Please, please do not do business with Dollar Bill Auto Sales. I prequalified for a truck on their lot 4/21. 4/22 their salesman Alex calls me to perform a credit check and approves me with 2k down. States that I can come in the next day after work to pickup the truck. At no point did Alex mention that the truck would still be available to anyone nor did he mention I could put a deposit to hold it. 4/23 Alex contacts me to put a deposit to hold it since there’s a lot of attention, I respond “Yes”. A deposit would never have been a problem, no response. I’ve been approved, my credits been ran, I have a scheduled appointment at 4pm with Alex. Ok, 3pm rolls around, and I’m ready to head over and I get a text the truck has been sold, but they have a Ford Ranger available instead. I tell Alex to essentially F off after reiterating what all I had done to ensure this process went smoothly. Oh and the manager or owner Brian, he loves to argue via text, he just keeps going and going.

The dealer listed a car for sale that fit my criteria. 2-3 weeks ago. I've been to the dealer last week after communicating with them via messaging and email. The car was not available to look at. It was in the shop. I had asked for pics and a price. After two weeks they never let me know the price. I just saw the advertisement has been up dated with a price and still no pice. Also the ad description changed from manual to automatic. I am shopping for a manual. In review, it would be nice if the description were accurate and maybe post the ad when you can actually show the car. I plan to drive over again to see the car. I will be disappointed if it is an automatic. I have not bought from them. But, if they have what I want then maybe.

Dealer did contact me, and we scheduled a time to come in and test drive two cars. When I arrived, he had pulled both cars out front, but both
were extremely filthy inside and out. The Chevy Spark had a pile (overflowing in the console) of cherry pits that had been there so long white
fuzzy mold was growing on it. I didn't even want to sit in it let alone test drive it. I may have test drove the other car, but the salesman insisted
I wouldn't be happy with it and said to come in the office and he would see what else he may have that I could afford and had the items I was
looking for. Instead of showing me other cars in my price range he started a credit application for the Chevy Spark that I had already told him I
was not interested in any longer and said I would need to come u with another $650 more of a down payment for it than I was preapproved for.
When I asked again about the Dodge Dart (which was less) he said again that it wasn't going to work for me. Very disappointed

Dealer followed up on my phone call to him. They did send me a car fax in the car I was looking. Very prompt. This car had too many precious owners and too many miles. Looked good in photos tho.

Very professional and responsive. I was always contacted in a timely
manner and when I called, I was able to get my questions answered except
for one which I was them transferred to a manager and he explained
everything. I would definitely recommend Dollar Bill Auto sales to anyone
looking to purchase a vehicle.

Had the truck secured to purchase the next day.
Kept in contact through out the day, did
application, etc.. Got their the next morning for
them to tell me they sold tge truck.
I don't think they have a truck to begin with and I
was told that dealers will do that just to get you in
the door will experience to thumbs down

We never once told you we would save this truck for you. We tried to get you in to give a deposit. Even Saturday morning, the day the truck sold, we tired to have you come in to do the paperwork. I do not save vehicles based on somebody telling me they will be in. This is and will always be a first come, first serve business. We also spent a great deal of time helping obtain financing for your situation. When someone shows up at my store and presents cash to buy a vehicle, then it will be sold. It will not held based on someone's word. In 30 days after DMV is completed, please look at the Carf
