Nick, Was very helpful with what we when they to look at and got the keys and temp
plate to take the vehicle for a ride. When we got back Nick asked how the test drive
was and I asked about the breaks he looked at them and said he would fix them if we
was interested in buying the vehicle which I said I was and without any hesitation he
said he would change them. Well when we went back Monday he also had the Rotors
and Pads done on all four wheels. The 2017 Silverado 1500 LT Z71 was all cleaned,
washed and a full tank of gas. So, myself I just bought another 2018 Siverado for 14k
more a few weeks ago for my company and I really liked working with Nick so if your
looking for a vehicle I would say Nick at Done Deal Motors is a place I would check out.
I know when I'm looking in the future I will can Nick.

They were responsive and accommodating but the vehicle I test drove needed serious repair work to brakes and front end. It should not have been on the road in the condition it was in and was unsafe. It should have been repaired before being offered for sale
Definitely would not recommend for first time car buyers. The manager was very unwelcoming and they would not answer questions I had about the car until I stated that I wanted to buy it (which I did until this interaction). It was a very high pressure environment that felt like a rushed experience to get me to commit to buying the car.

I went in after driving and hour to get
there. A young man, approached
me, knew nothing about the car.
Was hip, cool, referred to me as
âHey guyâ and Dude.
The car was worn on the inside from
the arm rest to the motor for the
driverâs seat. It was polished nicely.
When I asked about details the
young man, maybe late teens or
early twenties - couldnât really tell -
jeans and laid back attitude, didnât
know. The conversation went no
where. We just looked at each other.
We left.
I liked the car. Have had Jags. Have
a Jag. And thought this S might be
nice. Absolutely no discussion - just
didnât understand anything about
the showroom attitude. Maybe Iâm
too old. Who knows.

Was told that the ACTUAL selling price was $495.00 over the listed price
due to documentation fees. The car was overpriced even without the fee.
Told the price was firm,$14,990 with no leeway on price with it's added
mystery fee's (which we all know are a ripoff) car should have been
advertised with all fee's included. Beautiful car no doubt but not a great way
to do business in the used car market. Wish a "0" rating were available.

What they advertise they do not have. I emailed them I got a response I drove an hour in bad weather, when I got there guess what? It was sold a couple days a go. They blamed it on the IT guy??? Really???, also they do not budge on prices so don't think you can make a deal even if you are paying cash.

Dealer was very good at contacting me and following up . Very respectful & was willing to do everything but lower the price , stating it was “ non-negotiable “ . Car was overpriced by about 3k and I eventually went with another deal and saved abt 5k . Summary : never been there before but seems like a legit dealership from photos and customer service but cars are overpriced and chances are they won’t budge .

Nice truck but not willing to move much at all on price. Was hoping to come to a common price just think the price is a bit high. Otherwise nice clean facility, and representatives got back to you in a timely manner.

Unless you have perfect credit don't bother! I came by and asked if I could put a deposit down on a car before they even knew my info and the salesman said "if someone comes in to buy the truck I'm going to sell it to them."

dealer said vehicle was clean and was not owned by a pet owner.... vehicle smelled like dog. vehicles at this dealership were at least 4K overpriced than every other vehicle shown on car gurus. Dealer said vehicle was in pristine condition. There were many ink stain all over the vehicle carpeting and the check engine light was on. I questioned the sales person about the light and his response was that there are issues with every vehicle 100K miles... I retorted saying that your vehicle is almost 5K more than every other like and comparable vehicle and you told me over the phone that the car

The owner was very nice to sit with me and answer all of my questions and concerns, did not go with the vehicle because the car I looked at had too much custom work done to it. I did find it funny though how the tires on the vehicle needed to be replaced and additional price couldn't be adjusted for he hassle, considering it seemed like they weren't going to try and give me new tires before it left the lot. The after market FRS kit on a BRZ through me off and explains the pricing of the vehicle but I wouldn't pay for that considering the custom work done, price range and cracks in the body. Other than that with no negotiating on a price, the owner was a nice guy.
Dealership staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The finance
manager showed up and waited for us on FATHER'S DAY, Sunday evening. They even offered lunch while we were there initially looking at the vehicle.
Good prices on GREAT vehicles. High end dealership with amazing deals.
Will shop there again, and recommend to anyone looking to buy a QUALITY
used car at under book value!

