From start to finish, Chris Howe made the entire process incredibly easy. I just purchased a 2025
2500 Denali from him and couldn't be happier.
Covert Hutto is over two hours away, and I never had to step foot in the dealership once. Chris sent me all the pictures and videos I asked for and had answers to every question. Most importantly, he felt like a friend! Not a pushy salesperson. I've talked to a lot of dealers, and that's rare. Chris was patient, understood exactly what I was looking for, and never made me feel rushed. It genuinely felt like they cared more about me getting the right vehicle than just making another sale. I'Il recommend Chris for life! He sells both new and used vehicles and is absolutely the go to guy. I'm sure everyone at this dealership is great, but do yourself a favor and ask for Chris. I inquired at about the car. The staff was fantastic about the overall condition of the vehicle and provided extra pictures and videos in a timely manner. They went a step above and even used rulers and other items to provide a reference for a minor cosmetic issues.

I live in the mountains of North Carolina and Craig the salesman I had 1,000 miles away went out of his way to help me over the phone I hope they get another truck like the one I wanted I will purchase for covert ford in a heartbeat hands down the best customer service I have ever had other the phone and I’ve been shopping for a truck for awhile now.

The dealer and multiple agents tried to close a deal with pictures and general information about the car. They could not give me the history of the car regarding a minor accident that I required to make a decision. Replies were very timely but without complete information it was a deal breaker.
Absolute waste of time. Drove 2 hours each way to check out a car. Turns out the windshield is cracked all the way across and the transmission makes a horrible noise just sitting there parked, so I didn't even bother taking a test drive. There's no way they didn't know these things yet they said come on out. On top of that they said even if I bought it today I couldn't take it home today. Um, what? That's not how "buying something" works. Shop elsewhere.

Terrible. Dealership would not honor the CarGurus price as advertised, changed their mind after we left the
establishment. Called us back, however as we were closing the deal, the finance manager told us the
maximum amount we could pay via check was 5k. What? From the beginning we told everyone we were
paying by check and there wasn't any concern. Allegedly a tire balance was completed but cannot verify as
we didn't get anything in writing. A manager did return my call and offered a free tank of gas as
compensation; however, we live in Harker Heights and this dealership is in Hutto. Not worth the drive to get
the gas. Will never go back to this dealership.

Luis Garcia made my purchase so easy.
Randy in finance was also very helpful and
knowledgeable. I signed the finance
paperwork on Monday at 5pm and my truck
was delivered to my office 5pm on
Wednesday. Jerry Schoener the delivery driver
was great too. The entire team is first class. I
would recommend this dealership to my
friends and family and will reach out to them in
the future when purchasing additional
company trucks. I wanted to hire that delivery
driver….he was great! Luis had answers to all
of my questions. Thanks again.

The old switcheroo. The salesperson
gave me a story about
the truck did not pass an inspection
and had a check engine light on it.
The salesperson should have told
me this before I left my house to test
drive the truck. I think it is highly
questionable if the truck was
actually being sold though I saw a
truck similar to the truck I came to
test drive on display in front of the
car lot. The salesperson tried to get
me to look at another truck but it
wasn€™the truck I came for this is
why I think he did the switcheroo on
me.

Very good communication, just not ready to buy yet.
Was lookin at a mustang they contacted right away
they talked to me while I was there and then I was
told that we would work more during the week
cause it was Sunday when I went there but they
talked to me for a day I brought up some things
about the price and then they stopped talking to me
completely they don’t seem to want to help me
anymore there not worth going to there’s a lot of
other dealers around that are more then happy to
help get you into the car you want they used to be
like that but now they don’t seem to care

They have contacted me almost daily, multiple times per day, since I inquired. They seem wonderful. But unfortunately I decided not to answer because after researching, I realized the entire system is so inflated at this time I cannot afford to buy. I’m going to be driving my 12 year old van for a while. Buying a vehicle is no longer an option for people with an average income.

