Dealership was extremely unprofessional. Exposed my personal finances in front of several people after circumstances were discussed on the phone and he said he was confident he could help. Drove two hours to not even be greeted. John told me I was approved waited literally 10 mins and said I'd have to so much down and a co signer, I called even after the terrible customer service and he upped the price on the down payment. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Yes my experience speaking with the salesperson was great. His name was Brandon, we exchanged emails periodically. And he did what he can to help me. Even though the bank did not want to finance me this 2004 Ford escape he said he think that they probably won't Finance me that vehicle because it's an older vehicle. I really wish they would have but Brandon was a great person to talk to and to work with.

The 2015 Cadillac SRX was listed at 14,988. I
contacted the dealership to buy the car and hardly
got responses out of them. It was like they didnât
want to sell it. They then told me â with the Cadillac
SRX the fees that
the bank would charge us we
wouldn't be able to make a deal on it.
These 3 cars however, we would be
able to get you in themâ I then told them I wanted
the Cadillac I had my heart set on it. Now the
vehicle is listed at $16,988. $2000 MORE than what
they first listed it. Scammy dealership right here. Do
not do business with them. If I could post
screenshots on here I would. I was never contacted
by them after I asked them if we could get around
the âbank feesâ. I hope this dealership realizes Iâm
not dumb, I work at a bank. Iâm glad I found a new
great dealership to work with.

Audrey: There is much in your review that is just false. First, we have record of making multiple attempts to reach you. Texts, calls, emails, etc. All logged, time stamped, and saved. We even recorded and sent you videos. Regarding the fees, that has nothing to do with us. That is the bank CHARGING US a high fee to do business with you, but they are PUNISHING US because of your credit rating. Recently tried to get a car with them, found out it was in the shop awaiting repairs for an indeterminate amount of time due to part shortages. I was willing to work with them, but I had booked a trip out their way before I was told the following day it was not ready to sell. It's listed as ready to sell, and the listing is still online. I figured I would attempt to make the trip productive, so I went to their office. The salesman I had been working with had gotten very defensive over my skepticism of the cars availability, after I had put a deposit down. So I figured I was likely walking into trouble. I started asking why the car was listed when it wasn't ready, and I was met with highly defensive responses from two of the guys, one of which I had been working with. Their tallest guy got up to stare me down as he told me "the situation". At that point, I knew this was a crew I no longer wanted to deal with. I do give them credit for refunding my deposit in a timely manner.

Terrible service, salesperson didn’t know anything about the vehicle, scratches all down the side that were not mentioned online or the car fax.. it was traded in a week prior & still hadn’t been serviced or detailed

Data & Booking (including road tests), Mechanical (at a shop), Body (at a body shop), Detail (at a detail shop), and Cosmetic with 3 different vendors. Drove a long way to see this van and was told the whole time how "clean" and what great shape it was in. When I arrived to see it, even though it had a clean title, I noticed right away that it had a ton of body damage especially on passenger side that didnt show up in the pics. Side doors didn't match up right, leaking air, water. The rear end shakes when above 40 mph. I felt like they weren't honest with me about the true condition of this van. I would never do business with this company again.

I wouldn't buy a car from them and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.test drove a Malibu and the transmission was slipping, needed a wheel alignment and the air didn't blow cold!
The dealer was very straightforward and answered all the questions I had about the
vehicle and more. There was no haggle, which was refreshing, and all the transactions
needed for the purchase was handled very fast. I would highly recommend this place to
anyone looking for a great car at an even better price.

I have not received an email from anyone this week by the name of Devon. We also work in a secure location with a guard and a gate and have not had a customer today.
This dealer sent an automatic reply via email to me that told me the exactly same things that I saw on the ad itself. My mom called them directly and the response was very helpful and descriptive. Told her things that was not on the ad.

HORRIBLE creepy place with an inexcusably RUDE salesman. The place had the air of a junkyard instead of a dealership. Half the cars I sat in wouldn't even start! Once I said I wasn't going to buy a car for another month or two but just wanted to test Drive some vehicles, the salesman became extremely rude. He even YELLED at me, saying "This car ain't even gonna BE here in another month or two, so there's no point in you taking it out for a spin." I thanked him for his time and left immediately without a backward glance. Don't remember his name, but he was tall, burly, and going bald. He didnt know this, but I had $3000 in the bank to put down on a car if I really liked one AND a 749 credit score to finance whatever I please. I will never do business with this wretched junkyard ever again.

They replied they would get back but never did. I'm sure it had to do with a typo error for the price on the the Z8. They showed the price as $1795 not the actual price of $178,995. When I saw it for $1,795 I jumped on it.

Went and test drove the Jeep it drive great had a slight whistle from under the hood no problem I’d fix it if it needed fixed but then they low ball me on my car so I had my dealer call them to try and buy it off them and I get it from my dealer in town nope it’s the same thing every time oh we have someone looking at it but we will call you back they did that to me the day I set up an appointment if you don’t want to sell it then say it stop beating around the bush and actually try and work with people

We bought our Odyssey from Continental/Fenton Auto Sales. They'are a no frills dealership, but the price was good and the van is awesome. Mike was super responsive via text and phone which was great. There is essentially no pressure / sales tactics. They show you a car, give you a good price, and you decide. Also, they don't engage in the nickel/dime tactics of most dealers: prep fee, doc fee, etc... If they have the vehicle you're looking for give them a buzz. You won't regret it!

I called this dealership and found out that the car I was
interested in had already been sold, but they had many
other cars. We arrived and drove away in a very nice SUV.
They also lowered the price and did not add a bunch of

I think I got a good deal on a 1999 Ford
Taurus for $2k. It passed inspection the
next day. The salesman was direct, seemed
honest and did not try to up-sell me as other
used car salesmen did. The buying process
was easy and quick.
However, it is absurd that Continental won't
let the buyer drive the car. This seems
unethical. It was nerve-wracking to buy a
car without taking it to a mechanic first. Not
sure I would buy here again. I got lucky this
time. Car seems to be running fine a week
after purchase. That's saying a lot for a car
for which I paid $2k!
