The car was listed at just little over $80k at the website I spoke to internet sales she said they can try to do better pricing since they had a slow week so I drove about 30mins drive so I went I told the salesman the situation so he brings the paperwork on the paper work the price is $88k plus another $3k for car paint protector then he told me let me go talk to manager let me see what he says now I heard the manager very loudly screaming on the sales man it’s impossible at that price the car is worth $100k so I just left horrible customer service

Do not buy a car from here, they are trying to scam people into buying cars with major mechanical issues, came to test drive a 2019 chevy equinox and the car went into limp mode and threw the check engine light 5 mins down the road. Car is still for sale and they are telling you it's in excellent condition. Don't waste your time, they lie and will try to rip you off. Avoid this dealership!!

Very good experience, from the online sales person to the financial paperwork was easy to fill out. The car was very well priced to sell, I am glad the previous day the person didn't get funded, so I was able to get this great deal.

Typical used car saleman and sale manager. Manny, the sale manager offered me $19,000 for his van. I asked him to give me an hour. One hour later, I called Byron to give him a counter offer. he told me he will get back to me in 5”, he never did so I called him back. He stated that his manager won’t let him discussing the price over phone (in 2021?) I called Manny, he told me that $19,000 was his suggestion, he still needed to ask his manager, but then he said I can get the van for $20,000 (!). Forget it, I don’t want to deal with people not keeping his words! Advices for the dealership, Used car saleman tactics are no longer working in 2021! Keep your words and improve your communication.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been on the lot a few times and nobody has come out to greet me. I had to go inside to get someone’s attention. They are quite slow and inattentive. The salesman I spoke to didn’t even call me after I gave him my credit information, all the payment information that I wanted, and my terms. Three days went by and I went back inside to find him and he said he lost the information. The car that I wanted was on the lot for nearly 60 days. This is a family owned business but has not run that way. I would not recommend them to anyone locally.

Refused to sell me the car for the internet price. After test driving the car told me the it was actually about $900 more because of add ons that were already on the car.

I only left my last signature on the paper. But I found the 2 painted part. They advertised to check the around 170points of the certified used car, but they never mentioned the 2 painted parts before I asked them.Thus, I couldn't belive them for buying over $47,000 used car.

Very poor online experience. Online inquiry only generates an offer to set an appointment, they don't answer your questions. The chat feature is with an off-site chat service, with no knowledge of the inventory. After eventually calling the dealer direct, and being hung up on by Roger, we drove 2.5 hours to find a filthy vehicle with a significant amount of body dings, excessive wear in and out.

A respectful, professional atmosphere. The White Honda was there waiting for us to see and test drive. Had to wait for the contract person, had a very delicious lunch while waiting for her. Great selection of new and used cars.

I drove a 2017 Chev Silverado High Country. There was no way I could afford this new. I went home and looked on line for a used High Country and was fortunate to find a 2014 with 12k miles at Community Chevrolet ( about 30 Mike's from home). I sent an inquiry and had a response early SAT morning (7 ish) it asked if what time I wanted to talk. I responded.l was up and a few minutes later the phone rang. We drove out and bought the truck. The internet price was the price but we thought it was fair as indicated by CG rating. My wife commented it didn't take as long as usual. This dealership made some promises for post sale which they have kept which impresses me.

We called the dealer (Community Chevrolet) to confirm that the vehicle advertised (2010 Prius - Used car, been in the dealership for over a month) is available. Got a couple of calls from the dealer, to confirm that we were on our way...drove 1.5 hours to reach the dealership and actually sat in the Prius, all ready to go for a test drive, when someone comes over to say that the vehicle has already been sold, 10 minutes ago. Luis was the sales person - absolutely polite while making the first contact, but as soon as we mentioned that we did not appreciate the long drive and sold the car under our nose, he was absolutely rude, indifferent and uninterested. How do these chaps get repeat business or referrals??? Had he been polite and apologetic, we would have totally understood. It is one of those things that can happen to folks, especially in the car business. But no!! Asked to speak to the manager, a guy called Harry..too busy to come and speak to a customer, as we waited a while, so we walked back to our Sienna, and then he came. I explain the situation saying that we do not appreciate what they had done, he was even more distant and rude, saying that is how car sales work in California…..no apologies, or can we interest you with another car, after all it is a dealership. We will never return and never recommend this dealership to anyone. If I could give a –ve star rating, I would have. Chevrolet was never our first choice, but now it will not be our last as well. Perhaps they do not care building a customer relationship…..like in a flea market. Finally, the same evening, we did buy a 2010 Prius from Nash autos (Costa Mesa - ask for Mo - very decent, courteous and polite chap, actually allowed us to take the Prius to a Toyota dealership, with no deposit, etc and have it professionally checked, how many folks are so confident with their products!!) and had a totally fantastic experience . So we own a beautiful 2010 Prius and an absolutely great price and mileage. And best of all located 5 minutes from where we live!!

Life long Chevy owner here. This dealer was pathetic. "Customer satisfaction is our ultimate priority"...just words people. Their actions speak so loudly you won't be able to hear what they're saying. I sent 5 emails, the original with an offer and I wanted one question answered...Can you work with what I can afford? All I got back from James was "make an appt and I can give you special internet pricing" ie, let us wear you down on our turf because we can't meet your price point but we will pressure you to use our financing so that the pre-approval you've obtained on your budget doesn't matter and you can pay our price for the car, in other words, more than you can afford". Next email, I call him out on his blatant side-stepping of actually answering my question multiple times after he offered to give me the information I needed and I don't hear another word from him. No spines found here. GM will get a note from me about this place.

I called the agent @ the dealer & told me that the car was available, I drove almost a hour to buy the car, when I arrived there the agent went with me to test drive & after all this we went to the office to arrange everything to buy it, few minutes after he told me that the car was sold,lost 2:30 hrs of my time for nothing!!