I wouldn’t even give them a one star. Worst experience ever!!!!! They got right with me and lied from the start. They will tell you anything to get you to drive there. I made an appointment and was harassed from the beginning with reminders on email and text over and over right up to the appointment. Then they didn’t even have the car I came to look at. I was told they did. The person I had the appointment with wasn’t even available and we never saw him. A young kid said he would get us started. Didn’t have a clue what we were there to look at. He coulofind it when we told him. Said it probably got sold. Then he left and came back 10 minutes later saying the car was a turd and they had to dump it. They probably never had the car. Pictures were sent out because it looked great for a great price for a beginner car for a teen. It was nothing but bait to reel you in to the dealership. I drove 45 minutes to get there to be lied to and didn’t even see the person my appointment was with even
I was very interested in the 2018 Ford Expedition Max Lim 4WD and
contacted the dealership (almost immediately after it was posted on the
internet) asking for some pictures since there none yet listed. The
pictures never came, but an email from the dealer came the next day
indicating the truck had been sold. Why does it take so long for a
salesman to go out to a vehicle, whip out his or her cell phone, and shag
of a few photos? As a long distance, buyer, I felt was my business
wasn't prioritized, essentially squeezing me out of contenion as far as
purchasing this particular vehicle.

This dealer was the absolute worst! They had me do a credit app and everything and then said the Jeep I wanted was sold off to auction but obviously that was a lie because here it is at a higher price. I had at least 6 different people calling, texting and emailing me and none were communicating to each other. I am still being reached out to as if I am a new connect! What a nightmare. From Jarrell, Maria, Amy, and Gessica and all the others who passed me back and forth, it was a horrible experience. I am so thankful I found a great dealer elsewhere who treated me respectfully and I was able to get my Jeep because this one is a joke.
I contacted this dealer in regard to a specific used car on there lot that had no pictures listed online. They responded asking me to stop by to look at the car. I live an hour away and told them I would be by the next day. That evening they sent me an email with used cars I would be interested in on there lot. The following morning I received a text message and 2-emails confirming I was stopping by to view the vehicle I was interested in. I get to the lot and tour the inventory before stepping into there office. I didn’t see the car I came for and several cars that are listed for sale online. I go into the office and the sales guy I was speaking with didn’t remember what car I was interested in and passed me to another sales associate because he was helping another customer. I decided to wait outside due to there cramped office. After ten minutes of waiting the sales associate informs me that the car was sold last night. It’s 2022, modern inventory systems should update in real time

This dealer responds well enough, problem is they never answer any of my questions. I live 2 hours away and have asked mutiple times for pictures of a listed vehicle and the advertised price on the lot. The only response I get is spam emails and phone calls to make appointments to see the vehicle. Why would I commit 2 hours to drive and find out its not as advertised or the wrong specs/color.

Lack of communication…..made me drive almost 2 hours to them just to tell me they already sold the car I had made an appointment to go see
The car was listed without any photo's and w/o a price listed. I communicated several times
with this dealer asking for an asking price and photo's. They kept trying to contact me without
responding to my request for photo's and a price. If a dealer cannot give a price and photo's for
a car they want to sell, it's time to look elsewhere. I would recommend bypassing this dealer.
They were unable to do the simplest of task.

I called them. I had already been approved for loan. Set appt. Thw man I set appointment with wasbisy with other customers. Did not even acknowledge me for a while. Finally sent me to someone else. Car I was there to test drive And buy was lost. Spent 1.5 hours before they told me my car was not available. Bad experience
Went back and forth about vehicle, was told to come test drive it late in the afternoon. It's on the lot to drive. Was text at 7:15 am the next morning by Grady (salesman) to make sure I was still coming. Store didn't even open until 10:00. Drove an hour to get there. Got there before they opened, went inside when they opened and they didn't even have the car. AND IT MY WASN'T SOLD THE NITE BEFORE, unless they were lying to me then as well. Complete waste of the and unethical as heck

Was contacted by Jake Valdez, I told him what car I was interested in and let him know when I would head his way. Told him I was driving over 1 hour away to look at the specific car we were emailing about. Let him know the day of that I was heading there that evening, (asked eta) I emailed him before I was heading out which I live far away, (asked eta again) emailed him when I arrived only to get a email stating that the car I was there for sold earlier that day. WHY NOT TELL ME THIS BEFORE I MADE THE DRIVE? I will not recommend this dealership to anyone! Communication is not there. We walked the lot over 30 min without one single person coming to greet us even though Jake knew we were there. All car seemed to be way overpriced there anyways so I’m not sure why the car I was interested in was selling for a great price. Now the car has an updated car fax with several owners and accident reported which was never listed there before. Beware of this dealerships before you make the drive.

