I did not buy this car because they have a condition package that is mandatory of about 800 dollars. My experience and search reveals these to be useless and overpriced
Good follow up and if you know the process this may work for you, it’s not for me. No haggle pricing with an $800 fabric protection plan you cannot opt out of. Our car we tested smelled like it had a dog in it, still was dirty, yet they claimed this fabric and odor protection had already been done. Seems kind of skeezy. The place feels like an Apple Store, and just like at Apple, you will get screwed.

We ended up buying a 2022 Acura MDX from them and are very happy. To keep car vehicle prices low, they keep expenses down. The
battery was dead in the car we bought, and while they replaced it with a battery, it is a cheap battery and hopefully will last 2 years.
Otherwise, very reputable.
I contacted this dealership and was interested in making an immediate purchase. I was told by the person that responded to my email that someone would be in touch and after i made four other attempts that same day and a phone call the next day because no one ever called or responded from the dealership I was then told that the vehicle had sold the previous day. Not real impressed with this dealership

Great experience at Echopark, Thomas was a great agent to work with.
I bought a car here. The price was good but the experience was terrible. The sales person tried to push an extended warranty and continued to aggressively push the warranty even after I repeatedly declined. After completing payment, I had to wait another 2 hours for them to do the paperwork.
âIt Was An Excellent Experience. Jazzmin Was My Sales Person And She Got The Deal Done And I Was Very Happy Of How I Was Treated. I Would Recommend Her And This Dealership 100%. As Someone Who Has Been In The Business I Now All That Goes On In The Car Business And This Was Not Like Anything I Have Been Involved In And That Includes My Work History And My Purchase History. They Got It Done Quickly As Possible And No Games. I Really Enjoyed My Shopping Experience. This Will Be My Next Stop Again If I Do Not Buy New Next Time.â

First they still have this car posted yet I went to the dealership today and was told it was put on the “do not sell list” for a check engine light being on. The lady said they could get me in something similar and offered me a car that was 10,000 more.

My experience with this dealership was completely awful. Talked to a kori Mccoy that said come see the jeep and drive it today, but we can't sale it till tomorrow until emissions and safety are done. I said I'll be there. When I arrive at the dealership, they don't even know her, plus wouldn't let me give it test drive or even look at the jeep in person !! After I had already told kori and the sales team at the dealership that I had 2 hrs to come there. This is a pathetic accuse af a car dealership !!!!!!!

I bought a SUV from EchoPark. My TPM light came on. I called them back & was told the Manager would call me back. Manager never called me back. I had to call the “800” number. The salesman called me. My daughter took my SUV back for me b/c I have to work. She was there 3.5hrs. TPM light is still on. Now, They are say I have to take it to a Chevy dealership to be reset. They should have said that the 1st time. I would not recommend them & will never go back!

Great sales people and finance people. They have everything organized and they will find you anything in your budget and aren’t pushy at all. Great place.

I was texted. Replied to text asking for drive out price. Waited for call or reply. None came within 5 hours. I did get an email that was sent that afternoon but I didn’t realize it. It offered was a quote on another vehicle. I texted the contact person last night asking if I could discuss. Also sent an email this morning. No reply, no call, no text as of yet

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to use outside
financing. I have a 785 FICO score, and was told
the best rate I could get was 3.49%! Hilarious!!
Thanks but NO THANKS.
I went to another dealership and got a 1.99%
APR.

Bought the vehicle due to the great price and easy process. Their facility is new and some of the employees are still training.
