We went to the dealership to purchase a car. When we got there, we were informed the car had a deposit on it. They still had it listed for several days even though it had a deposit on it. They proceeded to contact us to ask if we were still interested, and we asked if the deposit had been removed. It had not. We were very confused and frustrated with this experience and decided to do our business elsewhere.

Dan Cummings Ford Lincoln- in all my years of car buying- was truly the utmost professional dealership I have ever worked with. The experience was top notch- from the time we were welcomed into the dealership, till the time we left with our new vehicle. And the truck we bought was about $1100.00 ( yes I said Eleven Hundred Dollars) less than everywhere else we checked. BEST price ever!
There salespeople were tremendous and you can tell everyone just loves working there. They truly care and went above and beyond what we would have ever expected- to make sure we were satisfied with our lovely new truck.

Keep asking me to come and test driver or look at the cars but I knew they would want several thousand dollars down. So I had them do the credit application before I went there what do you know they wanted a substantial amount down or a co signer. Just like everyone else they say they can get you in a vehicle with any type of credit but then want thousands down. Don't keep reaching out as if you can help someone but then want a bunch of money down. Times are hard!

Will never go back. Was very upfront about having my credit ran. Was told we will make it work. Well..they didn’t. They ran my credit twice took the hits to my score and wanted a sizable deposit that I told them I will not have for a couple of days. Sold the car the very next day. I was upfront about my deposit from the beginning and feel like they did not care. Played games ..did not care about me or my credit being ran only selling the car. Was a complete waste of time and effort and my credit score took a hit for nothing.

Price was fair until they added 2k for a mandatory dealer package. Sales manager Ash was professional but unfortunately the fee made the deal average.
I can't say it was a perfect experience. I was quoted one price and they added extras on top of it. I would have purchased it right away prior
to the add-ons. I don't like when businesses do this type of activity. But they were quick to answer any questions that I had, and I do
appreciate their reasoning for the add-ons. I think they should ask the customer first though. I hope they can find a buyer for the vehicle, as I
will not purchase it. There must be transparency for the whole evolution.
Quote received was $3,000 higher than I expected. The quote included a $1,000 up charge because we weren't financing through one of their financing partners, and another $1,998 safety fee. A dealer fee was added as well, but we were expecting that. The big picture is that the price posted really isn't the price. Even though the vehicle was still a good deal, my husband and I decided not to proceed because we were very put off by what we feel is false advertising. Perhaps these additional fees are in the fine print, but in my opinion, what's advertised as the price should be the highest price and not a starting point to tag on fees other than processing, taxes, tags, etc. This dealership has the highest tag on fees I've seen from any other dealership so far. We thought it was ridiculous.

Contacted about a vehicle that "hadn't arrived yet". I asked a few questions for when it came in and a couple photos not the extensive normal dealership photos but just a couple quick ones. Vehicle was "loaned" out before any photos or questions about it was answered. Wasn't told, had to ask multiple times for an update. If it is this much of a run around over text, I can't imagine how bad it is in person.

After searching for months to find a reasonable vehicle, I found a great 2014 Escalade at Pinnacle Ford. The staff was just as great as the vehicle and the price. Kelly was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He was available and answered my questions, even on his day off. And then the hard part came, finance department. Serkan was not only friendly, but answered all of my questions and made it almost painless. I drove 4 hours for this vehicle. When it’s time to purchase another vehicle I will drive the four hours again to deal with this company. Top notch group!!

Replied promptly and set up an appointment for the following day. Once I got to the appointment the salesman was late and told me the car had been sold already. He did not notify me of this until after I had gotten to the appointment and said he had no way to contact me. This was a blatant lie as he had been communicating with me via email.

and answered EVERY question we had. They handled everything very professionally and had a driver pick us
up a the near by airport to bring us back to the dealership. The car price was what they quoted with no hidden
fees are the service was great. They had a car "unveiling" and pulled the car cover off while we watched! Very
cool.
Ryan, the salesperson was very polite and worked very hard to get me financed. I love my new car. He responded very quickly and the entire staff that I dealt with was very nice and friendly. The car clean and ready for me to drive away. Would definitely buy another vehicle from Pinnacle Ford.

Drove 3 hours to get there to the dealership. Called when I left home, they assured me the vehicle would be up front and ready to drive. No one seemed to know what was going on. The internet lady who had scheduled the appointment wasn't available. I left voicemail for her to call me as I was on the way, but she returned my call the next day. Very unpleasant experience!

The worst dealership, I have ever contacted. They had the car listed as a six speed manual but, was a 6 speed auto. The mileage of the car where really high. Very few pictures posted of the actual car. Had the car advertised at a decent KBB fair market price so I contacted them I was going to pay what ghey has it listed for in cash and they tacked in another $4,000 in fees $600 dealer handling fee, $300 docking fee ect. Very shady/dishonest dealership.

The folks at Glenn responded quickly & kept in touch regularly until I bought a vehicle. They were quick to try & make my experience a good one. I didn't purchase from them but they thanked me for coming in to their facility after I made my decision elsewhere.

In October 2009 My wife went into this dealership to look at trading her 2007 Ford Escape with only 30,000 miles on it. She found a 2008 Linclon MKX that had 45,000 miles on it. It was previously a rental car. The sales person priced the car to her for $40,000 gave her $12,000 for her car and she paid $3,000 cash down. The car wind up costing her over $28,000 which I believe they took advantage of her being a female and not knowledgeable.
