I am very happy with Keith and how easy he made the purchase of my truck. We were able to complete almost all paperwork electronically,
which had all the haggle completed before I picked up the truck.
I noticed an an oil leak after a couple days and reached out to Keith. He scheduled me with the mechanic right a way.

It was an over all very disappointing experience.
He was in contact with me told him we were
coming out to look at the vehicle and he assured
me it was saved. Messaged him on my way (we
live more then 2 hours away) and he said he
moved it this morning it was making a weird
noise and he wasnt selling it after all. Didnt
bother to tell me the day before or that day i was
in contact with him. We still come out looked at
other vehicles and left disappointed. We went to
another dealership and found our truck we
purchased. I wouldnt recommend COOL RIDES.

We were not aware of any issues until we moved it from the saved area to get ready to show the customer. This was the first time that a noise had appeared and we certainly did not want to sell it until we could find out what the problem was. The truck had not been moved for several days because it was in the area we have for people that been approved for financing. We are very sorry that this did not work out but I'm sure you would be more upset if I had sold you the truck and the issue ended up costing you money to get it fixed. Again I am sorry that it did not work out.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
I called at 10:15 am and inquired about 2 trucks I found on car-gurus. Bryan (part owner) confirmed that both trucks were still available. I informed Bryan that I would leave Denver at 3 and be there at 4:30-5:00pm to take a look at both. My wife and I left work early with our newborn infant and drove an hour and a half to look at the vehicles. When I arrived Bryan approached and asked if he could help. I let him know I called this morning about the two trucks and was ready to look at them. He was immediately stand-off Ish, Bryan replied that he sold one of the trucks and the other was not on site. The other truck was at the detail shop located across town and Bryan said I would have to drive myself to see it (I never received a call to inform me that neither vehicle would be available to view, or an apology for the oversight or inconvenience). An owner who treats people this way can’t care about selling you a quality vehicle.

Aweful dealer contacted threw email and many phone calls this car is difficult to see because they r using it as a personal car and all the times i contacted them or in their listing it says nothing about hail damage!!! Then the man that owns the dealership was so rude telling us for that price didnt we think there was something wrong with it. Id never look at another vehicle from them again.

This was my first time buying a used car with high miles and the first time using Cargurus. Cool Rides worked with me and walked away with a decent vehicle for my son. Final negotiation was $750 under their asking price plus tax and title. Has minor repairs needed but a solid vehicle overall thus far. No hassle; easy cash purchase experience and out of there within an hour. Taking the vehicle for a full liquid service, alignment, oil pan gasket replacement, tire balance and belt change. I believe it will run another 100k + even with a 17 year old driving. All second hand dealerships seem shady to me but my wife seemed comfortable buying from them as well... thats saying a lot. Best of luck and hope you have a similar experience. I would have given 5 stars but they didn't fill the tank up or even offer a gift card.

Went to test drive a 4runner and to begin with it had to be jump started. I
took it on the highway the damn thing shook at highway speed (60 mph).
In the description they mentioned a/c (didn't work), moon roof with tilt (tilt
didn't work at all), am/fm radio with cassette and cd player (no cassette,
no cd player) what a scam seemed like they would say anything in the
description just to get people to come in. went somewhere else and got a
newer vehicle with 80k less miles everything worked for only 1000 more
(It was also an SUV).

There are some trades that we do no except do to several circumstances. This is why we always try to help the customer and point them to someone if we can not accept their trade. The only fair way to all customers is to sell the vehicle to whomever is wanting to buy on the spot. If we held a vehicle every time someone inquired about one I would have no inventory to sell.

were other vehicles at this location. Having sold my personal own used cars
& several of my own used bikes, I wouldn't have been comfortable selling
this 2005 Toyota Highlander in the condition it was in.

Unlike many dealers who want you to come in and haggle, Brian
gave me a very fair (well under the book price) price via e-mail and
had no qualms when I took a couple of days to think about it. He
was also entirely accommodating when I wanted to take the car to
be checked by a mechanic. All in all, the simple and painless
process promised on his website.
