If I could give a negative zero I would. My first call when asking about financing they asked me it depended if I had a GREAT trade in they would want on their lot… I should have known then. We made an appointment to come see the car as I did have a GREAT car to trade in, and loved the car the had for sale. We were five minutes away from their location when they called to let us know they had let someone else take the home. We could wait a couple hours to see the car if we wanted, but they could not guarantee that it was not sold. Seriously, the main kicker is we texted one hour before the appointment, I let them know we were on our way, they said see you at 4:00pm… unbelievable!

Spoke with salesman Dennis the night before as I was traveling to see car. Set up a time to see car next day, he said he would call with any changes. Once there, Dennis and the entire team were non intimidating, easy to speak with and fair. Whole car buying experience was fair and smooth. Super excited to pick up the new vehicle!!

After a frustrating visit with a different dealer on the previous day, it was like a breath of fresh air to walk in to this dealer and be treated like a valued customer. Very straight forward and friendly and worked very well with me on my trade-in desires. The vehicle was ready and waiting for my test drive and was exactly as represented in the listing. Worth the 1 hour drive from home!

Although everyone was pleasant, we did have some serious communication issues which led to a misunderstanding about the price. There was also an issue with the out of state registration not being handled correctly.

This dealer was recommended by someone who's bought several cadillacs here before, and I was excited when I saw a used car I liked. I contacted them about it, and they answered my questions begrudgingly and kept pushing for a time I could come in for a test drive. Eventually I had my questions answered and I took a day off work to schedule a test drive, fully intending to buy it if the test drive went well. Unfortunately they sold the car Saturday, and just told me Monday before my appointment. I will be shopping elsewhere because I did not like their lack of clear communication, and thought it was rude they sold the car when I had an appointment to buy it. Their documentation fee is also much higher than most others in the area.

Some dealers make the choice to not inform the customer prior to arrival in hopes of "flipping" them into a different car. We do not do that.

I called the dealership in the morning to confirm the Camaro was still there and they said yes it was. I then told them I would be down to look
at it but I was 3 hours away, they said no problem call us when you about 45 minutes away so they could have a salesman and the car out for
us to look at.
So.... we drove a bit over 2-1/2 hours and called them to let them know where we were. Now about another 15 or so minutes into our drive
they call me to tell me the car was sold!, WTF, I went off on the guy. What a bunch of morons, knowing I was on the way they sold the car. If
you can't trust a dealership with a small thing like this, I wouldn't trust them AT ALL !

Best car buying experience I ever had. So helpful and sincere. . Dennis got me a deal on the 2020 Jeep Compass Trailhawk …..Also , Alex (the sales manager) went far and beyond to make me comfortable ……… Like I said . I felt important there. I still can`t believe I drove it home on a Saturday. I`m very happy. I had a positive feeling when they called me back to go check out the Jeep... When I buy another car in a couple of years ,I will purchase it from Colonial. Cad. Great variety of good quality used cars. I was impressed from the beginning to the end.

Friendly and helpful sales rep. However he nor his boss would budge much on a price. I believe the sale wasn't completed over a few hundred dollars. I have since noticed that both vehicles I showed interest in have dropped in price. One is down over $550 and the other is down by $1000. I certainly would however give them another chance at my business. It is just as easy for me to walk away from a purchase as it is to make the purchase. I like other people who work hard for their money seek the best possible deal.

I haven't purchased a car in 9 years. Big purchase, lots of choices and didn't want to leave with buyers remorse. Olsen Cadillac put me at ease, didn't pressure me and I left with a great car.

I recently purchased a 2010 Cadillac cts from Olsen. I was looking at two other cars but chose theirs based on the service I received from their salesman Todd Burke. He was very informative about the car, no high pressure, and very personable. I would definitely buy there again.

I really wish they had taken the extra step to make the car I really wanted A dream. The car had a smell and I could not see me smelling that all the time. They said " they would get rid of the smell,But two trips to woburn from the south shore. The smell was still there. so I had to keep looking. How many trips do you take for the same car? It took me a hour and a half to get there the last time I went. Oh well, I have a new car. Thank you buick.
