This was the very first time I’ve ever bought a car online. My bank was very scared of me doing this with ever never going to the dealership. Never seeing the car never talking to a person. I wish my bank had been a little more responsive to the idea..
It took three days to complete this deal for a wire transfer. My bank was worried about me. I really like this car and had to be a 2006 Honda Accord for me to purchase it.

Very helpful, quick to respond. Very upfront and honest about what they could do. The real ice on the cake was hearing we want your business how can we get it. Aj helped me with all my questions about our little car. We got the paperwork done quickly and the car was shipped to us. Very easy experience. The A/C works great. The car needs just a few minor repairs, like some windows to be retinted and the lights were foggy but I used a turtle wax headlight restoration kit and they look like new. We've already driven over a hundred miles and so far the car is doing well.

Easiest dealer experience I've ever had. I bought a Mazda 5 that had hail damage but otherwise is in pristine condition. They were up front about the damage, sent videos of the vehicle inside and out, and even arranged to have it shipped out of state to me. Everyone here was honest, super friendly, and a joy to work with. I'm planning on making my new daily driver last at least ten years, but if I find a need for a second car before then? I'm definitely going here first

The salesman ,Andrew, was very good and did all he could to put my mind at rest in an always stressful long distance purchase.
His 'manager' not so much. Pushy and abrupt..as most
low level used car lot managers are.!. But overall,a good experience, and a reputable dealer.
Yes,I would recommend anyone deal with Andrew for sure, as he represents good products and he's a good professional individual.

Very professional and great cars. Called about a car and spoke with AJ and he answered all my questions and was extremely proud of his cars! And when I got there I saw why, very nice place very nice service department. I get off work a little late but AJ stayed with me the whole way even after his store closed. Definitely recommend this dealership!

I had a wonderful experience at DFW Auto Mill. I was looking for a pre ownerd vehicle on the lot. I was looking for a car with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and my customer service rep handled me very well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. Ask for AJ, he is the best! He is amazing and made the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they’re stuff.

This dealership has a car im very interested in however they make excuses on why its not at the dealership. First excuse was it is at a garage nearby so i went to their garage and the owner doesnt know what im talking about . Then they said it was at the mechanic shop. They just made excuses and wasted my time shopping for the Chevy Suburban I really wanted.

The representative was very friendly; however, the vehicle had many visual issues/mechanical and not worth the cost. The vehicle was not clean (inside or outside). Very disappointed because the vehicle was advertised very positively.

Ok here we go. I read all the reviews and
was just in aw about the 2002 E320
wagon! My dream car. The pictures of
the car said oh my come and buy me!
Nothing at all was wrong with it. Low
miles. Not a ton of owners. Just an
emaculate car. I called and spoke with
them several times and said I will be
there Monday to drive it bring it home
and love it for ever. I get there Monday
and the car is very dirty. It had
scratches and scrapes all over it. So I
was like ok it's a 16 year old car. So
what! I was a little mift cause it wasn't
like that in the pictures. So I went to go
get the key and drive it! So the sales
lady couldn't find the keys at first. Then
she got mad at the detailer guy cause
the car was ready yet and we were
there. So he found the key and started it
up for me. It had a hard time starting. I
got in it and it looked like 12 men
covered in greese and oil had a fiesta all
over the inside. It has a tan interior so
black hand prints really stand out. So I
was like maybe it will get detailed out
and it will be fine so continued with my
test drive then it kinda shifted weird. So
now I am pissed but thinking it 16 years
old so it's not going to be brand new. So
we got back to the lot. And then I took a
good look around and was like heck No!
The rear door panel was about to fall off
and various trim pieces either didn't
work or they won't there. So I was like I
am not going to pay for this. I get it it's
16 years old but it's just the simple fact
that they lied. The car in the pictures is
not the car that I test drove. So I took
the key back to the lady and told her
that I don't want it anymore. And so she
just looked at me then said that's fine
and kepted smoking her cigarette.
Didn't ask why or see if I wanted
anything else. And didn't say sorry for
me taking the 2 hour drive to come look
at it! So I didn't buy anything from there
and I won't ever in the future.

Some confusion and lack of follow through. People were nice though when I spoke to them. I never heard back from them after calling to say I wanted to buy their car. I ended up buying a different Crossfire on 2/1/18

I drove over 6 hours to look at the vehicle after speaking with Ronny at the dealership. He assured us that the vehicle was in immaculate condition. From the photos, that seemed to be true. NOT. Upon arrival, the vehicle was in poor condition. Seats looked greasy, dings and dents that were not informed of, and the entire armrest was split. This dealership is deceitful. Don't waste your time.

On the 14, the CSR was $3800.00.After talking to him he changed the price to $4500.00 on line after being listed as $3800.00 the day before. Was going to pay cash but this changed my mind. Still love that car. I'll wait on price to go down or buy elsewhere.

I had to drive over 4 hours so I called and told them that I wanted to see the car to have it ready. The person that I talked to said that it was in another lot but she would notify them. The car was not as advertised many things wrong with it. For instance: windshield cracked, top wouldn't work, driver door wouldn't work, emergency brake didn't work, cracked bumper and a number of other things. The salesman said that he would get the things fixed and would get back to me ina couple of hours so we got a hotel and waited and we never heard from them. Also there were all these good reviews of how good they were on CarGutus.

The Dealer never responded and online they had the car at 40,000 miles. When we got there it was actually 140,000 miles. It seems like they did this so that the website would tag the vehicle as a good deal. It was a huge disappointment. Also, there was no room to walk the lot, the cars were packed in so tight that they would have to move two or three cars to get the one I was interested in out of the parking space.

Poor communicationss...... wojuld not provide additional photos and details
I requested. Did not want to waste my time driving 4 hours one way to see
the engine compartment in detail. He failed to follow up. I was in sales an
marketing and bent over backward to help folks to answer qestions so
customers could make a proper decision. This car could have hidden
issues also. Can not believe mileage figures.
