He wanted 4000 down after i was approved with 1500 and i never heard from him again
I received a text message from dealership only to be told first it was a delay to receive the vehicle. The vehicle was not on their lot. Then I received another message indicating he didn’t think they were going to get it. The next day I received another message to indicate that it was a battery issue; they should have vehicle in by Tuesday. But going back and forth with submitting my information; they were unable to locate anyone to get me financed for it after all. So, good luck with them. They advertise what they did not have on their lot; plus another representative was trying to get me to come in. I didn’t understand for what, after I made it clear of what I wanted from them. So the last conversation I had was Friday and the vehicle was still not even there on their lot.
Dealer went up on the price after running my credit and lied about the down payment amount causing the deal to fall through after waiting over a week for them to fix the car since they said they had to change the fuel pump and had to order the part. I would never recommend this dealership

Very nice and easy to work with. Garrett was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Armando with the finance department was easy to work with and explained our breakdown to us that my daughter was able to understand without “car shop talk” Commerce Chevrolet was worth the drive!
Do not waste your time I wasted 2 days on getting a 2003 gmc Sierra 2500hd I was pre approved buy west lake right in the middle of me financing it they sold it to someone else so unprofessional

Slow to respond. They chose to use Autocheck which was clean, but I had suspicions on the price and purchased the CarFax which showed moderate damage to the front end.

They stayed open late for me and even filled the tank with gas....
My only complaint was that the vehicle wasn't cleaned and they didn't have a make ready to have it cleaned after I purchased it

They contacted me immediately. The vehicle 2012 Chevrolet Silverado LT Crew Cab had not been through
their intake process. The salesman called me back later and said he would not recommend buying that
vehicle due to numerous problems with the truck.

I contacted them on 11/20/19 asking for additional information on the condition and pictures. Received an email on the 22nd from them saying " I'm trying to get your pictures but I can't get my hands on the vehicle." I've given up on this dealership I'll take my business somewhere else.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a new vehicle
from here sight unseen. I live 4 1/2 hours away
in Houston. Dealer was dishonest when
disclosing mileage on this demo vehicle.
Salesman said it definitely had no more than
3000 miles but purchase order showed 5500.
Either he was intentionally not transparent or too
lazy to verify actual mileage. Either way shows a
lack of integrity when doing business.
I requested for the dealership to quote the cost
to transport the vehicle to me in Houston. I got a
call from the general manager offering to
transport it for $750 by a guy "who works in the
back and has a trailer who helps them out
sometimes." I just purchased a brand new Buick
Enclave from a franchise GM dealership and his
professional response was to have a guy in the
back transport it. He did not offer a quote from a
professional transport service who is licensed,
bonded, and insured to legally transport cars!
I was assured that because I had to travel so
far to pick up the vehicle that they would
accommodate me on Saturday or Sunday. When
I tried I was told by the general manager that he
already made other plans so he was not willing
to honor his word. This deal was negotiated and
then funded with drafting instructions by my
credit union. The deal was done! On Tuesday I
drove from Houston to this dealership for over 4
hours. When I was 30 minutes to arriving I called
to request that the vehicle and paperwork be
prepared so I could start my long drive back
asap. I was informed by the general manager
that he sold the vehicle to another buyer on
Monday. My credit union already paid for this
vehicle the week before and I had my first
payment scheduled already. This vehicle was
literally paid for already but then they sold the
vehicle to a different buyer after receiving my
funds!!! The general manager told me that they
had not cashed the check yet so technically he
had not received funds yet!
I asked to speak to the owner and the general
manager refused to allow me to speak with him.
He said I would not be allowed to speak to him
nor email him. He told me it wouldn't make any
difference to speak to the owner anyways and I
replied that I will see about that myself. The
general manager said to me, "THE OWNER IS MY
SON AND I AM HIS DADDY AND HE IS GOING TO
DO WHAT I SAY REGARDLESS!" So after selling a
vehicle I had already purchased and insulting me
as a customer he chose to insult and belittle the
owner by implying that he is not capable of
running the dealership independently because
HE IS GOING TO DO WHAT HIS DADDY SAYS TO
DO REGARDLESS!
I ultimately purchased another Buick Enclave
from another dealership. I messaged the general
manager to inform him of my purchase and to
express that I was treated with great respect and
professionalism during my purchase unlike my
experience with his dealership. He replied with
sarcasm and then texted me emoji kissy faces!!
The general manager of a franchised GM

