The dealership overcommunicated - as many dealerships do. I was contacted several times by multiple people even after I visited. The price for the car was high and was non-negotiable. Not a bad experience but not one that led to me wanting to move forward with a sale.

I do not understand how they came up with this deal, but they delivered on it - literally, to our driveway well over 100 miles away.
The Sales Manager Shawn was first to contact me within an hour, and he coordinated the entire buying operation. I was
prepared to go to the dealership - from our home in Virginia about 140 miles away - but Shawn said that they would deliver the
car to us! He turned the sale over to Ike, who drove the car to our driveway on our schedule, and had all the paperwork to sign
right in our living room, then gave a familiarization walkaround. The car - a Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid Electric Vehicle Limited Edition
with the Sunroof plus all the Electronic Driver Assist features [but minus the package with built-in Nav which we would never
want in any case] - has had one day of use ranging from around towns to 55 mph highway drives, and it exceeds our
expectations. We will obviously be using a local Dealership for our car service, but Colleg Park came through for us.

Contacted by the GM personally. Very easy people to deal with. Once at the dealership where
we were personally greeted by the GM, (Walter Siguenza), who tunrned us over to a salesman,
(Kevtn Castikko), for the paperwork but ultimately stayed personally involved throughout.
Vehichle price had already been established during our initial phone contact.
