Yesterday I had went to Cowboy Dodge for an appointment with Gerardo to look at a couple vehicles. The original vehicle that I went for had already sold first thing so I had a couple others I wanted to look at, one being a 2017 Jeep and other being my own mom's old vehicle, a 2019 Hyundai. After test driving only the Jeep i decided I wanted the Jeep. I figured since I had already driven the Hyundai across the country a few times that I didn't need to test drive it.
Gerardo was once again fantastic to deal with and made the buying process fast and easy to complete. He is he very professional, honest and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using him for your next purchase! He helped my mom with a pickup in November and now helped me make my very first ever vehicle purchase! I could never say anything bad about Cowboy Dodge they have treated my family FANTASTICALLY the past few months and we are super glad to have joined the Cowboy Dodge Family! Excellent service. Kinzor and Casey made this purchase as smooth as possible. I drove up from Breckenridge at the end of the day just before closing. They helped get the purchase done and had a repair done on the vehicle the next day. The truck was delivered to me by a great transporter Bill! Thank you for all your help. I didn’t get the chance to purchase the car I was looking for from cowboys but the dealer I spoke with was vary helpful and polite would recommend doing business with them!

After they contacted me, they raised the price by 9K! Salesman explanation was” it was the end of the month and computer must have doubled the incentives ” .... will not be doing business with them. Shady dealer

I did not purchase the original vehicle that I was looking for as it had a mechanical problem that was found when it
was safety checked before delivery. They found a better and newer car for me. Over all great place and staff. 4 1/2

While I couldn't find the vehicle I was specifically looking for through this dealer, the friendliness of Matt was very welcomed and I would certainly have purchased from Cowboy Chrysler if I had found the exact one I wanted.

Car had been damaged on the drivers front fender and very poorly repaired. From the
pictures the damage had to of occurred while at the dealership. I.E. half of the GT
badge was missing and the fender shine was dull - both of which were not like that in
the picture. When asked about it no one knew anything about it. But they would let you
have the car for their cost of $28 thousand and change. No thank you I bought a
CLEAN one in Colorado with fewer miles and NO damage for less money. Don't try to
make someone else pay for a mistake that occurred while the car was in your care, and
don't try to cover it up. It is really bad that I will have to take my new Challenger all the
way to Colorado (Driving past Cowboy Dodge on the way) to get my services done.
Advised me the car I was looking at is now $6000 HIGHER than the price on CarGurus. Mumbo jumbo about "dealer credits" Never mind.
Lots of contcat with no content; only a HUGE changed price. No followup, no "sorry" and no change in the CarGurus listing.
Based on reviews from other sources, I will also look elsewhere than Cowboy Dodge.

While car I originally wanted was already sold, salesman was friendly
and knowledgeable about inventory. He put me in a 2018 Kia that I
love. Internet salesperson stopped by to introduce himself, as did
several other people. Car purchase was to replace a hail-damaged
totaled car and dealership sold me car with insurance check still
pending.

Horrible place to do business,
used vehicles are dirty, service is
pushy! They do not want to sell
you the vehicle you inquired
about, but push you towards a
vehicle you are not interested;
which is far more expensive!!!

Go to Colorado rather than deal with
these people! Worse dealer ever they
are pushy,wouldn't get me the vehicle I
wanted kept pushing me to settle for a
50 thousand dollar vehicle I didn't
want because it was on their lot.They
were way over priced after shopping
around I got my vehicle for 10 grand
less else where and they didn't really
work with enough financial institutions
to get the best interested rate and
deal! Completely money hungry! Go
else where!
