They set an appointment for me to see a truck they claimed didn’t pass their inspection and sent it to auction after giving me test time. They fished for business and the ad for the truck magically disappeared right after setting up appointment

Was very interested. Traveled a long way. Took the vehicle for a test drive and it shifted hard from third to first and vice versa, skipping second gear. I knew this to be the case because Ford has numbered lights indicating the gear you’re in. The number “2” never lit up. Put a deposit down contingent on the transmission being fixed to my liking. The manager then took it for a ride and upon his return told me in a stern voice, “ There’s nothing wrong with the truck!”
I asked if he saw that #2 didn’t light up, and again he told me, “ There’s nothing wrong with the truck!”
Needless to say, as he was going to retrieve my $500 cash, I collected all the paperwork we had worked on and met him at the door. Classic used car experience. It’s sad that there are those that prop up that stereotype.

Good replied wanted to do anything for me, but I knew they sold truck before my dealer did.
They practice the bait and switch. They responded to me I spoke with someone in the phone he told me that they have a good selection of the maverick hybrid at the prices advertised in Cargurus. Once I got there the whole speech had changed. They proposed to me an eco boost for the price they advertised the hybrid one and they were so insistent to get me in there game. Honestly, it was a disappointment, they waisted my time, I drove over an hour and half to get there for nothing.

Wasted 2.75 hours of my day waiting for finance approval. Only reason I contemplated financing was the business manager said he could get me a rate in the 6% range- after 2.5 hours he told me the rate would be 10%+.
Then when I said we would be paying cash, the bill of sale read a $1000 charge on top of the sale price because I was not financing through them.

Responded right away, however vehicle had already been sold. Ad stayed up for another week.
This was a terrible experience. I had been talking to this dealer for about a week about a truck and agreed to numbers etc.
They told me it was mine and assured me it wouldn't be sold. I went by to see the truck and walked in and was told the truck
sold "that day". I was told to come back the next day and they would make it right. This DIDN'T HAPPEN. Dell the "GSM"
could careless about the situation and did basically NOTHING to try to fix their mistake. He stated "I'm not going to lose
money selling a car". Even though it was their fault...instead of doing what is right...it's all about the money to this dealer.
Even though we all know they are making plenty of money selling vehicles these days. Apparently customers mean nothing
to them. I asked to speak with Sean the GM and was told "He will call you when he's ready." If I could give zero stars I would.

Experience was good , got back to me fast and professional. So I did buy the truck .
Inquired about vehicle, got automated response. I

Asked same and more questions.Got a response 5
days later. Still no answers and vehicle I inquired about

I had given my cell number, no call back.
Communication process needs work.
My experience with Colonial Ford in Plymouth Ma. was one of GREAT joy! Not only was my
salesman Winston Bennett, very kind. He continued to make feel at ease. I recently went through
some financial difficulties. However, Winston always made me feel comfortable. Along with the
sales manager Del, and the financial team, they made my purchase one of pleasure! They all
made it happen for me. I would highly recommend Colonial Ford in Plymouth to my friends, and
family!
Mike was very helpful when I visited to see a particular car. He was very friendly and easy
to deal with. He made sure that I was able to take the car out for a few test drives and
made sure that the vehicle I chose met my expectations. He also had the car delivered to
me at no cost because he knew that I had a tight schedule.
Nick made sure that the financing and additional options when purchasing the car worked
with me and gave me his sincere recommendations.

The dealership continues to advertise this vehicle as having power windows, and it does not have
power windows. I have notified them at least twice about this discrepancy.

Made car buying experience a pleasure
Dealer contacted me right away. Went in to test drive it and I was so impressed I knew I wanted it and asked to drive it again, minutes after the first test drive. Art was very patient and made the whole experience pleasant. Bought the car that night and picked it up the next day. Still surprised at how smooth it all went. I didn't feel any pressure. It was all so natural and I loooove the car!
Dealership did not honor our agreement to hold request vehicle after I placed $1000 deposit. Without telling me they relisted the vehicle for sale. Once I question the salesman about it he assured me there must’ve been a mistake and no one could buy the vehicle a day later he contacted me and told me they had sold the vehicle and we’re returning my deposit.

Negotiated with dealership online....Drove to see
vehicle on a Friday but deal could not be
reached...Was contacted on Tuesday and deal
was finalized...Dealership offered to deliver the
vehicle and plans were made for a couple of
days away...Then due to impending snowstorm
the date was pushed forward...Four days before
the storm I received a ridiculous message from
one of their managers saying the car had been
hit by a plow and the damage was so severe
they would have to send the car to auction..
I requested pictures of the damage but no one
would respond...It had only been 28 hours since
I had last texted the internet response person I
had been working with and there was no storm
in between...You would have to be an idiot to not
realize the car was sold out from under me...Do
not deal with this company!!! Unscrupulous!

The dealer was very interested in having me come in to purchase this vehicle... until they found out I had a trade. The emails stopped and I had to call the dealer who gave me a less than fair trade allowance. Another dealer gave me a trade allowance of $32K (on a another Corvette that was a about $1K less), Colonial Ford offered me $20K on my trade toward a more expensive car?

I received several emails and a call asking if I would like to see the
vehicle. I had very little time to spare on the day I saw the car but as I
had done much research and was familiar with this brand I new the price
was very fair. The condition off the car was great and the sales people
were very courteous, no pressure to buy it. I made my decision to
purchase the vehicle and the sales people handled everything by email
and through phone calls. They even delivered the van, spotlessly clean
and with a full tank of gas, to my home some 50 miles from the .

Winston was very nice with me since the first time we spoke on
te phone.We pratically made the deal trough the phone cause
Plymouth is 40 miles away from where I live.I knew the car trough
pics and the window sticker and it was just perfect for me cause I
had the oppurtunity to visit other Ford dealers around and I didn't
need to see the car,I knew what I was buying and I gave him a
small deposit to lock the vehicle,then I went there and I signed
the papers and left the total down payment,and whatever we said
on the phone was just what I have got.Today I went to pick up the

While They didn't have what we wanted, sales mgr was bending over backwards to help us locate it. Would go back there first for next time without a doubt.
