There was no communication. I bought a car on Friday, was told I should be able to pick it up Monday, and despite attempts to contact them, didn't hear from them until hours after they'd closed telling me that Wednesday should work. Thursday came and I was again told my car wasn't ready until I went down to the dealership and asked again in-person. They also don't keep the titles on-site, and while I was told I should get it that Monday, I didn't get the title until the next Monday. This is not the place to go if you want your car any time soon, or if you expect any kind if transparency or updates about how long it will take.
Owner Lorenzo is a great guy, super personable and not pushy at all. He took the time to wish my wife and i
happy Thanksgiving on the actual holiday. i haven't purchased anything yet but he reaches out occasionally. I
would recommend this dealership if you find a vehicle that they have listed.

I did not have a chance to shop there due to my personal change of plans. However, they
were very communicative, friendly and ready to make a deal without the usual used car sales
attitude. Give them a try.
Nick reached back out to me via phone call, scheduled a call to look at a couple of cars. we went on a couple of test drives and ulimately reached a deal on one of the
Acura MDX. Through out the process Nick was always avaialble and responsive to both calls and text messages and to all of the questions. I could not have had a better
expirience at the facility and with him. Definetely would recomend him for your car needs, overall extreemly happy with my purchase.

the seller was great and attentive until i wired my money... now i can't seem to get him to respond to my texts. i'm not understanding what what is taking extra days to get the title and tags?
Dealership was in constant contact at the beginning of conversation about the vehicle. Since sending the money and purchasing the vehicle though, I am having to contact them. It took over a week for them to get my address verified for the title and I still have yet to hear anything about delivery of the vehicle or title of the vehicle. Whoever you work with is the only person that will give you information on what is going on but they are very vague about any of it. Communication before sale is great though. Need a lot of work on communication after sale. It is making this entire experience very rough and making me nervous about the vehicle I just purchased.

In November 2024, I bought a vehicle from Lorenzo at Eastside Motoring who also go by Specialty Auto
Sales.
Thereâs a list of 12 things that were undisclosed, but I didnât whine.
What really bothered me is that they shipped the car with the center rear seatbelt unanchored. The
bottom anchor-plate was just hanging from the seatbelt.
Lorenzo was âshockedâ that it shipped in this condition and offered to reimburse me for getting it
installed at the dealer. That was the last time I heard from anyone at Eastside. All I got for the past two
weeks is⦠crickets. They never intended to reimburse me. It was just to shut me up.
If you are considering a vehicle purchase, stay far away from Eastside Motoring AKA Specialty Auto
Sales.
Dealer contacted me by text every day from the 26th of November to the 4th of December with the same text over and over! He kept telling me that he would get his team on it and have them call me about the application I sent. Still haven’t received a call! I don’t even know if I was communicating with a person or not because it was so repetitive and frustrating!

This dealership lies about their cars. The
car I contacted them about was advertised
as a Luxury GX 460. Nope. I used NHTSA''s
VIN search and it was a base model. I
indicated that to the sales team and never
heard from them again. Their ratings are
full of examples of this. Do not use.
They first contacted me to let me know the car was available, I then told them to get the paperwork done after which they advised me the car
had been sold. After two days they let me know the car was available again, I told them to get the paperwork done after which they let me
know they would work on a deal. That was the last time I heard from them. Poor Service to say the least.
Messaged them about the car and trade ins through Car Gurus, no response. Messages them online through website, made contact initially, but then mentioned my trade ins and was ignored. Finally, called them and the guy on the phone (who was nice) said they don’t take trades on cars that old unless they are of higher value than the car you’re buying. After looking at their inventory, I can see they’re a high scale dealer and can understand why that policy is in effect. However, would have been decent for someone to explain that to me.
Dealer salesperson was very slow to respond to questions. I was planning on having the dealer ship this vehicle to me out of state. I competed their financing app online and communicated to the salesperson it was complete. The salesperson let me know they would be in touch and simply never responded any further, so I wound up purchasing a super duty from a local dealership.

Heads Up Cash Buyers! There is a $1500 fee if you do not finance with them…which is not mentioned anywhere in the CarGurus ad.
Heads Up Out Of State Buyers! Apparently you cannot buy any of their vehicles with over 70k miles without a $3500 warranty…no exceptions…no opting out. Also not stated anywhere in the CarGurus ad and not mentioned until the bill of sale is presented.

I has to go out of my way ti contact them, when I did get a hold of them they would promise to calll me back and never did. It seems that unless you want to buy a $100,000 car they have no interest in talking to you.

