I was asking questions about a particular car. I have not gotten anything back from them and it has been 3 weeks. I'm getting no correspondence back at all from them other than to rate them and ask how they're doing. Well on a scale of 1 to 10 10 being the best one being the worst I would give a one. And no, I probably will not buy a car from you folks. Thank you very much.

Before driving 4 hours to the dealer, we were contacted and informed the vehicle had a leaking windshield. We greatly appreciated the dealer saving our Saturday, their honesty and their concern for us. As far as the dealership, we never got there so I can’t comment more.

I had a great experience!! Didn’t have to leave my house. Was able to do everything from home. Columbia Honda was very professional, informative, polite, and very reasonable with the deal we made. They gave me top dollar for my vehicle and were determined to make my experience with them a great one. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle whether new or used.

Great experience with this dealership. Michele contacted me quickly and I
made an appointment to see a 2023 Ridgeline. They gave me a good price
on the Ridgeline and a decent offer for my trade. Worth the two hour trip I
made. All in all one of the better experiences Iâve had in 35+ years of
buying/trading cars!

They were great
The salesperson and negotiations went very well and I was pleased with the process. Unfortunately the dealer was unable to provide the title for the vehicle which is required in Missouri and I had to walk away. The interaction with the manager closing the deal made me s well as my bank made me leery. Both my bank and I had not experienced this and were disappointed we were unable to move forward, but was able to buy from another dealer without issue.

Sorry we were not able to earn your business on this vehicle. Perhaps we should of done a better job communicating our guarantee of title and the state's new statute that allows this. This vehicle was a lease. We had paid it off and were waiting for Subaru to send us the lien release and title.
Missouri passed legislation that went into effect on 8/28/2020. This allows for a dealer to sell and provide the title with delayed delivery specifically for instances like this. Our dealership was trying to walk through this with you and your bank. Below is from the State of Missouri's Websit

Let me start off by saying I’ve never left a bad review.
Was contacted fairly quickly. We only communicated through text but was not a good experience from the start. I just had a few simple questions like how much tire tread was remaining and if he could make sure the mileage was accurate. He seemed uninterested and unfriendly.
I had to reach out to him several times about the questions I had for him.
I asked if they were open to offers and made what I thought was a fair offer. All he responded with was basically no thanks.
You would think he would at least counter but he never did. I then asked if he could call me but he never did. Then I received a text two days later saying “sorry I didn’t see your message about calling you but the car has been sold” I was literally at another dealership signing paperwork when that text came in!

Overall - excellent experience. After sending a message through CarGurus, I've got reply from a dealer within minutes. The sales person
Dennis Wood was great! Always replied promptly to my inquiries and any questions I had. I was able to negotiate deal over the phone, so
coming to the location was just formality. Despite being a little late to the appointment, me and my wife were welcomed and well taken care
of by Dennis, while waiting for all paper work to be complete.
This dealer has huge selections of models and colors. The place was pretty crowded (could have something to do with good pricing), but
very well organized and following all safety regulations due to Covid-19.
New car was delivered as promised - freshly clean, all basic functions and settings well explained by Dennis, and so far we are enjoying it
very much!
I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone, who is searching for new ride.

Sales Department kept saying car on way to dealership and would call me when it came in. Never called me after first two days. After 9 days I bought a purple 2017 Fit from someone else. I love their service department, though, and have used the Service department for 18 years. The Service Department is excellent.

All dealing was done by text messaging as I was 160 miles away. It went surprisingly efficient, but because they kept asking me what deal I was seeking, it turned in to an old-fashioned car haggling episode for awhile. You know, like all the deals car dealers had in the past where the guy you are talking to had to go talk to his guy and when you finally get within a price of 500-1000 dollars, you are the one that is guilty for penny-pinchin' negotiation. God I hate that. Give me your best price up front to compare and a simple yes or no to the deal please! But overall, good people, and very satisfied at closing.

I received a great customer experience. He walked me through all the car maintenances schedules, what was was done and how i should
take care of my car.He was hospitable, and answered all my queries. The car was clean, cleaned again again after purchase, and had a test
drive; and the car was as per listed. I liked their facility, very clean and all the staff were very friendly. It is a dealership i would recommend to a

Didn't want to deal,belittled my trade,arrogant attitude.Was told the deal was more than I wanted to pay per month,when I declined that was it so I left.The Called back about a week later and offered a little better term so I submitted my credit info and that was the last I heard,no call back,text email nothing.Not impressed with the lack of follow up.At least the showroom was clean.I ended up going to another dealership 140 miles to make a purchase.Their loss my gain !

The salesman I tried to work with offered me an out the door price and then when I told him I qualified for several additional discounts he claimed he had already included the
military and conquest discount in the price he quoted me. He refused to send me written information listing both the model with trim option and price he was offering. At one
point he claimed he had 35 people around his desk. His title was dealership concierge, a title the other Honda dealerships didn't appear to have. Plus his price was $300
higher on a vehicle that was not what I wanted. My wife wanted a Pilot with the Black Forest Pearl color. He said a dealer trade would be difficult, but the people I bought
from had the right vehicle in two days.

A terrible experience! We live over 400 miles away and spoke with
an Internet contact and a sales representative several times,
assuring ourselves that the car was as good a value as it seemed.
While we traveled to Columbia iI again checked the listing and the
price had been increased by around $3,500! When I called the sales
rep who had earlier verified the price he assured me they could
honor my price but within 2 minutes the sales manager called me
back to say that was't so. We drove over 600 miles in vain.

The sales person was very nice on the phone. We set an
appointment to test drive 2 vehicles on a Tuesday and I had to
change the appointment to Monday. Instead of telling us the
vehicles were not ready, they had us come on in and we spent
about an hour sitting around waiting for things to get ready.
Finally as we were about to leave, one of the vehicles arrived.
We did the test drive and I asked them to let me know when
the other would be ready. I asked them to text me. I received
a phone call on Friday afternoon asking if I had made a
decision and if I was planning to come by. I asked if the
Toyota was available to test drive and the salesperson said it
might be but he wasn't sure. I said for them to text me when it
was ready. Have not heard back yet.

The assosiate I felt with was nice
but the haggling part took too
long. I was exhausted when it
was done, I was there over 4
hours. I was promised they would
take care of something for me
and then they changed their mind
once I left, I suppose.
I drove too far to get there and
thought it would be worth it,
should have dealt with Kansas
City instead.
