David is a really nice guy, he responses right away, very informative about cars and sales the only thing that did upset me was that their not transparent about other sales taking place on the same vehicle your purchasing. He had me give all the paper work to my bank and insurance company just to tell me the car was sold by another sales agent. That really wasn’t good customer service, we’re not allowed to leave a deposit to secure the car so the least they can do is be transparent about other transactions happening on the same car. I’m in Massachusetts and he basically wasted my time and I feel they do it this way because it’s about money not customer satisfaction

When I first contacted the dealer,I spoke to Chelsea on a Monday.She was very nice and friendly and gave me information about the Toyota Camry I was looking to buy.I told her I was ready to buy and gave her my information over the phone,including a copy of my drivers license.She said she would get the paperwork ready,e-mail it to me so I can sign and send my payment in.She even texted me a picture of the initial paperwork.That was the last I heard from her! On wednesday I texted her to see what happened to my paperwork and got no response.I called the dealership to speak to her and another lady answered,said she would give my message to Chelsea and get her to call me back and I NEVER HEARD FROM HER! I lost valuable time waiting for them to get back to me and never heard a thing from anyone! Now I see on car gurus that the camry was sold to someone else! Did not appreciate that!

Called promptly
I love that they are family owned and only deal with decent,
preowned cars and trucks. Mark was very helpful and the owner
actually came in and talked with us. We noticed the Ridgeline
needed one new tire and they arranged to have that tire put on
and had the oil changed and a basic check of brakes, etc and
everything checked out nicely. Would definitely recommend!

These guys were awesome,i saw the car online and they took specific photos of the car and sent them to me,i made
arangements to maybe go look at the car the following weekend. i called David my sales contact on the Friday to say
was driving up from Florida on Saturday, he said he would hold the car for me till i got there, even though i told him if it
wasnt right i would not be buying it. i left Florida at 4.30 am and drove up to SC the car looked great but had some
issues, David called the owner and told him my issues with the car and took care of them that afternoon, David even
went with me to Augusta airport for me to drop my rental car.By 6.30 pm that evening paperwork and money were done
, miss Jamie was awesome, and i was on my way back to Florida in my Challenger a 22 hr day but these guys are an
11 out of 10, i highly recommend these guys , this was one of the best car buying experiences in my life .

The vehicle that I was interested in sold before I could get there. But I like that Mark was considerate to contacted me about the vehicle before I drove down. Before this experience, I was there before and test drove a 2007 Jeep Cherokee SRT8 and had a great experience with Mark and the staff. They have great quality vehicles for sale and I will return to purchase one someday.

The dealer was very quick to my respond on the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Yes, the listing of the vehicle was described accurately on the listing. The vehicle was immaculate cleaned and waxed and shinny tires were prepped for my arrival. The dealership was very very kind and very welcome of your presence when you are dealing with you. They do not play dealership games with you. The atmosphere of the dealership is like a home away from home. The inside of the dealership is an atmosphere of being at a home that welcomes you and value you as a very important customer when you arrive and conducting business with them or pleasure conversation with the staff. Yes, I have already recommended the dealership to friends and people I know.

Wayne Morgan called me after receiving my online inquiry about the Infiniti. Even though I was located across state, he welcomed me to come look at the car. When I arrived at the dealer, I felt an immediate family-oriented feeling. I was not pressured in any way. Crescent was very patient in dealing with my credit union, even going so far as having their accountant meet me in Columbia, as that was the site of the nearest credit union. I found the dealer to be fair, courteous, and friendly. They had some outstanding vehicles in their inventory.

My first contact was a very nice email from Chelsea at Crescent. Her content
was very helpful, such as tax and tag fees so I would know what to expect as
additional costs. I called and set an appointment to test drive and was given
such a good deal I couldn't help but buy the car. Chelsea is a jewel and
Crescent is a small but very efficient sales company.

My wife and I drove 3.5 hours to close this deal on the 2016 Dodge
Challenger Hellcat. I had done much research on 2017 models and
found this 2016 model with only 1411 miles to be the Best Buy for the
year model, miles and price. No haggling! Chelsea and her father, the
owner, were very responsive and pleasurable to deal with. No pressure.
Offered us considerably more for our 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 trade
in with 160800 miles than 3 dealers! Great place to purchase a car!!!

Buying a used car can't get better than this! First contacted this dealership
on Tuesday 12/19 to inquire about the 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT and
talked with Danny. He was a pleasure talking to! Very easy to talk to,
courteous and sincere. My wife and I went there today to look at the car
and he had it at Goodyear to replace a faulty tire pressure sensor. We test
drove the car from Goodyear back to the lot - love the car! For a 2008 this
car is in EXCELLENT condition (it looked newer than the 2010 we traded
in)! When doing the paperwork, very easy process - other places we've
been to in the past has been a hassle and they weren't as up front. Danny
provided the Carfax report so we could review - he was very transparent
about the entire process. Car is for my wife and it's now her favorite car. If
you're looking to buy a used car, definitely check these guys out! We drove
a hour to this place and it was worth it. Danny and company - we
appreciate y'all for making everything so simple. Thank you, and hope you

Very good buying experience! No pressure and I got a great deal. All the staff
are very friendly and helpful. They replaced one of the headrests with a brand
new one without me asking because it wasn't working correctly to their
standards. I will use them again.

Danny was extremely helpful. We communicated by phone for several days, worked out a deal and drove 2 1/2 hrs to pick up our new vehicle. Danny was very pleasant and patient with us, our children, all of our questions and some work that had to be completed in the truck. Danny was in constant communication about the repairs and was very helpful throughout the process. Great car buying experience.

These people sold the tahow i was buying right out from under me even after i had added the insurance and drove 3 hours to get it and then tried to sell me 1 that needed a whole lot of TLC and when i ask to take more $ off so my hubs could fix the issue's Correctly withoit glue alll over the doors he said nowu diping into my break fest money..... we quickly left because i dont deal well with nasty & rude !
I don't recommend them either.... don't make the drive... they definitely make the cars look better in pics and trust me there picture's LIE.....

Wayne and the owner and manager (his wife) treated me like a King. He sold the car to me for the stated price, no added fees at all ! He also put four new tires all around, then sent me off for Christmas with a full tank of fuel!

I live about an hour away from this dealer. I called to confirm that the
vehicle was available. At first, the system showed that it was available.
However, the sales associate double-checked and found that it was not
longer for sale. She took the extra time to save me the trip. I will certainly
look at them again to complete my purchase.