Dealer doesn't honor advertised internet prices. They have dealer installed options that add to the advertised price they won't take off.

We wouldn't have known if we hadn't reached out to them prior. This is apparently standard to have multiple appointments for the same vehicle. They did find someone to help and were very friendly and helpful. But it took a really long time to find the vehicle I was interested in. No pressure sales tactics was nice.

We went in, spoke with Chris Huff, made a decision and worked a deal. We were NOT happy about being told we had to buy COVERTS warranty and we bucked that and ended up being told we had to buy at least one of the products so we did but the rest of the car buying situation went really well

Kami at Covert answered me quickly by text and gave me a firm price quote. But ultimately we found a vehicle from a dealer locally. And will deliver a vehicle to your home in TX

No pressure to purchase. However, they
played down a mechanical concern that CarFax actually showed had been a previous issue. Don’t take they’re word for vehicle’s past history, read the CarFax carefully!

Everything seemed to be going good till i submitted my credit application. After that, i never heard from them again. It had my hopes up only to be very upset at the end with not even so much as.a call or email to tell me that i wasn't approved. By far the biggest disappointment from any dealership ive ever tried to do business with.
They reached out. They couldn’t help me and I eventually figured it out after no response. Obviously I wasn’t a sell but I emailed anyway since I hadn’t heard from them. As I thought, they gave me my denial almost immediately. Initial contact good and follow up standard ‘how did we do’ contact good.

Dealer argued about leather seats and a Sunroof being on a Limited Package. I brought it to their attention and they stated the truck was
priced at a SR5 package. THEN REMOVE LEATHER AND SUNROOF. Dealer was willing to work with me but it took some time to get them to
contact me back via email.
The folks at Covert in Hutto were amazing. They made the process so easy and they were very responsive. I will
be recommending this dealership to everyone I know!!

This vehicle is no longer available! A rep did respond very quickly. However, she refused to have a serious conversation with me about purchasing options over the phone and when I did arrive they showed me another vehicle. Same model, different/higher price. I wish they had just been honest about the vehicle instead of using this one as bait.

When I contacted Covert in Hutto about their 2014 Mustang GT(I initiated
contact about the 2015 in the photo you have,but they had a super low
mileage 2014 GT),I gave them specific parameters as to my trade in,how
much payout was,how many miles on it,sent photos,etc.,I wanted zero
down,maximum monthly payments,where I was with my credit,who my
finance company was(and that I wanted to use my current finance
company.The internet salesman said yes come on out we can make this
work for your price, They didn't. They then proceeded to ping hard credit
request without asking me lowering my credit score this week by 26 points.
Plus they STILL couldn't meet my parameters as to monthly payments. 3
hours of my time wasted and I missed a purchase on a different Mustang
with a few more miles. Listen dealers = If a customer tells you their
monthly payment limit is $400 per month,don't try to sell them a car for
$465 per month and ping their credit multiple times in the process. Stay
away from these people.

I received a text and when I called I talked with Cliff Collins. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with the questions I asked. I did not buy the vehicle up there because I found another closer to home that I liked better. If I lived in the Austin area I would highly recommend stopping by Covert in Hutto and talk with Cliff. I'm sure he could help you find the perfect vehicle.

Piss poor. I was basically being prequalified for the truck before I walked into the salesperson's office. When I was in the office, nobody even did as much as offer a drink of water. When I objected to the trade in offer, I picked up my keys and left. Nobody even asked what they can do to earn my business and just let me walk. On top of that this truck was on sale for $16,385.00 and I was told they can only go down $300. Now I'm seeing the vehicle for sale at $15,770. So they lie too. Only giving a star because I have to.

My salesman, Jason Fox, and finance guy, Tony Gage, were both amazing to work with. Jason contacted me immediately via email and we stayed in contact everyday to get my deal complete. I was very pleased with their customer service. They were both very helpful and very friendly. I'd definitely recommend them!

The salesman was very helpful. I had arranged to go see the truck last Sunday. He called me to say he inspected the truck and found it to have hail damage. I really appreciate his honesty. It saved me a trip, and we are still working together to find another truck.

Didn't get to purchase a car from them because I didn't act quick enough (sold the next dayl, but Clinton Reed was an excellent sales person that didn't use high pressure tecnique as many car salesmen do. Very polite and responsive to all my questions. Would do business next time.
