised to Oder another tire for the car, he knew I was riding on a bad tire that eventually blew out, I found out later with an professional automotive technician that three of the rims was bent, he also knew that.. I called him about the rims and he gave me a quiet I’ll send you this guy number so he can take care of it, I never heard back from him, nor received the tire he was supposed to Order… I paid out of pocket for a tire after I had a blow out while out of town, also paid for the tires to be balanced which didn’t help because of the bent rims

So we drove all the way from middle tn to see this car. We got there and the car had a dent in the seat, a huge ping in the door, rust under the vehicle, scratches all in the trunk, and mud all over the inside. It also jerked when going up hills/going faster. Echo Park, take better care of your vehicles. Please.

I spoke to sales staff the week before I was going to come informed them that I would be traveling a long way. Told them to let me know if it sold before I got there. Talk via text the night before I was to go and was told it was available and they would have it ready. I once again told them to contact me while I am in route if it sells…. No one including the sales person or the manager said a word…… I arrived and the vehicle is sold!!!!! I am pissed beyond pissed!!! This company plays games don’t trust them to do right! I messaged/ text two people Leo and Elijah Brown!!

Absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. The only plus side I did not have to deal with the dealership after they pulled what they
did. The shady salesman I dealt with knew he had someone else looking at the very same vehicle I was looking at and waited a couple days
to let me know all in an effort to get me to the dealership to undoubtedly try to get me to buy something else. Avoids this dealership at all
costs. I guarantee you I am not the first and I will not be the last. I am however one that is on here to warn you. Deal with them at your own
risk.

While at the dealership, the salesman helped me set up my Apple CarPlay feature. However, on the 4 and half hour drive home, the CarPlay stopped work. Jerrod, the man
that was supposed to help me with my 30 day/1000 mile full warranty, did not help. He was not willing to help at all, he just continued to refer me to use my warranty i
purchased with my bank. He suggested i drive 4 and half hours away for them to fix the CarPlay. I received an email from Echo Park Customer Service Manager, explained
the problem and unhelpfulness of Jerrod, and several days later, no reply. This morning i emailed her, explaining if she was unwilling to reply to my initial email, she shouldnt
have contacted me at all. I believe it is very rude to not reply to a customers email. Salesman, Sean, was nice and helpful. Overall, the paperwork
process was smooth and easy.

The dealership contacted me with a text message and followed up with an email on the 11th.
On the 12th I received a call from the dealership to make an appointment to see the vehicle
and test drive. On Saturday, I test drove and purchased the vehicle. The sales staff at
EchoPark were professional and had good attitude. The sales manager introduced himself
and assisted with questions etc. Overall the experience was good. No haggling sales. I
would recommend a person in the market for a vehicle to give them a look.
