Went to look at a 15 Sierra that was well priced.
When I arrived it had its fair share of scratches that any used vehicle does...except when you opened the driver door and saw the 6” X 4” rust spot above the running board.
Sales manager said they wouldn’t fix it and it was why the truck was 3k under nada value...even though the vehicle was at nada value.
Sales rep was quick to respond and help though, I’d suggest to find another dealership if your looking for a used truck.

Drove over 2 hours to get there to tell me they didn't have the car yet. 2 times they confirmed I was coming. When I walked in 4 people where standing around behind the counter no masks. I said I had an appointment for 4pm for the nissan. They all looked at eachother and said didn't get it from the auction yet. After I drove over 2 hours to get there. They confirmed they had the car but lied and didn't. The one guy told me he would call me when its in.. why didn't you call to tell me it wasn't in when I had the appointment setting! This is one of the top reasons people hate dealerships. Do not go to Dishonest Davis honda.
Still haven't heard from them after I stormed out. You would think someone would call to apologize for the mess up.

I had requested this vehicle to be inspected by my family mechanic due to the accident it was in. So I had a friend drive an hour to pick it up I am workIng 10 hour days and the company would not give me any help whatsoever as to how to pick up the vehicle inside of their hours. I then had to have the truck back by 6pm When I got done work at 430 and was well over an hour away, when they close at 8 because of another “appointment”. The truck is fully coated in rust on the bottom and the fender wells the bumper is twisted from the accident which was never repaired and the exhaust pipe was falling off. Once I arrived I told the associate that I would buy the truck if we could get to the right price and told me to take a seat. I called my co-signers who also drove an hour to get there. Once they arrived We sat down and the sales man Stood at the front desk for over 20 minutes then came back and said the price was non negotiable. Wasted my entire day and time. Horrible experience.

The worst dealership in my life. I went for a Chevy camaro they advertise it to be 26,161 I went there and it was 27,784. I Had a appointment at 12:15 I got there at 12:00 he said he was pretty backed up. I said no problem. 10 min later a worker takes the camaro out the Parking lot and give me a suspicious look and drive off. Like it was something wrong with it and he didn’t want me to see. 6,689 miles only too. . So I patiently waited 2hr in the half for the car to come back and it never returned. So I was fed up went back inside the dealership and ask where’s the guy at he said he was down the street. I patiently waited a extra 15 min the guy still didn’t come back. So I left dealership. Extremely bad business timing horrible service rude false advertisement. Very disappointed especially went you live a hour away

I had checked with the dealer that the car I was

get there and the staff tell me it was sold. They
were unapologetic and unhelpful. Prior to that,
both sales reps I spoke to were passive
aggressive with me rather than approaching me

I went and test drove a car and was ready to buy it
that day completely in cash and had an extra 500
dollars for fees and such, however this dealership has
unnecessary fees to inflate the price of the car. It
wound up being 2200 in fees for a 5800 car. Then
when I said I would give them 6200 in cash right then
the sales manger wouldn’t even budge and wouldn’t
even look at me. The staff was rude and the sales lady
was nice but wrote us off when she realized we
couldn’t pay the full amount.

test drove vehicle that we were ready to purchase. Only to find that they imposed an excessive dealership prep fee of 1400.00 which is basically an unsubstantiated fee. Its dealerships way of getting more money. Unlike a doc fee a dealership prep fee is a scam. Total fees and taxes came to about 40% of the price of car. 10,000.00 vehicle and 4,075.00 in taxes and dealer fees..outrageous.. not willing to negotiate the fees. Can find much better deals elsewhere.

I was disappointed that they have a higher price by $3000 on the car than on the online
ad. After I drove 45 minutes I was told that the price was not negotiable. I was then told
I'm out of touch that I think the price is negotiable. The rims touched the body, they did
not tell me that before I came over. The salesman told me if I just came onto the lot
without seeing the online ad he would tell me if I was ready to pay $3000 over the online
ad. Sorry, I know a lier and I'm not buying it. It gave me a bad taste in dealerships. They
just lie for a living that's what they do, it's an accepted practice.

