Trying to purchase out of state, representative rude and refused to send me pictures. Pictures online were not the actual vehicle listed so I asked if he could send pictures to my phone. He wouldn’t do it. So he gave me price asking if I was ok and I said no I need pictures and I said I have check to purchase no financing needed. He went on about needing a credit application, send him pictures of check… I just declined his service and stopped responding. I won’t give his name he may very well be a good salesman, but there is a certain etiquette one must have to deal with customers (1) over the phone and (2) out of state…. There was no understanding, no reassurance and no sense of wanting to help me purchase. I expected more from a brand name dealership

Absolutely one of the worst experiences at an automobile dealership. I drove my family 2 and a half hours from College Station after being assured "the team" could accommodate us in the purchase of the vehicle we inquired about. Anything but accommodating. Lousy management on the used sales side. Basically told that the vehicle was advertised at 34k but with TTL and their dealership add ons it would be 41k. Tried two different scenarios for purchase. One included a trade in no money down and the other no trade but with money down but still came to 41k. . In house finance is a rip off. We were told that a low jack system that was not included in the manufacturing of the vehicle was something added by the dealership to help protect the customers car. Since the device was already in place we had to pay for the subscription. 3k. added to the vehicle to line their pockets and fatten the bottom line. Wasted time. Will never refer them to anyone.

1. The vehicle wasn't even there. 2. The sale agent lie about the wereabouts of the vehicle. 3. They called me to confirm my appointment when the vehicle wasn't even there at that time. (Drove for an hour to get there). 4. Told me about some 4th of July deals that were happening. (Nothing for the vehicle I wanted to see I guess). Overall not a good experience.

Worst dealership ever. We drove 10 hours to get the vehicle and they treated us like garbage. They never return phone calls and we still haven’t gotten our title. Buyer beware.

I have never been treated or relaxed so well in the homey environment. Every turn is a professional person eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything in my new car and I didn’t need to read a manual. I’m loving that. I’m 58 this year and have bought many cars. Terry the manager is horrible. Treated us like we were not educated on purchasing a car. It was definitely not my first rodeo. Without knowing my downpayment, I expressed to the sells guy prior what payments I was looking for, NEVER mentioned that I was paying for half of the car. Terry seemed to express that my numbers for my financing were crazy. I don’t recommend this dealer at all. They definitely do not try to work with you without looking at you crazy.

We scheduled appointment to look at the car. we travelled 60 miles and once we were there, sales person told car is sold. They should have called if appointment needs to be canceled. Best part is car is still showing in the inventory. Not sure what was the reason for not showing the car to us.

Tried to get a quote for the total price from salesperson Joshua, but waited all day for them to say the could not send a total price to me via text. Joshua kept stalling saying just 30 more minutes. They never answered what their dealership fees are. Carefully read other reviews and you will see the same issues. If a dealership refuses to answer up front what their fees are be ready to walk away like I did. They are wasting time by advertising at vehicle at a price that seems reasonable only to raise your price on the back end. Very dishonest. And not I am not talking about tax, title, registration....dealer fees.

Not good I talk to the person, and made arrangements to come up the next morning and drive 4 hours to test drive, they sent me a text that they sold it, ok that's ok, but when I look the next morning it was not sold and they had went up on the price $ 3,000.00 ,so sent them a text and ask them,why they told me it was sold and went up on the price, never did respond back, that is not good business.

This dealer had a car advertised but did not have the vehicle advertised for the advertised price. I emailed them and they sent back the total vehicle cost, which was almost $20k more than the advertised cost. When I called and talked with them they said that they had made a mistake and had the wrong price listed, however they made no effort to remove the incorrect listing. Classic bait and switch.

Received an email after two days after inquiring about the vehicle. Was prompted to fill out a credit application. While checking the information on the vehicle, noticed that the price had been increased. I contacted the internet sales manager who stated that the current increased price was fair market value, and would no longer honor the original priced in which I inquired about. In the matter of 6 days while trying to make a deal, dealership increased the price......something is missing here. Would advise if doing business with this dealership to assure that the business is done quick before they decide to increase the price in the middle of a transaction.

Facilities and staff courtesy, while there, where good. I wasn't told there was only one intelligent key until after signing all paperwork. Local dealer quotes $360 for a second key. So far I've spent $100 on refurbished and aftermarket keys with no luck. On line details said one accident while the dealer provided Carfax said none. I asked dealer for clarification and was told online info was wrong. It was raining the day of purchase and I didn't catch paint blemishes until a day later. Concerned I went back to online site and found they use autocheck. Autocheck shows one car accident :-( Dealer won't offer remedy. Car has a strong deodorant smell. Looking for the cabin filter by the glove compartment I found a half inch brown residue line. Dealer may have sprayed the simulated wood layout that now looks a little faded. Dealer called once, said they would look into it. I asked for at least help with spare key. No help at all.

