DO NOT take your business to this dealership! They will BAIT AND SWITCH on you and provide no apologies. I called about a vehicle I found online and spoke to Harold who spoke to Scott to verify vehicle info and pricing. I was told the online price was correct and to come in today for a test drive. I left work early, drove about 40 minutes away, and upon arrival, I asked Harold if the price was the same (before I test drove) and he stated it was. I test drove the vehicle, fell in love with it, and walked inside to discuss the purchase. I was so excited to buy a new car! Once in Harold’s office, I was told the price online was “incorrect” and Harold stated I had given him a price $10,000 more than we actually talked about. He and Scott then proceeded to tell me that the asking price was actually $11,349 MORE than what I was originally told. NO ALTERNATE PRICE was provided in an attempt to work with me and they REFUSED to honor the agreed on price.

Talked to salesman Jeff. He wasn't a very nice guy. Had to request a new salesman. Everything was great until trying to make a deal on the truck I was looking at. Didn't want to give me a descent trade in on my current truck. Tried working the numbers on deal sheet in their favor. Wasn't very pleased with overall experience.

Checked on the car I saw on the internet. Went down there and ended up with a low mileage demo that had
what I wanted at a reasonable price. Folks were very nice and worked with us to arrange to register the car
in Florida. Still waiting for the final paperwork from FL. We made it a paperwork nightmare and they are
very patient. So they are customer friendly, our Salesman was Excellent and very knowledgeable about the
car and helps us learn the systems.
No follow up yet. The dealer incentive to come in was a gift card for $50 which turns out to be a complex
registration for various small discounts of $2 to $5 at restaurants which you have to down load and select
the available offers in your area. Really a disappointment and will probably never get used.

I would not recommend this dealership to anybody they lied to get us in there and they did not help us try to get the vehicle that we went in there to go get they just said absolutely not and go through your own bank and when we called originally they said we had over 20 lenders to help you get the car when we got there there was nobody that could help us and the person that was supposed to help us did not come out and help us ended up being another sales person

This is the car I ended up purchasing. I worked with 3 people there and they were incredible. Answered all my questions. Most impressive was it was a very rainy day and they pulled the car into a bay so we could look at it without being drenched. I would definitely work with this dealer again.

I gave this dealer two stars because of the salesman. The dealer as a whole deserves no stars. They sold a truck out from under me after I provided them with my banks information and a deposit to hold the vehicle. They refused to run the card because I could not get there when they wanted me there (it was two hours away and I had taken off work the next day to drive there) and didn’t send the buyers order to my bank after they said they had. The management of this dealer is a 100% joke. A $1000 deposit should hold be able to hold a vehicle for a day.

I emailed the Dealer Sunday night and 1st am Monday morning I received a
call from Amy Mack asking if I had any questions she could answer
concerning the vehicle. I have worked with a few other salesman's in the
pass and Amy by far was the most professional and knowledgeable of any.
She always responded within a timely matter and if not for her

Staff was very helpful - in getting me to drive my car 250 miles roundtrip up there. After the long drive and much to do about nothing, they offered me $20K for my trade in when if they would simply asked me on the phone I would have told them if they wouldn't offer $50K we could stay friends and stay at home.