I test drove the car & was very pleased with it & the price but when we sat down to work a deal, they tried to put on a "reconditioning fee" of
$1600. I definitely wasn't paying that. I would have bought the car if it hadn't been for that charge. Also they only wanted to give me $500
for my car! That was a joke.

Ended up buying a 2015 Honda CRV. People were very friendly, service was great but I have a major complaint. The Car Guru advertised sticker is supposedly non- negotiable except for the additional dealer prep charges that they add to the final price of the vehicle, a very sneaky practice. I should have walked away from the deal when they added that charge.

Although the dealer was somewhat helpful and the car was not a Honda. It
was a AUDI at a Honda dealer. The dealer was not fully familiar with the car.
The car is not a Premium Plus but an S-LINE AUDI not what I wanted. But
the Dealer and dealership was acceptable. This would have been the second
car my family bought from this dealer. I still recommend.

If I could give negative stars, I would. They were very rude. They threw my car keys on the table and walked away when I disagreed with their offer for my trade in (it was $2,000 under the lowest offer I received from 2 other dealers). After driving an hour to go there, I learned from others that "Davis is the worst!".

Kept me informed.
I visited the Dealer to get this car with $12k in hand and could not come to an agreement. I was more than willing to put more out if they corrected at least one of the few things on this car. This cars rims were majorly scuffed up and the vw emblem was missing on one of the tires. Yet they still tried to act like I was getting a deal. I was very disappointed with this transaction or lack of transaction.

He said he would have the car ready for me. A couple minutes later they called to tell me they sold the car the night befor my appointment. Never will I shop at Davis for anything.

Went in to test drive a 2011 Silver Jeep Wrangler. Was listed as a manual but was actually an automatic. They said the Jeep came in in the last few weeks, but had been listed +150 days on CarGurus. They raised the price from my initial contact and refused to believe it, until I showed the CarGurus historical prices. I knew more info based on the CarGurus listing than the salesman did. Other than that the dealership looked nice, just don’t looking for a Jeep at a Honda dealership.

The car was purchased on 8-December, and two days later, the engine and IMA lights came on. I contacted the dealer, brought the car in for a recall, per the service department, and was then told that the car needed a new hybrid battery-@ a cost of $4K—more than the car’s price. After many phone calls, much anxiety and discussion with management by the salesman, they finally agreed to offer me an alternative car of equal price, at no expense to me. We settled on a 2008 Pontiac Vibe that needed some repairs, and had an active recall for a passenger airbag, but was not a hybrid. It took ten days to resolve this, but the deal is now final. I will keep the salesman updated about anything else we find that needed repair on the car, per his request. The salesman was very accommodating and helpful. I was a bit disappointed in the amount of time it took for the management staff to decide how to resolve the issue, however.

The sales person was very good to me. She gave me the deal that I was looking for. However when I got home, I realized that the vehicle I bought did not have the back up camera that was listed in the advertisement. In my excitement in finding the deal I wanted, I completely forgot the check for the back up camera that I expected the vehicle to come with. That evening I sent an email to the dealer explaining how disappointed I was. I asked them to honor their ad and please pay for the installation of the camera. I even provided video proof their ad on Cargurus.com showing them the ad. Since it was partially my fault that I did not check before I left, I even offered to pay for the parts on the install of the camera. The dealer denied my request and offered to only pay $100 of the total combined cost. My advice to purchasers, no matter how excited you are, make sure you check for everything you desire in a vehicle. Make a list........

I made an appointment to look at the 2013 silverado extended cab when i arrived they stated that the truck was sold even though they confirmed my appointment. I found another truck that i really liked there. I made a deal with the used car manager, shook on the deal then later was told they cant they cant follow through with the deal that was made. They blamed it on the bank which is likely but why make a deal that you dont know that you can follow through with? Regardless i bought the truck. They brought the number down a little to where id feel more comfortable paying. Still $40 more a month than what we originally agreed on at my max budget. They told me they change the oil. They didnt reset the oil light. Was it done? After that the truck left me stranded when the battery died. On top of that the alternator is making a whining noise as if its going out. Theyre an hour away and i work 12 hours a day. I dont have the time to go back

When I test drive the vehicle it had a terrible noise. Once two other people drove it they finally agreed there was something wrong. The dealer said they would not fix the problem for any less then $1100.00 and would not mark the car down anymore. All the tires were bad. The salesman that I had was not interested in selling me this car. I was a cash customer ready to purchase on the spot and was attempting to make any deal possibile to leave with this vehicle.
I left the Davis lot and went to look at another Mazda5 that I purchased for about the same price with less miles and from a much friendlier accommodating sales team that made me feel like they wanted to make a sale.

