Very knowledgeable staff the sales manager MOSES, and our salesman STEVE, were great they helped us out a alot. And we're very upfront about our purchase. We got a great deal on our new used car. They responded to me pretty quickly but unfortunately the typical games at a big dealership regarding the price. It was listed for $17,000 and called me back a second time to tell me that car gurus had the wrong price and should’ve been listed at $27,000. They never returned my call to tell me the price difference I had to make a second call to them to find out what the difference in the price was. Very unprofessional.

Got messed around for a week on this car. Contacted them Thursday, told come in the next day for it.. Next day get our 2 babies ready get in the car.. On the off chance call to see everything's OK.. Nope cars not there needed "tires". This happened for a week. Every single day got messed around with oh it needs tires oh somethings being checked.. Every excuse but in the mean time give us money to "hold it". Hold it from who? We're the only people to message and getting told it's not even there but will be "later". Just don't go near them or this car. I ignored other reviews and regret it terribly.

Sept 1 2020: despite careful exchanges by email and phone prior to going there, I was received by a truly LAME STEREOTYPICAL CAR SALESMAN. After wasting an hour of my time, he presented me with an offer in one of the sleeziest ways imaginable, staring with a price 2000$ HIGHER than that advertised - which was itself 1000-1500$ above local competing trucks!!! I got so mad that they immediately passed me to a manager, Mike. He was much more technically knowledgeable, said he'd follow up but never did. STAY AWAY FROM COLONIAL! One of their BOZOs even had the balls to falsely represent the Craigslist add that I'd sent them in advance for my trade-in, and barely apologized when I showed him wrong. It's a cheap, sleezy dealership.

Colonial Ford of Marlboro was very pleasant to work with. Responded to emails promptly, and then my visit to the dealership was wonderful. The truck was in great condition and I purchased it. They made the whole process smooth and easy. Thanks to Steve and Dan for helping me out - you both were very courteous and very helpful with the process. Thank you to Matt also for responding to my emails when I first inquired about the F150.

They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. They handled all of the insurance and registration on the car so all I had to do was pick it up!
I would not recommend this dealership. The car I made an appointment to see was available, but not ready and waiting when I arrived. There were 2 major issues with the vehicle and the salesman had the audacity to ask for a deposit before they trouble shot the problems. Not a good beginning to the car buying experience.

the customer had a 2pm appointment and showed up at 115 pm, due to construction and shortage of customer parking we generally don't pull up a vehicle until customer arrives avoiding an issue with customers not being able to park, as far as the issues with the vehicle they were minor non safety related issues that we did not notice until after test drive and the salesman asked for a deposit only to hold the vehicle in case someone else came in and was interested in it, we wont hold a vehicle for a customer while they think it over. over all my dealership has a fine reputation and will continue

High pressure tactics by email to get me to come to dealership even when I had reservations about wear and tear on the tailgate and their asking price. Sold it to someone else- not interested in dealing with them.

the customer was never at the dealership, there was absolutely no high pressure, we had numerous inquiries on the vehicle in question was sold, no complaints on condition.
Don’t waste your time here!! Prior to driving 4 hours and 30 minutes with flatbed trailer in tow, we inquired about condition of car. We received a text and picture stating it only had a couple of scratches that would easily buff out. WRONG!!! Rear bumper was scratched up and dented, gouge in front bumper, and front driver side wheel well casing was loose and needed to be put back in place. Returned home with no vehicle. Wasted a whole day, a lot of gas, and toll fees. Very disappointing!!’

unfortunately, there was damage not displayed in the photos very minor, I offered to compensate by having the customer repair and I would reimburse or discount the car more to make it worth their drive but the customer refused.

I ended up buying a ford fusion from them the stereo didn't work they promised me a new one it took a week of arguing with them to finally get it and then it took 2 weeks to get the registration I have bought cars before and never had such a headache like I did with this place

Bought a 2014 Ram 1500. No pressure or hard sales tactics used. when it came to financing (I was already preapproved) Al recommended a local bank that approved me for 1.99% which was much better that what I was pre-approved for. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him with no hesitation.
