Bought a used 2015 Chevy Malibu from these guys recently. As a young woman, and a first time car owner, I was very skeptical of dealerships knowing how they often target my demographic to get an extra buck. Craig Krueger helped me, and was very kind and straightforward during the entire process. The day of the vehicle purchase, there was an issue with one of the rear tires making a noise that wasn't heard during the test drive while driving home. I messaged Craig about the issue, but having already driven the vehicle off the lot, I was nervous I wouldn't be assisted. Craig responded promptly, asked questions to pinpoint the issue, and told me they would get it fixed and cover the cost as soon as I could bring it back in. They apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a car to drive while doing the necessary maintenance/repairs, and I was able to bring my vehicle home without any further issues or extra charges. I couldn't be more satisfied and am so grateful for the service!

Beware if you ask about damages they either have no idea of what they are selling or they lie and do not give the full picture.
2021 equinox that we drove over an hour and fifteen to see and had asked specifically about the damage and was told incorrect info and left the major damage out. BEWARE AND LOOK OVER VERY CLOSELY AS THEY DO NOT IT SEEMS.

Very caring sales team. No pressure sales and seemed to genuinely care about what I was looking for. Unfortunately 20 minutes after I left the oil light went on. Since they didn’t have service techs on the weekend they sent me to the local oil live place that they knew the team who took care of the issue with no cost to me.
Very professional and friendly staff.
Mike helped my family with any question we had and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for.
Unfortunately, the vehicle was no longer available when we checked the vehicle out but definitely going to suggest this location to others and make sure you ask for Mike.

Bought the vehicle on a Friday and discovered a leak in the sunroof on Saturday. We wanted to use the 3 day exchange policy they offer and we're not successful in doing so working with the dealership. They offered two options, one was a vehicle that cost 5k more and the other was 1200.oo more but after inquiring about this vehicle we we're told it was sold. I would not recommend this dealership.

We offered to repair the vehicle at no cost as well as exchange, both options were available through auction and time sensitive, therefore we were not successful in the agreement of the exchange which was a 3 day/150 mile policy that we extended to 6 day/300 mile. Thanks again for your feedback.