They had stock picture in ad. Asked for a couple of real photos and none sent, just a stock letter sent several times asking me if I wanted to come in and drive car and as this is out of my area I wanted to see a phot of car before I drove there and they did not do that. How hard is it to take a couple of pics and send it to your phone.

While I did not end up buying this particular vehicle, I was able to find a
similar vehicle. Larry Z was our salesman and did a great job working with
us. When I had my mechanic look at the vehicle and a leak was found, the
next day, they scheduled a time for me to come in and get it addressed.
They did this at no charge. Very happy with Davis and their team.

Salesperson was nice, but, I found this vehicle had a sticker on it that stated "this vehicle is not for sale...going to auction". I asked the salesperson and he stated that if no one purchase the vehicle in a certain amount of time, they would go to an auction. Also, they said, any repair work of these type of vehicles, they would not do, because they would lose money. This was a hint that this vehicle "probably" need lots of work. I went to test drive it, and when I tried to turn the steering wheel.....it would not turn...I'm thinking...a leak in power steering fluid, power steering pump, worn steering gear and ball socket or loose steering pump belt. I made a decision at that point, to leave the dealership and search for another vehicle.

I called and made an appt to see the car. Loved it and bought it. There wss a coupe things wrong with it so I took it back to the dealership. They gave me a rental car until mine was fixed. Great experience!

Tops. After my initial apprpach their response was fast, precise and very courteous. They offered all possible information about the vehicle and asked about my best available time for a drive test, considering the travelling distance. I haven't made a contact yet, but the experience so far is excellent. I understand they know how to do business.

Unprofessional behavior
Sales manager decreases the price from MSRP and then on the course
of finalizing/negotiation increases it.
Sales manager pressurizes on taking the financing from them only with
high interest rates. If not taken, he says the car price will increase.
Dropped emails to Regional Manager, Owner and General Sales
Manager. Called in many times the GSM, left voicemails, no one bothers
to answer the calls or give a call back. Not even a mail back
acknowledgement also.
One other day, one sales person calls and tells, what can we do to get
you buy a car from us. I told give me the deal, he told will definitely work
a deal with you and will call you around 7 in the evening. He never calls
up and on following up the next day, he says , the car has been sold out.
Then why did you call me ? for Chirst's sake !!!
Too bad an experience, will never recommend anybody. Worst
experience you can go through as a customer.
The dealer made me wait for 30 minutes and still no sales person. You had
several managers doing nothing...yet they would not assist me. terrible
experience.

Set an appointment to go see the car; they sell it the day before and don't tell me until I get there. Uses a call center to make appointments, and the person scheduling doesn't tell you that, so any questions you ask while scheduling will be incorrectly answered (such as having other cars available, financing options, both of which I asked). Wanted to see a few other cars that were listed on their website, since I drove for 2 hours to see a car they already sold, and the few cars I was interested were either not there or they couldn't find them. Also they use automated emails, so it looks like someone is actually reaching out to you from there, but they're not. And if you email back, you probably won't get a response- just another automated email. Horrible experience all around. I will never go back to them.

They were dishonest over the phone, said they would give me blue book value and after a forty-five minute drive they started off the deal with an auction price of $7500 less book value.....not worth trouble, with all the arguing/negotiating left disappointed.
I bought a lot of cars thru dealers and this was the worst experience.

Called before visiting & they didn't want to confirm whether the Internet Listed Price was actually the max price, even after multiple phone calls, IF I was satisfied with the car's condition, that is. Needless to say, I didn't visit.
