My buying process is look, inquire, ask questions and as a Veteran and Truck Driver As Well As Fellow Car Salesman I go thru my process no matter what anyone says. May go view vehicle but initial interaction..... Ahhhhhh I might just stay away

I called and sent a message that I was interested in the van and was told it was sold. On
Thursday 2/15/2024 I received a call as I was pulling into another dealer to pick up a new cube
van telling me that the van was still there. I probably would have bought this van!

Vehicle was listed with the wrong amount of miles and listed as $11,295. I scheduled an appointment to go see it, but since we were driving an hour to get there. I looked again the night before and the miles had been adjusted from 5k to 51k and the price went to $11,995. They did respond right away when I was talking about coming to see it, but when I said I wasn’t coming up if the mileage was really that high and could they confirm, I never heard back. No apologies for the inconvenience or anything. Bummed this didn’t work out.

Yes I contacted them and they got right back to me. I discovered it was a gas engine and not a diesel so in the end it is not a truck that would work for me.

Unbelievable buying experience. I got the exact truck I wanted at the price I was hoping to pay. I arranged the deal by phone from three hours away, and they worked with me to get the vehicle in for a third party inspection. Great vehicle, great price, and the best staff I've ever worked with. Can't say enough good things.

Stopped by to check the truck out. First salesman came out
and gave me the run down of the vehicle. Then the GM came
out and gave me a song and dance for 5 or ten 10 minutes. I
said the truck was nice but thought the price was alittle high.
The GM said "well this truck is sold". Ok, so I left. 3 days later a
different salesman finally replied to my email inquiry and left me
numerous pictures of it... It was never sold, he was just mad
that I thought the price was high.

lady never sent me pictures. I had to call
three times and could never speak to her
so asked for another salesman and was
promised pictures right away. Never got
the pictures and then they emailed me
and told me they sold it that day.

truck was every thing they said it was so I bought it, dealership was real helpful and nice
D'Arcy GMC made the purchase of this vehicle one of he easiest low pressure purchase experiences I've ever had. The vehicle I bought from them was mechanically worry free!!!! Dealership was very prompt and friendly. Salesman Giancarlo Frigo was extremely helpful during the entire purchasing process. The service department put new brakes on it, and made other repairs to vehicle, which gave me complete confidence in my purchase. Sales manager Keith S, was very people friendly, no pressure buying experience, even after finalizing deal around 1030 at night.

Good pricing, but car had some glaring exterior damage on one wheel that should never have been missed upon preparation/detailing for sale. Tried to pressure me before I left after I made it clear I wasn't going to buy on the spot.
