Customer service was bad. The truck sold and that’s not a problem, that’s happens. The rep was unfriendly, treated me like I was wasting their time. When I asked how much my jeep would trade for I was told to go online to figure it out. Not impressed.
Sent messages never got back to me ,than when I heard from them they said great choice of vehicle. I tried several times to see a certain vehicle and no reply so I just drove there it was far trip over an hour . So I showed up and a salesperson came out to talk ,I asked about this vehicle and they said the car had transmission issues lol. So why did you try selling it to me .I'm glad I didn't buy it .I found a nicer vehicle in springs. Don't go to this dealer they are not helpful .
I received an offer for the Ford Escape and I wrote to accept and ask about next steps.
They told me that the vehicle was no longer there (but it's still in CarGurus), that it had
issues (however not saying that in the description in CarGurus), and that CarGurus gave
bad estimates. That was it, they didn't offer any other vehicles or any other explanation,
then after a couple of days, someone else contacts me to ask if I still wanted the vehicle,
confirming that the person who said the vehicle wasn't there any more was lying. I don't
recommend this dealer, don't waste your time.
Terrible experience. Everything David said was a lie. The vehicle he sold me still (over a month later) is still not driveable. Every time they
replace something the check engine light comes back on 2 days later.
He and his sales team didn't explain or 'sell' me the extended warranty, but it makes sense they'd be sneaking those in considering the vehicle
they sold me is still in their shop. Buyers beware of David and his entire team at Drive N Motion. They will not let you speak to their GM, Brian
Neely - they promise he will return your call and 2 weeks later when your vehicle is back in their shop with the check engine light on once
again, he's 'unavailable indefinitely'.

We worked with Luke & he was very kind, quick with answers & very knowledgeable. Over all great experience buying a truck here at Drive-N-Motion. I would highly recommend coming here
Made arrangements to look at a 2012 Tundra advertised with a 78” bed size. That was the selling point for us. We drove over an hour and the first look at the truck showed it was only a 66” bed. We didn’t even test drive. It’s very important for the dealer to give accurate info about their vehicles. It was wasted time for us.

I reached out quite a few times, then they told
me they were putting the car on auction. They
called me back and said that they would look
into where the car is to double check about a
test drive or if if it is at auction. They emailed
later saying that they sent that car to auction
regarding its quality. It was a little dissapointing.

They were very honest about the car.
I sent the CarGurus notification that tells them
you are interested in their car. They called me and
we set up a test drive appointment. I drove an
hour and a half to get there and the guy I was
supposed to meet wasnât even working that day.
This other guy working there says the vehicle has
serious issues with it and is going to auction and
the first guy should have told me that and he is
sorry we made the trip. Upset and annoyed, we
talked about their other cars and I asked about a
Toyota Sienna. He says let me go get it. He
comes back and says itâs in their shop because
something was wrong with the front brakes. NOT
happy and NOT impressed.

They answered a lot of my questions and I got to know more about the car and it’s features that are included with it and to say the least I’m very interested in it it’s a great car I can see myself driving it
They didn't specify anything was wrong with the vehicle in their listing and didn't let me know until after 2 emails to me. Once I told them I was uninterested and that they should be more upfront, they lied and said they told me from the very first email that there car had serious issues. Typical lying salesmen.

Salesperson was great. Never mentioned the cars transmission was shot. 14 days post purchase I’m looking at thousands of dollars in repairs.

My call was returned right away and Jeremy was very helpful. They are still waiting for the truck to arrive, but Jeremy has checked with me a couple of times to keep me updated. I am in no hurry and this one sounds like just might be "the" truck, so I will wait for him to call and tell me when it arrives.
If I could give no stars I would. I bought a car from them in February. Started having problems 2 days later. Put over $500 into fixing the problems. Didnt recieve the title until a month and a half later. Then now I find out the car is coming back as stolen. I cannot get ahold of them and neither can law enforcement. All around bad experience with this dealership :(