The price they advertised on Cargurus was not the price of the vehicle as they had added extremely high margin dealership installed items that inflated the price by 2k. Then the numbers game at the finance department. They tried to push a sales contract on me that had the vehicle sales price ‘strangely and accidentally ‘ increased. They also advertised the vehicle as a CPO and increased the sales price because of that and they didn’t advertise the price increase in the advertisement. I’ve never dealt with a dealership so dishonest. Beware of these people.

Extremely disappointed! The car showed up with 46k miles and it had 53k. I spoke to the sales manager Terry and he tried to be funny about the price asking fir an extra 2k after I asked him about the mileage. I left and the sales person offered $500 discount, I went back to the dealership and it was all a Bait and switch! No discount, they added an extra $499 security package (useless). I left and on Monday another manager called me (Tony) trying to explain how they priced the car with 53k miles and that it was not their mistake about about it showing up as 46k. He said”that’s cool, if you don’t want the car”. The next day the car shows up with the correct mileage of 53k. So disappointed with the management team.

Disappointed with my visit as I setup an appointment to go see one of their posted vehicles and drive across town to find out the vehicle had been sold. This was after I confirmed the vehicle was still available 2 hrs prior to my visit. No one had the courtesy to give me a call informing me that my visit would be worthless. Terrible way to conduct business. They place this low price bait to lure people in and then want to sell you a new vehicle. They lost my business for sure.

I leave message to dealership that I was greatly interested in vehicle; while I am discussing the vehicle with them in first contacting me, the car was being sold from underneath me within an hour of their posting of vehicle for sale. They should have verify that they were working with me on it, instead of simultaneously selling to me and another person. Because I was booking flight to fly down as we were talking. Really unprofessional and rude tactics.

By the time I got by to test drive, the vehicle had been sold. The salesman tried to get in touch with me, but I had already left a he was unable to contact me. However, we talked and he is trying to find me another good deal tailored to my needs, Great bunch of folks there and I would highly recommendig others to deal at their establishment.

Cedric quickly responded to my car inquiry and answered all my questions in details. The car was exactly as shown in the pictures and looked great when I picked it up. Business dept people were very pushy selling me extra warranties and services but I am good saying no. Overall it was a great experience and I recommended this dealer to my friends.

I was contacted very quickly after showing interest in this car. Dealer negotiated a great price over the phone, so I decided to make the 2 hour drive to look at it in person, and purchase it. The process went very smoothly. Cedric, Mark, and Kelsi were very pleasant to work with. I would be happy to do business with them again in the future.

Super Experience doing business with these folks. Very personal, Nice, even with them having to work in trailers because their Building was being remodeled, The atmosphere was great. It all started with the Salesman, and finished up with the finance office. One of the big things I noticed, their Trained by @GrantCardone ... And that is a BIG Plus for me... I would definitely do business with the folks again. A+ in my opinion!

The whole process was very pleasant and quick. They were very professional and courteous. The final paperwork went smoothly without trying to push the extra warranties. The whole process for purchasing a vehicle took 2 hours from walking in the door to driving out. I have purchased over 25 vehicles in my life and this was the easiest by far. I give them 6 STARS

Horrible service, had vehicle priced online for 28,073 and when I got to the dealership they had no idea and said the price was almost 31,000 and " did not know who changed the online price".

was disappointed the guy I had been in contact with from the start said he was to busy to meet me when I showed up to look at the car instead I got a new sales guy that had only 3 weeks on the job and didn't really know much about the car. I would not go back just based on that.

Rob was great to work with. Finance department added some additional charges I did not want and were still added into sales price. Now I have to wait for my loan to fund so that I may cancel those charges since I live 6 hours away. Will keep y'all updated on what transpires. If this issue gets fixed I will give them a 5star. Other than that everything else was great.

I sent the wife to look at the Tahoe. They seemed to work with her very well. She calls me 20 minutes later to go by and sign the paperwork to finish the deal. I drove by and signed the paper work and we have a new vehicle. The people and Clear Lake Infinity are great.

We eventually got the car for what we considered a reasonalble price, but the experience was pretty much what most folks have come to expect regarding dealing with used car operations. Lots of back and forth with the manager, lots of "this is our best deal, we can't go any lower." Thing that really annoyed us was a $300 additional charge for engraving a security number on the windows of the car. We negotiated the price,"AS IS" and they said they do the engraving on all their vehicles, but the $300 was added after the negotiated price. Our fault for not catching it on the closing papers, but really made us feel we had been cheated. These folks are sneaky. If you deal with them be careful, check everything closely, and don't expect them to have your best interest in mind. Very much a buyer beware operation.
