Spoke with Brandon and told him what I was interested in. He spoke with his manager and they have made an offer that I am probably not going to refuse.Very professional, looking forward to test driving the vehicle, first dealership out of way too many, that has even come close to being both professional and flexible!

My experience was great from start to finish! They were more than fair on my trade. The customer experience was excellent! Arthur Brown was my salesman and he did a wonderful job! They even delivered it 6 hours away. I will definitely be checking in with them when it’s time to buy my next vehicle.

Great buying experience. Cory and Jonathan quoted the lowest price of the 4 dealerships we negotiated with, they were honest from beginning to end with no surprises, and even went the extra mile by sending us a personalized video of the car we ultimately purchased.

A terrible experience! We live over 400 miles away and spoke with an Internet contact and a sales representative several times, assuring ourselves that the car was as good a value as it seemed. While we traveled to Columbia iI again checked the listing and the price had been increased by around $3,500! When I called the sales rep who had earlier verified the price he assured me they could honor my price but within 2 minutes the sales manager called me back to say that was't so. We drove over 600 miles in vain.

The sales person was very nice on the phone. We set an appointment to test drive 2 vehicles on a Tuesday and I had to change the appointment to Monday. Instead of telling us the vehicles were not ready, they had us come on in and we spent about an hour sitting around waiting for things to get ready. Finally as we were about to leave, one of the vehicles arrived. We did the test drive and I asked them to let me know when the other would be ready. I asked them to text me. I received a phone call on Friday afternoon asking if I had made a decision and if I was planning to come by. I asked if the Toyota was available to test drive and the salesperson said it might be but he wasn't sure. I said for them to text me when it was ready. Have not heard back yet.

The assosiate I felt with was nice but the haggling part took too long. I was exhausted when it was done, I was there over 4 hours. I was promised they would take care of something for me and then they changed their mind once I left, I suppose. I drove too far to get there and thought it would be worth it, should have dealt with Kansas City instead.
