Purchased a 2023 Yukon from Coconut Point Honda in Estero on May 7th. Discovered serious transmission issues on the drive home requiring $4,450 in repairs. Despite buying a powertrain warranty, I learned it doesn't activate for 45 days. The dealership refused to help, citing "as is" sale terms, and pretty much saying this was my problem since I didn’t catch the issue in my 5 minute test drive. Their inspection process clearly missed major problems. If shopping here, get an independent inspection first or consider other dealerships. Their unwillingness to stand behind their vehicles just days after purchase is disappointing.

Called and asked TWICE to verify they had a car listed on cargurus in stock. They said it was. Drove 1.5 hrs to come buy it only to find out the car was sold even earlier than when I made the call. Very deceiving. Do not trust these people with your car purchase. They will lie only to get you to their dealer to bait and switch you.

I called ahead to set up an appointment with George to see this car, I went and attended the appointment and I found out that this car didn’t even exist in their lot at the time I went. They tried to sell me something else. I was very disappointed of this dealer they made me drive all the way to their location and made me waste my gas and time for nothing. The following day they lowered the price by $600 so I called again and that gentleman that answer the phone said that was there, then I requested to verify the lot and make sure that the car was there, he came back and said that the car was sold that morning, a week later the car still in CarGurus, Terrible dealer, you can’t trust these people at Honda of Coconut point, they wanna make their sales based on lies.

I received a call from the dealership on the same day I contacted Cargurus. After confirming the vehicle was there and that it was the model and color I wanted we discussed price. After a few back and forths I went to the dealership on Saturday and bought the vehicle. The truck was ready to go and I was in and out of the dealership in a couple of hours. Very professional salesman.

The sales person I dealt with was very inexperienced in life, very unaware and unprofessional. She was nice but …. It dint seem there was any level of professionalism or dress code for the sales team. The finance manager and manager ignored my limits of spending and could care less that as a single mom was on a budget and kept trying to convince me to go for a vehicle I couldn’t afford. Again they were nice but if you can’t help me, just say sorry we can’t help you

Some of the workers were helpful like Will and Justin and the gentleman in service but there was several situations which seemed disconnected in communication between departments. They also didn’t check the spark plugs on the vehicle before selling it and I had to come back within 20 minutes to have them changed. They did change them for free so that’s a point in their favor

Price on cargurus dhowed 23888 and upon contacting the sales person, he replied as below. Didn’t deal. “Cars guru price is $24,793 included in that price is $500 for military and $500 for college and $1,500 trade in bonus. plus taxes tags and $899 dealer fee and $198.50 electronic filling fee.”

A poor experience. The Carguru process led to a sales person calling me. I called him back. He was with someone and I waited two days for him to call, at which point I asked for someone different t. By then, someone placed an offer on the car I wanted. I tried again. I checked back later in case the deal fell through. It did. I got a sales person who seemed to care less about selling the car. Too many examples. I drove there anyway, an hour, to find the battery dead. Eventually got it started. I made an offer. They countered with an offer two thousand dollars HIGHER than their advertised price. I had enough. Would not recommend them.

The car had some cosmetic issues. As I was showing them to the sales person he said remember you’re not getting mew car. After seeing the issues which you can’t see in the pictures I was not interested in the car.

Had three different sales people. Bought a car from them and they prepared and gave me the keys to the wrong vehicle. The sales manager was barely concerned. Never got up from his computer and hardly looked up at me after I relayed the problem to him. Still don’t have the correct vehicle.

This listing has been updated. It was listed as brand new 0 miles. I wanted to buy it. Then I’m told oh no it’s not new as listed on your site it’s used with 52000 miles. However we have this other car we can offer you. SCAM!!!!

I wanted to test drive car on freeway, they wanted my insurance card and said if accident I would have to turn it in to my insurance. I walked out, never had to do that before when buying car.

I received the truck with a broken motor mount after they said they did an inspection on it. They did however fix it for free. They also said they were going to detail it and that didn’t happen either. Gum wrappers in the truck as well as so much dust on the windshield you had to wipe it to see better. I feel like they need to be held accountable for their actions. I don’t recommend this dealership.

My daughter arrived at location to see the car and no one greeted her, the sales people were not around and finally when someone came to show her the car....it had BALD TIRES. Really? Selling a car AS IS with bald tires? What else is wrong with that car????

The car was not as described the pictures were not accurate there was no negotiations the car was unsafe hood shocks would not hold up the hood bad pull to the left they said Its been through the shop but I don’t believe it lot of problems

Experience was not that good. On way home rear driver side rear tire poped and I was stuck on I 75 for over an hour until road ranger fixed it for me. You changed the front tires and my mechanic said if it was front tire that poped I could of maybe died. Thanks, Gerry

Very good experience I called them asked about a car they had on Car Guru which they were closing in an hour I said I would stop by when I stopped by the car was ready and up by the showroom. I was able to look over the car then test drive it then I bought it that evening.

The dealership was excellent, except for their excessive and very high dealer preparation fees, which added nearly $1000 to the price of the car. The original price of $5,400 was brought up to $6.955 by the dealer prep fee, and other florida required registration taxes.

Terrible after fees and tax tag and tittle you better tack at least another $2,000 up charge to the sticker . And they won't budge , they don't like selling cars they like holding them for randsome . This is a shady dealer don't do business here .

Got upset when they realized we were actually shopping dealers for a great deal and didn't simply jump at their meager offer... Don't respect good consumers. Just want to set a price and have customers bite. This particular CRV was improperly listed as an EXL and then they said it was an EX. They were supposed to search for a similar car but no one contacted us again.

Wow, unexpected charges. Car on lot showed 5900. 00 where it was 4900.00 on Cargurus but they would "honor" Cargurus price. BUT when added up all figures was over 6100.00. We did not buy.

The customer was very polite and professional when they sat with Happy and myself to discuss the Toyota they saw on Car Gurus.

As Happy explained to them, when you add the State sales Tax of 6%, License Plate transfer fee of approx. $100 and our dealer fee $799 the Out the Door price for a Car being sold at $4,900 (before fee's) is just over $6,100.

Happy said he would sell it for $5,800 Out the Door if that would work for them, but they were trying to stay within their budget of $4,500.
We want to make every sale possible, but we must collect the fees on every sale.