Timely response to my questions in regards to a vehicle purchase

Lack of Integrity. I wired money for the vehicle I purchased and then received a mileage discrepancy form to
sign- I was told the vehicle had 124,000 miles but it had 127,000 and I was told after I paid for the car. I was
also told the vehicle passed a 145 point inspection in Massachusetts but the vehicle's alignment had to be
adjusted here in Maine, so I would suggest not trusting their word; one of the reasons why I chose to shop
with this dealership was the good reviews on Car Gurus & that they deliver. They agreed to deliver the car to
me, 3 hours away, and I paid extra for a delivery, but then said they were doing me a favor and that they do
not normally deliver so far- so why agree and tell me the car will be delivered within 24 hours? They lack
communication within the establishment because I was told 5 different things in a week regarding the
delivery date. If I could go back in time I would have not purchased this vehicle due to their lack of integrity.
Ty contacted me very soon after I inquired about this CLA and quickly had appointment set up for me to
come in and test drive the vehicle. Before my test drive Ty walked me through all the features of the
vehicle, which was so nice because I've never been in one before. Their staff is very nice and
professional and I would absolutely recommend this dealer.
Jon was very fast to contact me about this vehicle and set up an appointment. They have a very
impressive line-up of inventory and because of this I actually looked at a few vehicles and ended up
leaving with a different one. The staff is very friendly and made the entire experience smooth and quick.
I would definitely recommend this dealer.
I had a great experience with Ty at Eastside Motoring. It isn't easy to purchase a classic car from out of state, but Ty did a great job. He was straightforward when negotiating. He sent live
videos so I could see the vehicle and worked with my inspector. He handled my requests for a few details to be addressed without complaint.

Inaccurate specification for 2018 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C 300 Sedan 4MATIC. Adaptive cruise control was mentioned, but not found during test drive.
Dealer was not sorry for wasting my time, instead justified the mistake by claiming that the price was low so these kind of things are to be expected. (P.S $25k is not low for a C300 with ~64k miles)
I can not say enough about east side motoring. I purchased 2015 Audi s5 from them. From the initial contact they were responsive right away, calling me back as they said they would unlike other dealers that I inquired with.
I drove from Pennsylvania to this location in Massachusetts. I was greeted right away and told to wait in the waiting area while they prepped my car for a test drive.
Every one from the front secretary to the owner was pleasant.
Shout out to Tayden, Ty, Mathew and Danny for this great car buying experience. They had all the paper work ready the car detailed and ready to go. I was there for 2-1/2 hours. Bravo guys.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone of my friends.
Side note I had a issue with the car when I got home they had no problem with me taking it to my own mechanic and they foot the bill.

Michael was great, car checked all the boxes but one. SUV without 4WD
Listing for car claimed no accidents. Carfax showed two (although minor). When questioned, dealer said it was my responsibility to find things out for myself. My concern was that they weren’t up front and truthful for a company selling online without benefit of live observation. What else were/are they lying about through omission. Dealer stated, “This isn’t the car for you.” I decided this wasn’t the dealer for me. Caveat emptor.
Really great people to chat with! Very knowledgeable, and even though I wasn't in the market for a couple hundred thousand dollar super car, I still got treated the same way as if I was! These guys are super down to earth and run a extremely nice operation. Seems they also do more then you think so check them out or just ask, if nothing else, it's the coolest place to see if your into cars like me and car fanatics "ultimate toy store" if your in the market for a unique/fun vehicle

Excellent dealership with by far the best price around for the car I was looking for in these unique pandemic times. Cars at this dealership are high quality and clean, unlike some of the other places I went to where you can still smell perfume or other smells from previous owners. Julio and Lorenzo are top notch professionals who value their customers and treat them accordingly. Very happy to have found this place!

So far so good. Julio and Lorenzo are the guys to talk to. No BS straight talk about everything. No gimmicks. Totally professional in all aspects. Place looked clean and professional the specific car i went to see was immaculate. Not like some other dealers and sales people selling this same vehicle for more money full of excuses or speechless when told of things not liked. Thanx guys, if your loyal to your customers I can definitely be a loyal with that kind of service.

Test drive a Mercedes and they have a lot of really nice cars. Check them out.
The team at Eastside was amazing, specifically Lorenzo. I was worried about test driving during COVID
but he let me take the car no problem, was straight forward with pricing and answered all of my
questions directly and honestly. This is my second car purchase in 3 years so I was prepared for a
headache of negotiating but the prices were fair and Lorenzo was so amazing, I can't imagine
somebody having a negative experience with him or the team.

The answer is actually no. I filled out the email form looking for information on this car and it went to another dealership. They sent an email and called saying that this car was sold and tried to sell me a completely different car.
I have no idea how this happened.
After cargurus sent me a price drop notice I phoned Specialty Auto Sales (Eastside Motoring) to find out what the story was. The car was indeed available and I purchased it over the phone.