phone! His conduct is beyond appalling!!!
GM has a great reputation but i assure you that
FROM MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE THIS
DEALERSHIP IS A HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP TO
DO BUSINESS WITH!!! THEY WILL BE
DISHONEST, NONTRANSPARENT, INSULTING,
UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, AND WILL NOT
EVEN HONOR THE DEAL EVEN AFTER YOU
HAVE SENT THE PAYMENT IN FULL!! IN THE
GENERAL MANAGER'S WORDS HIMSELF...." I
HAVE NOT CASHED THAT CHECK YET SO
TECHNICALLY FUNDS HAVE NOT BEEN
RECIEVED"! AND THINK ABOUT HIS OTHER
WORDS THAT THE OWNER IS HIS SON AND HE
WILL DO WHAT HIS DADDY SAYS
REGARDLESS!!! BE SURE TO THINK ABOUT HIS
WORDS WHEN CONSIDERING DOING BUSINESS
WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THIS IS NOT A
DEALERSHIP WHO IS CONDUCTING BUSINESS
IN THE MANNER THAT GENERAL MOTORS HAS
IN MIND!!!
After reading the dealership reply, I am choosing
to add further details. It is amazing how you talk
about what you "offered"! You are absolutely
correct that you verbally agreed to do that. That
is the exact reason that your failure to do what
you said you would do is part of my review! Did
you make any of the accommodations that you
said you would do? ABSOLUTELY NOT! You can
talk all you want about what YOU SAID YOU
WOULD DO but in the end you failed to do any of
the things you said you would do! You failed to
disclose the actual miles, you failed to work out
the arrangement that you agreed to which was
allow me to pick it up on Sunday, you failed to
have any reasonable excuse to not do so
because your reply was "I already made plans",
and then to top it off you failed to provide the
vehicle that my credit union paid for! This deal
was a failure from beginning to end! And you
failed to explain why you messaged me with
emoji kissy faces. I can't post the screenshots
here but I did on your Facebook page. And yes
you are absolutely correct in saying I had some
choice words to say to you. I was an out of town
buyer who purchased a vehicle from your
dealership SIGHT UNSEEN!!! That speaks
volumes about me. Something else that speaks
volumes is the fact that I did everything I said I
would do. I negotiated the deal, I funded the deal,
I tried to pick it up on Sunday, and I drove on
Tuesday to pick it up. I did everything I agreed to
do. You can't name one thing you kept your word
on. Not on the disclosure of mileage, not on
allowing me to lick it up on Sunday, not on
waiting for me to pick up a vehicle my credit
union paid for. You did nothing that was
honorable or ethical. And after all the typical car
sales games your dealership played I still drove
to pick up the vehicle I bought and paid for sight
unseen just to be told by you "oh I sold that car
yesterday. A customer came in and offered to
buy it so I sold it and delivered it"! And you want
to insinuate that it is somehow MY FAULT
because I didn't call you on Monday? My deal
was funded on Thursday! I told you I would get
there when I could. If anyone had an obligation
to make a call it was you and your dealership.
That car was bought and paid for and you chose
to sell it to another buyer the day before I drove
over 4 hours to pick it up!!! You are darn right I
said things you did not want to hear!!! If I would
have been treated with honesty, integrity, and
respect as a customer who just paid you over
$32,000 then I am absolutely sure there would
have been zero tension and zero reason to speak
to you like I did. After lying to me, then taking my
money, then not keeping your word on Sunday,
and then ultimately selling the vehicle I paid for
to someone else you deserved to hear my words
of frustration towards you and your dealership!
You are a horrible business man and have
unethical behavior that is beyond measurable!
You can say all you want but the facts remain
and you can not change them. We will let every
consumer who reads this review decide if it is
worth it to spend their money with a business
like yours!

We tried texting and calling several times and got no response. Your last text was you had not signed anything so it was not sold yet. I absolutely loved dealing with these guys, I bought my
vehicle sight unseen and had it delivered that night to
for free and wasn't disappointed at all...
This was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. There was no pressure, no "what is your monthly payment needed", no attempts to force unneeded or unwanted warranty programs on us. We got there late in the day on a Saturday and they stayed late to finish up the paperwork but it certainly wasn't rushed. Great family friendly low stress dealership!!

The process started out great. Had a sales rep contact me very quickly. After a short period of time the sales rep stopped responding to my emails and stopped helping me. My family has purchased from this dealership in the past, but I don't believe we will be attempting business with them any longer.

Dealer replied and agreed to a final out the door price of $23,000. Several days later he replies back to say the price is $4000 higher than what he origionally agreed to.
