Visited the dealership today after getting a text from the "manager" (what it said in the text). The text stated the deal would be where I needed it to be. Since we talked numbers previously, I assumed this was referenced before the message. I requested verification and was told "The manager is tied up with a customer in store but he did say you would be right where you want to be!"... I showed up and it seemed no one had updated the deal and they offered me the same vehicle still 150 bucks per month above what we talked. Everyone was polite and I called back and expressed my frustration to the manager to say this is in poor taste. He did acknowledge the issue and apologized, but that does not change a wasted evening or frustration in changing plans around to come into the dealership. Very nice people, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this place as I lack trust in this company. If they did not do the research and numbers first, why reach out and text me to come in?

Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable that I met. The staff was very helpful as I was from out of state purchasing this truck. I highly recommend Coast Chevrolet.

Shemuel McCraney, was my sales lady. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We drove 3 hours to pickup the car, she came in on her off day and got all of the paperwork ready for our arrival. Thank you Shemuel McCraney!

Started off great then the car disappeared and showed up three days later on another site still in MS except a town down the road, same pictures at same Dealership and when you click directions same place. Got a bit of a run around. However Collin was very accommodating.

Flew in from Oklahoma to by truck. Truck wasn’t what was advertised in ad, Nor was truck presentable to sell, glove compartment broken, truck dirty on inside. And sells manager lacks people skills. He didn’t introduce his self nor did offer a ride back to airport once I decided not to do business with them. Had to call a Uber. Coast Chevrolet is for there customers, there all about making a sale.

Very poor communication. Extended offer with no reply. Original sales person dumped possible sale on another sales person who, after telephone call, never returned call as promised.

Received excellent service from staff. Able to work with staff to obtain the car we were interested in purchasing. Love the car we bought. Believe it was well worth the effort to obtain it and that the price was good for this vehicle. I would recommend this dealership as one that is honest and demonstrates a sincere desire to serve the customer.

Butch Oustalet has cars advertised on their website and Car gurus website that have already been sold. Even after losing my business by having me drive all the way to the dealer to look at a car that had been sold a week before ,they still did not take the vehicle off the web page . I even emailed the GM and the sales Mngr. to no avail. This dealership continued to advertise the sold vehicle over a week of me complaining to the mngmnt team about it. Most unprofessional Cadillac dealer I have ever experienced.