The sales process was decent from the beginning,
however when I picked up the vehicle the tail light
wasn't repaired as it was supposed to be which leads
me to believe the check promised on the alignment
wasn't done as promised as well. Also the sticker and
the online listing include a soft top, but dealer refused to
provide. Instead they offered to sell me one... Too bad
because they have nice vehicles.

Salesperson was not that knowledgeable about the vehicle but the GM was. They were not willing to negotiate on the price of the truck and offered me less than market value for my trade. It just didn't work out but they clearly know how to run their business for profit.

Very easy to deal with, everyone I dealt with were attentive and not pushy. I was shocked that I was approved within minutes especially on a Saturday and if I wanted to wait I could have driven my new SUV that day!
Other used car dealers I have dealt with have been shady and the cars are beat up and not what they advertise total waste of time. Done deal is the polar opposite. Quality super clean cars with a variety of price range and vehicles to choose from. They are exactly what they advertise!

I emailed the day before and in the morning I called. We arrive there one other person there test driving a car. It wasn't busy. The staff didn't know where the car was parked, my husband found it but they didn't know where the keys were so we waited for a bit and they couldn't find the keys. The next day we got a call that the keys were found. I know this stuff happens but I had emailed and called about this car, for good customer service you should be ready. Shoppers for manual cars are easy to come by.

My experience with the dealer was good. They are very nice people who are willing to help. I am pleased with the purchase I made. My thanks to Matt, Eddie, Dietrich, and Shaunee. I wanted to work with them on the price, since it is above KBB but in the end the vehicle was unique and difficult to value. Mechanically the vehicle is very sound. The body and interior were virtually spotless. They did some extra work that I had asked for without any complaints. The only issue that I have is they are under staffed and so I had to wait at times while other customers were being helped.

Was emailed and called soon after I inquired through Cargurus. Shauni was great, very helpfull. Test drove the car and brakes felt a bit shaky. Done deals replaced all four roters and pads, very nice. Eddie the finance guy was very helpfull and matched the rate I had been preaporoved for. Very honest people.

great! Made them a solid NADA book offer on their car and they declined
which is fine too.
Check out the number of days their vehicles stay in inventory - they are

Asking far too much for a vehicle that has 85.6 miles. $7k over the market price for which I'd loose as soon as I drove it off the lot. $14k loss if I were to trade it in for another vehicle. Sales person was good to me but wouldn't budge on the price. Oh Well! Still looking.

said was in good condition. Rockers
were completely rotted out and filled
with bondo, battery was dead, once
jumped it wouldn't idle and their was a
ton of valvetrain noise. Overall a piece
of junk. Would have been nice if they
were honest so I didn't waste my time.

They did respond quickly.......but I feel that they were
misrepresenting a luxury vehicle that I took for a test ride, ..I had
my mechanic inspect the vehicle the next day and he pointed out
to me many problems with the under carriage where it looked like
original parts were replaced and that the body might have had a
total make over, wheel rims rusting, power steering leak, etc. the
offer did sound too good to be true and it was just that.

good dealing with them so far.the day I came to pick=up my car they were replacing 2 tie rods ends on my car and also replaced the rear brakes,which was a real surprise to me and a very honorable thing to do.I will bring back this wek and they will finish the wheel alignment work and touch=up some small paint chips.Matt the salesman was a nice young gentleman and Dimitry and Nigel were also very professional

Liz wanted to test drive a vehicle. The car was on the ramp, which is never an issue. Sales associates ask the customer to fill out a credit app so we can run the credit. Meanwhile sales associate went out side to take the vehicle from the ramp. While the vehicle was taken from the ramp the customer got upset that we asked them to fill out credit app and left. We are a reputable company and always going above and beyond for our customers. If customer got upset we are apologizing. It was not our intentions to make them upset. We are in the business to sell.

That is true. We price our cars aggressively to sell. On the other hand, if my sales associate mention that we are negotiable on the price, that means that we can come down on the price. The customer wanted for us to come down $4000. Obviously we are not able to do that. We try to make a deal with every customer if it makes sense.
