I actually got a different jeep. The staff very friendly and a great sense of humor. I traded in a jeep and the whole experience went smoothly.

They listed a vehicle without giving information on the mileage or price. My initial contact was to ask for that information. I've received multiple generic emails (I was obviously added to their mailing list), but they still haven't answered my pretty simple questions. I'm not impressed.

Said i didnt want to buy but attempted to keep
pressuring me. Said i only want a specific price.
Many different managers came out attempting
to get me to purchase the car. I continued to say
no i cant do that price. They then tried to tell me i
could refinance a month after i get it to lower my
payment 150 dollars which i know is a complete
lie. I am completly dissastisfied with this dealer.
Would not recommend to anyone.

They responded by email initially, I replied 4 times and never got a response! Apparently they don't like to sell cars via the internet, only in person!

Very good customer service. I had a very pleasant conversation with the internet manager. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. She was very helpful when I wanted to get the process started before coming into the dealership and wasting my time just to hear I couldn't get a car. So we talked I gave her all the info she was looking for, but she never emailed, texted, or called me back with a yes or no answer as she promised to do. That's the reason for the two stars. I would have rathered to hear a no than nothing. But I found someone to work with me. Thanks

Unless you have no credit or are desperate stay away. I spent time with
them agreed on a car and told them I wanted the call. As I left to go get it I
texted them. They responded to the text with first come first serve; we sold
it.
Stay away from their bad business practices

I sent them a text asking about the warranty on a car. Diego sent me the canned message “ when would you like to come in and test drive”that’s it.

The salesperson was average. I felt no real excitement from my visit.
No offering of anything to drink after being seated. Customer service was a
little lame. However, a nice looking inventory.

Just follow up calls to my initial inquiries. Did not visit the lot to look at their
available vehicles. Recommend to friends ... I have insufficient information

Very friendly people. They brought my car from Hyattsville to Pulaski Highway. The car arrived two hours late. Price was kind of fixed and not willing to negotiate. Other than that the purchase went through smoothly.

They were very fast, but not so honest. I was lied to over the phone the sales person and the finance rep didn't really have any costumer service or retail skill. If my experience were better i probably would have purchased the vehicle they wanted me to buy which was the same price as the car i actually wanted.
