Didnât respond because I had second thoughts but they did reach out multiple times.
I was VERY interested in this Jeep & requested information several times with no real response other than a hello email. When I actually asked questions to get more information I got no response and had to go thru CarGuru to get another basic response. Ultimately I had too much going on in my personal life to actively pursue the Jeep & sadly it was sold. The online sales service was extremely lacking, showing no interest or drive to sell the jeep unless you walked in the dealership and met with a salesperson.

Dealer responded very quickly to my inquiry. Matter of fact, they responded too well. More than four people contacted me regarding the inquiry. It was overkill and in my opinion a little too aggressive.

Responsive and helpful. They were patient when it took me 2 days to get by to see the car.
They answered my questions. The car was clean and ready when I got there.
They were very prompt on contacting me. We decided to make the hours drive to view the car in person. They waited until we got there before they went and retrieved the car from the lot. The car was dirty and the insides had not been cleaned. We did purchase the car and cleaned it when we got it home, only to discover numerous scratches in the paint - possibly the reason why they did not wash it before we got there. The salesman was very friendly but did not seem to know much about the car we were interested in. All in all, our experience was pleasant ..... as pleasant as buying a car can be ......

This dealer had listed 2 Nissan Mirano
SV's on their lot. We called twice to be
certain that they were SV's and not the
base model 'S'. We were driving 55
minutes from Katy and we didn't want to
make that drive if they were not what we
were looking for.
Once we arrived, he showed us the 2
cars-- labeled as 'SV' but both were 'S' -
selling for an SV price. I asked him why
there was no label of SV on the back and
he said maybe that year didn't do that.
After telling him a few times that these
were not 'SV's, he kept saying they were.
We left and drove 50 minutes back to
Houston/Katy.

My wife and drove 3 hours to buy a car after my wife had been talking with the dealership for almost a week. After we arrived we find the car to not be in the shape as described to us. We hesitated but asked the salesman what the best price was. (We were told the car was 14, 900) The salesman comes back wanting almost $18, 000 for the car. We explained to him the price we were given and a few minutes later he comes back with a manager who had given my wife the price and he told us that price we were given was incorrect and they could not sell the car for that amount and didnt even apologize! Long story short we drove to houston afterwards and found the same car a year newer and certified for 14900 and bought it that night. Baker nissan in houston was awesome! Dont waste your time at community kia!

Nice people once you are in the building but the people they use
for their internet department are LIARS!! Drove an hour to get to
the dealership and let them know that in advance. Only went
under the presumption that the carfax was clean(no accidents)
and vehicle was 1 owner. Got there car had 2 owners, had been
in an accident and when I got in the car to look the check engine
light was on!! Seriously!!! Was told that their "internet dept" was
outsourced and offsite when I told the manager what I had
encountered. You are who you employ on site or off....would
NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone I know and advise
everyone who reads this to steer clear of their online sales
pitches.
