I inquired about a vehicle and they got back to me really fast ! They were not pushy at all , in my honest opinion!

They answered all my questions that I had in a timely manner. They also gave me an out-the-door price.

Very pleasant experience, I would use again or recommend to others. No hard pressure but gave me honest opinion for me to think about. I did not choose them but was a hard decision. I wish I could have both cars. My sales consultant was Khalid Aladdin and he was very friendly and helpful.

Salesperson was not helpful, not friendly, unwilling to negotiate, didn’t seem motivated to sell, seemed uninterested in determining what customer wanted or needed.

Tried to drive there to look at the truck on Saturday because of the work scedule ,however they close at 3:00 and wouldn’t stay later so could not make it there by that time purchased a truck from another in Ohio

Bad dealership they are rude and they call people names if they dont get there way. The guy looked at my sisters credit and told her that she is no good because her credit isn't where they want it to be. I called the guy and he has never called me back. They are always in a fush to get you to apply and when you dont have 700 plus credit score the dealership wont call you back or says things to you as you cant get a loan you are a loser. I am happy to say that i took my sister to a different dealership and she was appoved right away.

I knew what I wanted, and they made the experience quick and easy.

Got back promptly. Haven’t been able to see yet

They Contacted me 2 days later. They Wouldn’t work with price but to match another dealers offer on same exact vehicle and with no certified warranty on their vehicle, they stated. I purchased a different Make/model elsewhere by then anyways. Then, a couple different sales members kept contacting me trying to get me to purchase a different model than I was looking for. Very pushy, and annoying emails..in my opinion.

The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful when I was on the phone and at the dealership. It was a no pressure sale and the low advertised price was very competitive. Mike Morgan was nothing short of fantastic. He was probably the most sincere, present, and genuine salesperson I’ve ever encountered. Contacted the dealer through cargurus.com and got the automated response that I expected. Then finished my work day, ate a quick meal gathered up my wife, 3year old and infant and we got in our risky old beater car that MIGHT make the hour and a half trip to see hopefully a reliable vehicle. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP to ask if this vehicle was available. Got what I assumed was a brand new receptionist to give me a lackadaisical "I'll have someone call you" type of answer. 5 min. Later I did get a call and the guy confirmed the vehicle we were asking about, and said it's definitely still here, but you know it has a bunch of miles on it? I said" yes over 150k right?" He said "I don't know I just know it's over 100". I made my family ride in our beater car for an hour and a half to get to the dealership for them to say no its not here it sold earlier today. Then I turned around and drove an hour and a half home apologizing the whole time to my family for putting them through that. So I vote 0 stars but that's not an option. Diehl is not a name that will be liked around my house for quite some time.

Jesus was very personable. There was no negotiation for the Tundra Pro, which was expected. Offer for my trade-in of an '06 Tundra was very low. Decided to sell outright. Best part of the experience was the interaction with the salesman.

Car was not clean and did not start when I arrived for a test drive.

I responded twice to send me 2000-2006 Tundra's but kept getting all years.

The advertised price was not what they offered. In fact, the price changed twice. Both times increasing. They said that what I had seen on your site was never the advertised price. I sent them a copy of the ad with the price and did not receive a response. In the end the price was $3000 over the advertised price. Not a good experience.

My first impression wasn't the greatest however thank goodness I was persistant and gave them a second chance. Overall they made the buying process smooth and worked with me to create a good deal.

Our salesman was good, he tried hard. The manager was awful! Took a car for test drive, the brakes were BAD he told us it was just from sitting and driving it would "work it out". Our salesman agreed with us and mechanics agreed. They immediately took it into shop yet manager refused to even acknowledge to deal at all. We looked at other vehicles he wouldn't deal. We drove 3hrs to this place because he said everything is negotiable. Nothing was. Not worth the time. I only gave 2 stars and not just one because our salesman really did try.

Vehicle sold quickly. But dealer never posted pics and would not give any pricing info over phone. Ok so you can't tell me what it sold for but you can at least tell me what you're asking price is.
